We’re happy to announce that Unlucky Mummy will receive its first post-release discount: 25% off!

We’d also like to share some details about the update we’re currently working on.

In the upcoming Oasis of the Gods update, each of the 12 gods will receive a unique mini-game ability.

The update will also add an entire Egyptian town where you’ll be able to spend currency after each run to construct new buildings. These buildings will allow you to upgrade existing abilities or unlock new ones.

In addition, the update will introduce the ability to upgrade automation for opening the sarcophagus door and catching Schrödinger’s Cat.

We also plan to add more variety to the bosses in Act II.

Language Update

• Added two new languages: Ukrainian and Lithuanian.

• Fixed errors in the Russian localization.

• Improved the save system.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for continuing to open the sarcophagus!

Thanks to your reviews and bug reports in Discussions, Discord, and Steam reviews, we were able to quickly fix several issues and update the game.

Here is the list of the main changes:

• Added an option to disable camera shake in the settings menu.

• Fixed a Glyph bug that could cause players to receive a duplicate Glyph before unlocking all 6 Glyphs.

• Improved camera shake so it feels softer during cutscenes and combos.

• Fixed the “5000 Experiments” and “Cat Multiverse” achievements so they now correctly track statistics across all runs, not just a single run.

• Added many other small fixes and improvements.

Also, thanks to your activity today, we once again broke our release record for concurrent players, reaching 170 players at the same time! We already have plans for a major expansion of the game’s mechanics based on your feedback. The gods will receive more abilities and upgrades!

Unlucky Mummy is OUT NOW! And that means our adventure is just beginning.

We have ideas for expanding the game’s mechanics and future development, and we’d love to hear your feedback on Steam.

The game is available in 12 languages. 2 story acts. 12 relics of the Egyptian gods. And one cursed button that opens the sarcophagus door!
