Hello P.A.N.T.S.U. members!
We have some valuable intel about some major design changes that are incoming via Content Update #3! Feast your eyes!
We’ve seen people chew through the content and absolutely destroy Endless Mode. Well, HQ is telling us that these new design changes will really test your mettle as bonafide Turret Pilots. Here’s the nitty gritty:
The moon rises over the newest and hardest stage: Midnight Siege!
Aliens rage in the night in numbers never seen before and have spawned new monstrosities to strike fear into the hearts of our heroines!
This stage features a new enemy type: the shield elite!
Shield elites do not attack the player but will quickly throw up a shield in front of them to guard their allies
Their shields are tough but can be broken with enough firepower
Alternately, you can kill them with a direct hit if you have the right angle!
Stage 4 also features a brand new boss!
This one is a little different from what you have faced before so stay on your toes!
In addition to the new stage, we have a brand new difficulty system called “Crisis Levels”
With this system now every normal and endless stage will have 4 new difficulty levels!
Across both normal and endless, that comes out to 32 new challenges to overcome!
Each new Crisis Level brings tougher enemy spawns and will present players with unique difficulty modifiers that switch up how the stage should be played
Sometimes your reload speed will be debuffed, sometimes enemies will move faster, as levels go up the modifiers get harder and harder!
But with more risk comes more reward. Challenging these crisis levels will earn you more unique currency per run and give you bundles of currency as a reward for your first time clearing them!
In order to unlock higher and higher crisis levels, you need to beat a certain number of stages on the current highest Crisis Level
You can check the conditions and progress by hovering over the skull icon on the progression gauge.
Can you unlock and clear all the Crisis Levels? Good luck!
To help players tackle the new Crisis Levels the game has to offer, we have also added 10 new Legendary versions of pre-existing weapons
These powerful weapons have a very low drop rate compared to other other versions but offer a twist to their normal behavior that make them uniquely powerful
Here are a couple examples:
This machinegun trades accuracy for an insanely high firerate and amount of projectiles
Though at first it might seem hard to use, upgrading it and using ADS to narrow its firing spread make it incredibly powerful
This is a powerful laser cannon that fires 3 lasers in a spread pattern
It may seem difficult to utilize the side lasers but with a little practice it becomes a formidable tool at wiping out ground units
We hope you enjoy finding the rest of the weapons during your runs and trying them out for yourself!
With the introduction of new difficulty levels and new weapons, we have made some changes to the spawn rates of weapons and passive upgrade parts in the shop
Weapons now have the following general drop rates:
Normal weapons: High
Advanced weapons: Medium
Legendary weapons: Rare
Now even if you have all your weapon or upgrade slots filled there is still a chance new upgrades will appear in the shop allowing you to change your build mid-run
You can sell your current items to make space for new ones if you see something you want
However, in general, upgrades for currently held items are more likely to appear
We understand that these updates change the way the game has been played up until now. We plan to listen carefully to player feedback regarding these changes and make tweaks as we move forward.
We have added a new tab to the item shop where you can buy new items that can be used in Photo Mode!
The new items include a couple new poses for Girl and Raven, as well as various new animated backgrounds!
The shop can now be leveled up to Level 5!
This means clothing items for both Girl and Raven can also all be leveled up to Level 5, further increasing their power
We have four new songs!
Two songs for Stage 4 (battle and boss themes)
Photo Mode music
Item Shop music
We hope you enjoy these awesome new tunes as you play the new content!
To roll out the new Crisis Level feature and Raven, we have added 10 new Steam Achievements for everyone to unlock
Some of these require true skill to unlock, so we hope you enjoy the new achievement hunting as you try out the new features!
Finally, we have a small but hopefully welcome feature for those who want to speed things up a little
From the pause menu in game, you can now increase the game speed.
You can choose from the following speeds: 1.0x (normal), 1.5x, 2x and 3x speed
Phew… That’s a lot!
Content Update #3 happens to also sync up with the Steam Summer Sale, so if you know someone who would be a valuable addition to the P.A.N.T.S.U. team, now is the perfect chance to let them know!
We look forward to seeing more photos in the Photo Mode Channel! Also, don't forget to join the official Discord or help us by purchasing official TurretGirls merchandise from Popiko at: https://popiko.com/en-jp/collections/turret-girls
See you on the battlefield! ❤️
Hello P.A.N.T.S.U. members!
Today we have a short update for you about some key production changes.
We are very humbled by how many people loved Raven as an addition to the game. Thank you!! We are happy to announce Update #3 will include a brand new stage and many new game play changes to the meta-loop that should provide many more hours of gameplay!
Here's a sneak peek below!
However, with that change, we have decided to cut back a bit on Photo Mode updates and focus more on providing more game content that extends the core gameplay loop. Don't worry, there will still be some fun additions for Photo Mode in Update #3 though. :)
We’ll have more on that and a fully updated Roadmap in the next few weeks so please stay tuned!
Until then, you can always post your photos in Photo Mode Channel, join the official Discord or help us by purchasing official TurretGirls merchandise from Popiko at https://popiko.com/en-jp/collections/turret-girls.
Thanks ❤️
Attention P.A.N.T.S.U. recruits!
Tiiiiny set of patch notes incoming!
