Log in to your account using your email and password.
Open Settings -> Accounts.
Scroll to the bottom and select Link Steam Account.
Once your account has been linked, log out.
Return to the title screen and select Login via Steam.
Your DLC items should now appear correctly.
Important: Please make sure you link your Steam account first before using Login via Steam. These are two separate actions.
You can still log in with your email and password if you prefer, but please note that your DLC items may not appear when using that login method. 🙏

Priced at $4.99 USD, Mellow Meadows can be switched with Cozy Island anytime, so you can choose whichever home fits your mood!

The Magical Treasures Collection DLC adds a bunch of fantasy-inspired decorations, accessories, animated items, magical Worble Orbs, and even a mischievous Mimic Mini Pet!

It’s been a little while since the 2.0 launch, and today we have something exciting to share! 👁️👁️
When we first announced the move to pay-to-play for Weyrdlets, we mentioned that future expansions would come in the form of meaningful DLCs.
So today, we’re super excited to share that our upcoming DLC pages are officially LIVE! 🥳
In around a month or so (maybe a little longer depending on development), we’ll be releasing 3 DLCs together, priced between USD $2.99 - $4.99.
Here’s a little sneak peek 👁️👁️
A brand new pet is joining the original trio! Wasabi is an adorable avian pet that you’ll be able to adopt and have waddling around your desktop with you! 💚
The Mellow Meadows DLC introduces a cottagecore-inspired space with peaceful woods and a cozy double-storey house for your pets to live in! 🏡
And don’t worry, buying this DLC doesn’t replace Cozy Island. You’ll still keep it and can freely switch between both spaces anytime you want!
This one’s for the fantasy lovers !🔮 The Magical Treasures DLC comes with fantasy-themed furniture, accessories, decorations, and even a new Worble Orb! Some of you might’ve already seen a few sneak peeks in our Discord already 👁️👁️
All 3 DLCs will be sold separately, but during launch we’ll also have a bundle option where you can grab everything together at a discount! 💛
We’ll make another announcement once the launch date gets closer, so no worries about remembering all the details right now.

Today’s a big day for us because Weyrdlets 2.0 has officially launched! This big update brings new features, improvements, and systems shaped by your feedback!

Weyrdlets has now moved from free-to-play to a premium game. We made this decision after listening to feedback from our community, and we’ve been really thankful for the positive response since sharing the news!

Here are some of the biggest additions in this update:
Worble (Multiplayer) Race, roll, and sabotage your friends in chaotic multiplayer obstacle maps.
Photo Mode Capture fun moments with your pets, decorations, and cozy environments.
Desktop Roaming Mode Your pets can now wander freely around your desktop, or snap neatly to the bottom of the screen.
Egg Fragment System Unlock pets and MiniPets through level progression and pets' digs.
New Languages Weyrdlets is now available in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, making the game more accessible to players around the world.
Quality-of-Life Improvements Shopping cart, improved sorting, and shop search tools.
Since Weyrdlets moved from free-to-play to a paid game, Steam reset the reviews on our store page.
Reviews help new players discover the game, so we really appreciate everyone who takes the time to share their experience!
Weyrdlets is what it is today because of you. Every bit of feedback, every idea, every message in our community has helped shape the game along the way.
If you’ve been enjoying the game, sharing Weyrdlets with a friend or gifting it to someone who might love it too, really helps our small team. Now that the game has moved to a premium model, we’re even more excited for what’s next, including new DLCs, events, and special discounts!

When Weyrdlets first started, it was a small desktop pet experiment. Over the past (almost) two years, it’s grown into something much bigger, and that’s entirely because of you.
Today, Weyrdlets includes:

Farming orchards and fishing
Desktop microgames
Multiplayer games & Sports Day
Worble pet racing
A social hub
Productivity widgets
And a lot more than we ever planned at the start
Along the way, many of you told us you actually prefer paid games over free-to-play, especially on Steam. We hear you! Moving to a paid model helps us continue developing the game long-term without pushing aggressive monetisation or compromising the cozy experience that everyone has come to expect.
From 17th March 2026, Weyrdlets will be a premium game on Steam
Existing players keep full access to the paid version
Weyrdlets 2.0 will launch with a reworked economy:
Items will be more affordable
All items will be unlockable and purchasable via Calcubot
Oskar will stop hoarding items seasonally
Optional DLCs will be introduced later as meaningful expansions, not pay-to-win content

Yes. As long as Weyrdlets is already in your Steam library before 17th March 2026, you’ll automatically own the paid version.
No. Your progress, pets, items, Jellystars, and everything you’ve earned will stay exactly the same.
New players will need to purchase Weyrdlets on Steam before playing.
We’ll share the price closer to launch. Our goal is to keep it fair and accessible, especially for a cozy, long-term game.
Core updates, improvements, balance changes, and events will remain part of the base game. Optional DLCs will be clearly labelled and designed as expansions and not required purchases.
No. Avoiding pay-to-win design is very important to us. Progression and items are designed to be earned through gameplay, not locked behind payments.
Yes. Multiplayer features and the social hub will remain part of the core Weyrdlets experience.
We explored different options, but moving to a paid base game felt like the most transparent and sustainable approach especially for players who prefer a one-time purchase over ongoing monetization.
Once Weyrdlets becomes a paid game, there won’t be any way to spend real money in the shop anymore. Jellystars used to be the premium currency while the game was free, but after March 17th, they’ll simply become regular in-game currency that you earn through gameplay like daily tasks, taking care of your pets, letting them idle and dig up treasure, and other in-game activities.

