End of Active Development for VTuber Plus

After many years of developing and maintaining VTuber Plus, I've made the decision to officially end active development of the project.

This wasn't an easy decision. VTuber Plus has been a huge part of my journey as a developer, and I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who supported it, reported bugs, shared feedback, created content with it, and helped build such a wonderful community.

From today onward, VTuber Plus will no longer receive feature updates or ongoing support. The current version will remain its final version.

The application will continue to be available for purchase and download in its current state. If a severe issue ever prevents the software from functioning as intended, I may choose to address it, but no further updates or new features are planned.

My focus has shifted toward game development through Blackscale Studios, and I want to dedicate my time and energy to those projects going forward.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of VTuber Plus over the years. Your support has meant more to me than I can put into words, and I hope the software has helped many of you bring your virtual characters to life.

This isn't goodbye to me as a developer. It's simply the closing chapter of VTuber Plus.

Update v5.2 introduces Expressions for your avatar!

You can trigger them as rewards, via WebSockets, or directly from your Stream Deck (plugin update coming soon).

Hello everyone,

I’m excited to share that VTuber Plus now supports Emotes and Rooms. These have been among the most requested features over the years, and it finally felt like the right time to bring them into the app.

With Emotes, you can add any kind of humanoid animation to your avatar and even share them with others.

Rooms let you place your avatar in fully customizable environments. You can design them with your own colors, lighting, particles, and even sounds, then share them with others as well.

After five years of development, VTuber Plus has finally evolved into a fully standalone application.

This was never the original vision for the project. What started as a small tool gradually grew into something much bigger, largely thanks to the incredible community that formed around it. Your support, feedback, and enthusiasm kept me motivated to continue improving it and adding new features along the way.

Because of all of you, VTuber Plus can now truly be considered a complete VTubing suite, capable of running on its own without relying on other programs.

And this is only the beginning. There is still much more planned for the future.
