Hi Steam community! ːsteamhappyː
It’s been a while since my last post. As a solo game developer, it can be difficult to keep up with everything, but I want to start by once again saying thank you to every single one of you who played Unpossess or created content around it. Your support has meant a lot, and it has been an incredible experience.
Now, I’m excited to share some news:
The Unpossess universe is expanding, and it’s coming very soon.
As some of you may know, the sequel, Unpossess 2: Exorcism Simulator, is currently in development. This sequel builds on the foundation of the first game and expands the world, gameplay, and overall experience.
Unpossess 1 was set in the early 1900s and introduced the beginning of the exorcists’ story: how they started to form, learn, and face the unknown.
Unpossess 2: Exorcism Simulator takes place in the late 1900s, where exorcists have grown, evolved, and become more experienced. The sequel will include graphical reworks, objective reworks, new equipment, a new gameplay loop, improved animations, and much more.
There will also be an identification system for players who enjoy ghost-hunting mechanics. The game will combine the core objectives of an exorcism simulator with elements inspired by popular ghost-hunting games. While ghost identification will not be the main focus, it will be an important part of the overall experience.
I’m currently looking for playtesters who would like to get early access to the sequel and help shape the game with feedback and suggestions. If you’re interested, please join our Discord!
You can also continue supporting me as a solo developer by wishlisting Unpossess 2: Exorcism Simulator on Steam.
Thank you again for being part of this journey.
I’m heading back to work now. See you soon, exorcists!

Dear Steam Community,
As announced previously, Unpossess 2: Exorcism Simulator is officially in development!
You can now wishlist the game here:
I’d also like to share a more personal message with you, directly from me - the solo developer.
Unpossess 2 is the sequel to Unpossess, a game that unexpectedly made its way all over the internet among horror fans and content creators. Seeing people dress up as nuns and priests while playing the game was incredible - honestly, it meant more to me than I can put into words. That support and enthusiasm gave me the motivation to create a sequel.
This time, the game is set in the late 1900s, which allows for a much wider range of ideas and themes. Unpossess 2 builds upon the foundation of the first game while being developed in a newer version of Unreal Engine 5, featuring significantly improved graphics. I’m also expanding on the existing equipment and objectives to deliver a deeper and more immersive experience.
Feel free to follow me on Twitter and join our Discord community to stay up to date with the latest news and updates.
Thank you for all your support—I promise to make Unpossess 2 even better.