So a couple of days ago, one of you asked us when the next update is dropping…
I was too busy to reply then (sorry!).. but the answer is: The update is live NOW!
We just pushed out three brand new game modes, and we’re releasing them for community testing! We'd love for you to try things out, and discover the stuff we never could’ve predicted. 😅
So go wild, explore the modes, and tell us what you think! Your feedback helps us polish everything for the full release! P.S. you can watch the trailer here!
Worble is a new game mode where your Weyrdlets roll through fun obstacle courses inside adorable, customizable bubbles and trails! You can find Worble by going to the Activities Tab, the same place as Playground.
Sports Day is a racing mini-game where your pets compete in a fun race! Race your pets through obstacles while you handle the quick time events! You can find Sports Day also at the Activities Tab, the same place as Playground.
The Orchard is your new cozy farming space for you and your pets! It exists on Cozy Island and on your desktop!
You can find your little orchard by going to this new orchard button at the bottom right Hot Corner.
On your desktop, you can enable the Orchard settings under your Widgets menu.
Cute tip: You can drag and drop your pet to let them roam at the Orchard area too!
Oskar heard you’re gearing up for some action, so he’s stocked up on sporty new goods in his merchant boat. Go check out his shop before he sails off again!

The playground just got its first expansion! A peaceful seaside area with sand, sea, a lighthouse, and a pier. Go fishing, take on small quests, or just chill with friends in public lobbies or private rooms.
You can play as your pet for the first time ever! Explore the playground or Cozy Cove, chat with friends, or throw water balloons at them (gently).
Cast your line solo or with friends. You can trade, eat, or show off your catches!
Now you can chat directly in Cozy Cove! Remember to be nice! ❣️
Say hi to Nessie, our fabulous new merchant with exclusive items. Trade fish with her for unique rewards.

With pets now playable, players can express themselves using a brand-new emote system. More emotes are on the way!

Biji & Kotak Collaboration: New trailer released!
New Default Playground Controls: Third-Person Controller mode is now available in Cozy Cove. The Radial Controller remains accessible in this mode, now with a new Emote option.
Go Multiplayer: Create a private room for a peaceful solo fishing session, or open a public room to meet new friends. Room code will be hidden until clicked on for private rooms.
Unstuck Button: Free your Weyrdlet if you get stuck (or make a quick escape) and respawn back at the Playground. Press Z to show the button.
New Hotkeys: Faster access to menus and controls in Cozy Cove.
New Music Tracks to enjoy while exploring Cozy Cove.
NPC Content Update: - Meet new NPCs in Cozy Cove. - Fetch and Oskar have fresh lines to share.
New Tutorials: Improved guidance for smoother onboarding.
Changes & Fixes
Max Level Rewards are now uncapped! You can now keep earning rewards even after reaching level 99!
Fixed an issue where decorations would not appear after logging in.
Updated the fruit Orange model. It’s now a full orange instead of a sliced one.
The boat has returned! Players can now enter the Playground through the boat, or use the old-fashioned way through the Hot Items tray.
Improved lighting for the Playground.
Hungry pets can now enter the Playground without restrictions.
Added a new impact sound for the Sandbucket.
Improved Skiprope tripping detection.
Adjusted the exit telescope button placement.
Stopped the power-saving notification from appearing every time the game is interacted with in Desktop Mode. Selecting “Important Only” now correctly suppresses Power-Saving Mode alerts during regular gameplay.
Fixed a bug where using a preset could bypass the pet customization limit.
Fixed the Ignore button in the Friends menu.
Corrected colors for the Plain Tie item.
Fixed an issue where mini pets would be missing upon entering the Desktop scene when Pet Size was set to the lowest.
Fixed an issue where only pet accessories appeared when Pet Visibility was turned off; pets will now fully disappear as expected.
Resolved an issue where applying saved customization presets in Pet Customization could cause the game to freeze.
Improved lighting item visuals for better clarity during both daytime and nighttime.
Adjusted the pivot points for the Headphone items for better rotation control during customization.
Fixed pet resize slider values.
Performance optimizations and enhanced water shader quality.

We know we said the update would drop this week, but… bugs happened and not the fun kind, either. Some game breaking ones popped out during testing and its been keeping our programmers up at night.

We've made a few fixes and small improvements to the game. Here's a list of things we've addressed:
Fixed an issue where only pet accessories appeared when Pet Visibility was turned off; pets will now fully disappear as expected.
Adjusted notification settings: selecting “Important Only” now correctly suppresses Power-Saving Mode alerts during regular gameplay.
Resolved an issue where applying saved customization presets in Pet Customization could cause the game to freeze.
Improved lighting item visuals for better clarity during both day time and night time.
Adjusted pivot points for Headphone items to allow more precise and natural rotation during customization.
