Bugfix patch. Fixed shoulder buttons going backwards on status/equip UI. Also added a lot of backend that the new version of PaletteForms mod will need.

The big change this time around is the addition of compression-level subtexturing for large images, and subtexturing during font generation. The game should now use smaller blocks of allocated memory rather than a single large block to upload image data. This means the "out of memory despite there being tons of memory available" bug should be sorted out. It should also hopefully allow the game to run the JP translation much more smoothly. Also fixed the irritating Strange Key bug.

-Added an achievement for beating Hard Mode. Old saves work, talk to the ant on the dev island. -Fixed Caelyn's Gore Hit ability not providing a damage bonus to crits. -Optimized the loaders to reduce VRAM usage by about 31MB and hard drive space by about 300MB. Should make the game load faster, too! -Exposed (most/all) UI strings externally for translations. -Fixed internal list sizes not being evaluated correctly due to static calls. -Removed sell/buyback from skill purchase screen. -Realigned the vendor UI to fix overlaps, made it so the help text won't overlap. -Ingredients will no longer overlap if their names are really long (important for translations).

Relative mode makes at-a-glance comparisons easier. Toggle with the C key. -Fixed Slow Molecules in the skills UI not mentioning it is granted by the Ice charm. -Fixed predictions for critical strikes using the wrong damage bonus factor.

This version contains official mod support, the workshop, and Hard Mode! There will probably be a bunch of bugs and balance tweaks in the coming weeks. I have managed to get the workshop uploader working using Steam's SDK tools, so you can use the workshop to download mods but not upload them. I am currently getting Valve's help to fix the internal issues and hopefully an in-game uploader is in the near-future. The power of attuned charms has been cut to 1/3rd (approximately). -When loading a save from before v1.20, charms and gems will dump into your inventory, you'll need to re-equip them. -Charms now unlock new skills! You can preview them in the skills menu. Some of them might be less useful than others, but now you've got a ton of build options! -Enemies now have a ton of new abilities and AIs. They won't use all of them unless you're on hard mode. -Enemies on hard now get a stacking attack buff when they convert a party member. That'll show you, that'll show you all! -Levelup cost now caps at 7000 per levelup, meaning levelups are a more viable method of increasing stats. -Some parts of the UI have been adjusted for the JP translation, so things may be slightly misaligned. I'm working on this! -Various memory optimizations should reduce the game's memory usage and speed up loading. -Reclaimed forms now have new art (thanks, Xandra!). -Attuning a charm only takes 5 wins now (was 10). This applies to all charm slots. Switching charms between slots WILL reset the counter!

Small bugfix patch, fixed a major weighting issue with green chests, tending to give the same item repeatedly rather than spreading them out.

A very minor patch, fixing a single bug. Examining one of the signs in the hall of memories would cause the good ending to put the player in the hall of memories instead of the developer island.

This one is the NG+ patch. You can now jump back to the start of the game once you get the good ending! You keep all your equipment, levels, and skills, and can mop the floor with all opposition. Unless someone encounters a serious bug that needs an immediate fix, this will be the last patch for a little while. Hard Mode, a higher difficulty game mode with new enemy abilities, new player abilities, and an overhauled combat balance, is in the works but will be a little bit. I also have other projects to tend to. Rest assured it will come out, and you'll have an excuse to play the game again when it does. Changelog: -Added New Game +. You'll need to get the best ending and reach the developer island. You can then restart the game but keep your equipment, levels, and skills. -Added 'Grandma's Defeat Mixture', which can be found in a chest in Heronstadt. Deals a lot of damage to your party, for free, making losing battles a breeze! -Added Tourist Mode to the options menu. This mode triples your damage dealt and makes attacks always hit. It's provided as an accessibility option for people who aren't good at RPGs, or just want to see the game. Think of it like an optional easy-mode. -Caelyn's Inspire's prediction box now indicates it cannot miss. -Using an essence on a party member can no longer make them an enemy in the game's final area. -Picking up an equipment item from a chest, such as the Fencing Mask, when you already have a lot of them will instead give you a cash bonus. No more cluttered inventory! -You can now see the best ending in the Hall of Memories after reaching the developer island. -Added a keyboard key to toggle autosaves on the load save menu. -Fixed being able to push the run key in the journal to toggle portraits off, oops. -Pressing the emergency reset button (F8) will no longer kick you back to the title immediately. You now need to press it 5 times within 2 seconds. -Added tabs to the options menu so players will know there are audio and control options. -Fixed an entrance in Bowmill which caused enemies to always attack the player upon entering. -Getting the item for Sage's crafting quests will reset the topic flag so you know how to turn it in. -Callouts for turned party members should now disappear correctly. -Fixed Insect and Skeleton turned party members not displaying their callouts. -Added a note for censoring options. They cannot be edited on the title menu. -You can now hold down Run (LShift by default) when changing audio volumes to adjust them by 1 instead of 5. -Fixed a pink line on one of Caelyn's portraits. -Fixed powershades using the wrong enemy callouts. -Sped up loading times by optimizing inventory storage of crafting materials. -Losing a battle in the final area has an additional prompt, asking to go back in time. Useful if you need to make some more items for the finale. -Typos (of course).

Bugfix and QoL patch. Changelog: -Added tentative OSX support. -Fixed some typos. -Fixed an incorrect examination in the vaults. -Fixed Defend erroneously saying it generates 2CP. -After completing the Well Water quest, the topic will be highlighted so you can turn it in to Sage. -A certain profile while update after doing a later quest involving the character in question. -Added some more examinable spots in the Monastery. -You can now view the remaining endings in the Hall of Memories, including the not-canon-good ending and the bonus endings. -Reduced the size of the combat fonts. This should use a lot less memory speed up loading, in exchange for the fonts looking very slightly worse. Worth it. -Verand now shows both the attack up buff and the defense down buff so it's more obvious what her boss gimmick is. -Verand's Power Trade now reduces her protection by 5 per stack (was 3), Attack increases by 7% (was 10%). Should make it slightly easier. -Improved censoring commands. You can now use the options menu to toggle censoring, and added black bars to images I don't have a censored version of. -You can also censor enemies. This only applies to a few vampires, but I don't want anyone getting banned off Twitch. -Added the ability to switch to the Purchase Level Up interface from the status menu. -Added the ability to switch to the Purchase Skills interface from the skills menu. -Added a shortcut to the cistern so you don't need to spend so much time running around when you get beat up by a dragon. -Fixed a bug with Sage's collision flag during a midgame quest. -Fixed being able to talk to Orios before he actually spawns.

Fixed Izana's Rush ability not generating MP. Fixed the postgame Izana-becomes-invisible bug.
