First announced alongside the release of the first chapter of the spinoff manga, UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ -squall-, UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ - Parallel Palette - is the second voice drama project by developer, LYCORIS. This what-if story focuses on the relationship between Tachibana Kaoru (voiced by Koichi Makoto) and the teacher she fell in love with, Shimotsuki Mirei (voiced by Matsui Eriko). For fans that may not have played UsoNatsu yet and are worried about spoilers, Parallel Palette can be enjoyed by listening to the mini voice drama "Falling, In Love" which is available to listen for free on Youtube. The developer, LYCORIS, has confirmed that serialization of the manga spin-off for UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ has begun. First announced back in July 2024, the spin-off manga, entitled UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ -squall-, is being serialized starting in the October 2024 issue of Comic Yurihime magazine which came out on August 16, 2024 in Japan. The story in the comic serves as a prequel to the game itself and focuses on the early relationship between Tachibana Kaoru and her teacher, Shimotsuki Mirei. The artist behind the manga is none other than Rococo, a popular yuri manga artist who also worked on the manga series, Hokenshitsu wa Futarikiri. Currently, there is no information on an upcoming English release. In celebration of the start of the comic, UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ as well as the soundtrack and the recently released voice drama will be on sale this week! There was an issue where users were not able to access the Simplified Chinese video files after downloading the UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ Voice Drama. This issue has been addressed and those files should now be downloadable if the user's language setting is set to Simplified Chinese. If you wish to download those video files when not using Simplified Chinese language settings, right click on the UsoNatsu ~The Summer Romance Bloomed From A Lie~ Voice Drama in your Steam Library and select Properties. An update has been pushed out with a number of fixes. Patch Notes

• Skip speed can now be adjusted
• Framerate can now be adjusted
• Improved character sprite transitions in a particular scene
• Improved lip sync
• Chapter-related achievements automatically are received when said chapter is cleared

An update was pushed out which addresses an issue where the FPS may exceed 60 and cause the CPU and/or GPU to be over-utilized. The update caps framerate at 60 FPS to prevent this issue.
