  • TLDR - improved randomization mechanics, making random abilities occur much more reliably. Previously, the game used a "true randomization" system - this created some annoying situations where what you would see over time did not always line up with the perceived chances - while technically "correct" - and thats the nature of statistics, it could be frustrating. We added various "pity mechanics" to make sure for example a 10% chance is much more reliable - you will get (at least) a 1 in 10 draw of that thing, no matter what. Various other improvements generally make it so what you expect to happen when you think "20% chance" is more likely to be what you see happen, with more reliable passive ability, evolution, and ability triggers.

• Specific unit stats and war supplies can now be enabled/disabled for quickspend in order to fully customize how to auto spend your money

• Units should now attack targets they are suited for and distribute damage rather than ganging up in targets, creating a much more reliable distribution of damage.

• Added a list of all locations (sorted by tiers, with a collapsible header per tier) and their status (road built, outpost built, building icon if applicable, level x/y, and distance from current position) when on the map panel and not selected on a location. This allows you to see a much better overview of your world progress.

• Added new graphics options (anti-aliasing) and adjusted existing ones (soft shadows low/med/high are greatly improved)

• Fish bones and adventure coins show up in merchants for a cost in gems, allowing you to purchase relics and artifacts without having to play these modes if you don't want to (albeit at a slower rate).

• Added option for auto move to prioritize moving to new locations or to increase capture level of nearby locations

• Fixed some minor steam deck issues

• Implemented a variety of graphics optimizations - overall performance should be improved

• Moved "Exit Game" button to first tab on options screen and made it more prominent

• Made it so that the game will automatically restore your data from the history of saves in the event that it is lost due to crashing

• New War Supplies modifier: added an additional modifier to war supplies, based on the total number of war supplies equipped across all units and war tortoise; ie, the more war supplies you have equipped globally, the stronger the next war supply will be. This is a soft push to spread your war supplies around as many units/tortoise as you can, and will now give a significant boost to not horde war supplies on just your tortoise, or only a few units. This also adds an interesting wrinkle in the order you want to upgrade your units
• Players can now refresh daily fish/adventure/missions after an amount of time
• Fixed an issue with mouse clicks not registering while reeling in a fish
• Descriptions are now visible when viewing locked Evolutions
• Fixed some bugs in adventure mode

• Fixed an issue with Quick Spending on cheapest upgrades only buying war supplies for the player’s war tortoise
• Fixed a bug preventing adventure melee weapons not being able to hit flying units while jumping
• When auto moving to a location, locations that have been captured but are not on max level can now be chosen
• (PC) Greatly reduced the cost of fishing and adventure Relics
• When dying and auto continue is set, the game will no longer auto continue if the player manually presses Ascend
• When picking up refugees with auto battle activated, return home will automatically be selected after a time. Capped the number of refugee mice that can show at once.
