New Gamepad Features
You can now pan the camera with the right analogue stick.
When using the controller, the UI now tells you what the controls are for navigating the various menus of the main game scene. The Delete, new game plus and tutorial windows should now be much easier to use.
You can now hold the bumper buttons down to cycle through the colour pallet, worlds and settings quickly.
Added support for the Seasons DLC
Fixed an issue where the tutorial was not navigable when opened in the main game scene.
Steam Cloud sync now has more allowed space, which ensures that all your save files will transfer automatically to new devices.
After a lot of preparation, such as adding full controller support, dynamically changing the UI, and extensive playtesting to get the feel just right! We have passed Steam's checks to get our game verified on the Steam Deck!
We even get a nice green check of our own!
We are elated to bring this change to you as we continue to explore creating games for different gaming platforms and experiences!
With such a large update to the controls when playing with a controller, we recommend you have another look at the Tutorial in the settings page to get acquainted with the changes and become the most efficient WooLoop player on the Steam Deck!
Alternatively, just dive right in and use the UI as your guide!
As part of this change, we have increased the file size limit on the Steam Cloud for WooLoop to the maximum of 10GB to ensure your game files can be carried easily through the cloud!
If you regularly play on PC, quickly launch the game on PC to trigger your Steam Cloud to update before trying out the Steam Deck for the first time.
Jump right in and give WooLoop a try on Steam Deck! We'd love to see all the crazy places you are playing WooLoop from, unless it's the bathroom, keep that to yourselves!

It's that time of year again! A three-week-long event in our games! Celebrate Spring and Easter in style this year with the brand-new Eggstravaganza in-game event! A calming Spring backdrop, along with falling eggs to decorate the screen whilst you play!
Make sure you have "Seasonal Events" turned "On" in the settings to take part in this spring and egg-themed fun event!
The event will be running from the 1st of April all the way to the 21st every year! Play during this month to enjoy this three-week-long event!
We want to share a quick update to address any price changes you may experience with our game DLC.
Steam has introduced a new tool for developers to better convert the pricing of our games from the base currency to 37 different currencies. Handy for us, and depending on your region, it could be important to you. The changes essentially allow developers to adjust the pricing of their products to better reflect each currency's purchasing power. Previously, the information used to set prices across regions could be wildly inaccurate, meaning some regions were charged noticeably more or less than others.
You may notice that other developers are updating their pricing with the new tool. If you are interested, you can read more about it here:
When checking out this new tool, we noticed that many of the currencies we offer our games in would soon result in their store pages being hidden. This is something we have dealt with before and is due to the pricing of our DLC being too low for Steam to process. Mainly, this was going to affect older DLCs, where the prices have had more time to diverge from current exchange rates.
To be safe, we've used the new tool, with Steam's new "Multi-Variable Conversion" to get all of our game prices up-to-date with modern exchange rates and ensure no DLC packs are hidden from you.
As usual, we are continuing to charge the lowest possible price that Steam allows. The price for USD, Steam's base currency, remains $0.99. Most other currencies have changed a little, for example:
GBP: Was £0.89 > Now £0.95
EUR: Was €0.99 > Now €1.09
JPY: Was ¥120 > Now ¥135
USD_LATAM: Was $0.89 > Now $0.90
Not all pricing has gone up, though! Some have remained the same, while others have even dropped in price. For example, Canadian and Australian Dollar prices have both dropped by 10 cents!
However the pricing change may affect you. We thank you for your support and understanding!

Instructions would get stuck in the corners of the screen and hide behind UI. The rework ensures the instructions won't get obfuscated by the UI, and if you don't have "Disable Auto Panning" enabled, the positioning at the edge of the screen now indicates which direction you need to move in instead of which point on screen is closest to the pin.
Fixed a config error that had the Gallery names for Animals and Transport swapped.
Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause the route you are working on to reset.

Save file optimisation - We have optimised the timelapse data in save files. In some cases, we have seen over a 40x space reduction for some of our test save files. While a drastic size reduction like that might only happen in a few extreme examples, all save files will be noticeably smaller going forward. If you load an already completed level, the game will compress it to the new format to save you some disk space. You don't have to new game plus or restart each level, but it could be a good excuse if you are looking for one!
Added the new Mythology DLC - The hugely popular Coloring Pixels DLC has finally made a woolly debut!
Start on gamepad controls - Partial controller support is here! In this update, you can plug in your controller and use it to navigate the menus. Not very exciting since you can't actually play the game in this new mode, but we have to start somewhere. We are continuing to add more support for controllers and, hopefully, in the near future, offer full controller and Steam Deck support. Some things, like the tutorial page, aren't supported yet, but it is a good start.
Updated Engine Version. Hopefully, it shouldn't have any noticeable impact. This is just to allow us to start exploring releasing WooLoop on consoles.
Changed the backend input gathering method we have been using to Unity's newer Input System. Ideally, you should notice no changes other than being able to press Q + E to change galleries in the main menu.
Fixed an issue where the Gamepad button for opening the credits menu wasn't bound correctly.
Gamepad selects the correct box for the Bonus and unowned DLC popups.
Added the correct pink letter colouring to the Credits page.
Refreshed the Steam Icon to the more modern intended design.
Fixed an issue where sometimes gaps in the rope would appear.

This is our Frostfall Festival, which is celebrated in all our games during the holiday season!
You will notice that no matter what image you are playing, there are snowflakes falling all around your beautiful creations and melting at the bottom of the screen! During the whole month of December, from the 1st to the 31st (and for every December yet to come!), to get us all in the Christmas spirit, we have added this wintery theme for you all to enjoy!
If you find the snow too distracting, we have you covered. You can choose to take part by enabling or disabling "Seasonal Effects" on the settings page.