Fixed a bug where after completing 2000 days on the battlefield collectively between Girl and Raven the achievement "Turret and Girl" as well as Girl's "Gaming Headphones" would not be unlocked.
Fixed an issue where the "Stuffed Raven" would unlock earlier than intended before Raven's deployment count actually reached 20.
Attention P.A.N.T.S.U. recruits! Patch Notes Incoming!
Shop Prices: Reduced all prices of all shop items for an improved gameplay experience.
Shop Level Up Logic: Modified level up logic for the shop from more complicated conditions to a more simple “make X amount of purchases (of any item)” format.
We hope these changes give players a more clear and pleasurable gameplay experience for purchasing better gear and leveling up the shop.
Resolved an issue where generators could not be placed via Present Cards after pressing the ESC key.
Fixed a crash that occurred when entering Photo Mode after unlocking and equipping socks on a Girl.
Fixed a visual glitch where the edges of Raven’s mouth appeared black on the Battle Result screen.
Current “P.A.N.T.S.U Founders” from discord have been added to the credits! Thank you for your support!
Raven Update Hot Fix:
Fixed a critical bug where Girl's unlocked accessories and clothing were not unlocked in photo mode.
P.A.N.T.S.U. recruits!
Meet Raven! The newest (and now sassiest) member of P.A.N.T.S.U.!
⬇️⬇️⬇️
Raven is a fast and furious character with a lot of personality!
She also has a couple key mechanical differences from Girl
High Speed: Raven’s base speed is much higher than girls and can dash faster with a much lower cooldown between dashes
Crossbow: Raven has a high powered crossbow that can annihilate elite aliens with ease
Lower HP: Be careful though Raven's speed comes at the cost of HP. Compared to Girl she goes down faster!
4 equip-able weapons: Raven’s crossbow is extremely powerful but she can only equip 4 weapons at most so choose carefully!
Raven’s crossbow is the core of her power
Hold the special input to start charging her crossbow
The higher the charge the higher the power of the shot
Release the input and let your shot loose for big damage!
Raven can upgrade the stats of her crossbow like max charge, charge speed and base power!
In addition to being able to upgrade Raven’s crossbow stats with clothing items there are various in-run upgrades only Raven can use.
Defense upgrade: Gives Raven a much needed defense boost.
Crossbow overcharge and Charge Speed: Increases your max charge level and the speed you charge!
“Chrono Bomb”: Makes the raven projectile explode on impact, greatly slowing all enemies in its blast radius.
Raven has a whole new vibe and set of 81 new clothing and accessories to unlock and equip!
We hope you enjoy discovering and using all of the new customization items for her as we put our heart into making them extra special!
Naturally Raven is now also selectable in Photo Mode so you can view her in all her sassy glory up close!
Additionally we added a bunch of new wall papers to keep photo mode fresh! Many of them are animated!
In addition to Raven we have added a brand new meta progression feature, the shop!
After completing one stage (win or lose) you will gain access to the shop from the main menu
From here you can buy new upgrades that appear in runs and power up your clothing and accessories!
Purchases at the Shop will cost you some of the 4 new currencies we have implemented
Check the stage select to see which tokens you can gain by playing a given stage
The shop itself can level up!
Buying a certain amount of items and clothing upgrades will level up your shop
When the shop is upgraded new items will be added for purchase in the supply tab (on the far left)
If you keep upgrading your shop you can unlock brand new upgrades that will appear during runs
Here are a couple examples of cards we added
Generator overclock: Charges Girl’s melee attack allowing it to power up generators and cause them to discharge lighting to enemies!
Juggernaut: Lose a ton of mobility for greatly increased attack power
There are many more we added but we hope you enjoy unlocking and experimenting with these new upgrades!
The shop will receive more updates and balancing in the future so please let us know your thoughts!
We understand that the cost of rerolling and locking items is a pain point for a lot of players so we made the following changes
Rerolling cost now ramps up quicker but resets to 50 each day giving players more ability to reroll over the course of a run
Locking items now costs a flat 100 and that price never goes up
We a lot of users confused by how visual only loadouts worked so we made the following changes
Now anytime you equip an item it will automatically change the visual loadout as well
After the item is equipped you can can the visual loadout by clicking the right side of an item.
Some visual and gameplay altering mods will not work with this new update. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes the modding community.
As always, we love hearing from our community, so join us on Discord, X, Bluesky, or Instagram to let us know which girl is your type!
Attention P.A.N.T.S.U. recruits!
Incoming Intel!
The days of Girl fighting alone are soon coming to an end, so keep your eyes open over the next 48 hours. Backup is finally arriving. Prepare for deployment and stay frosty!
We thought long and hard about the right way to bring this content to all the fans. We know DLC is the standard for these kinds of games but it’s our hope that by making this a free update it will bring more players in and get old players to return. That coupled with a Daily Deal sale set for April 17th should help expand what is already an amazing community!

Hello P.A.N.T.S.U. recruits!
We have some very special announcements today, so listen up!
Photo Mode is here!
The time has finally come! Photo Mode will be available via a Free Update on March 19th! You’ll also be able to pick it up at a discount during the Steam Spring Sale, so not only can you take and share some of the best GIRL photos, you can do it at a great price!
Here is a breakdown of everything we’re adding in Phase One.
By popular demand we’ve added a brand-new Photo Mode that gives you total creative control over taking shots of your favorite girl!
TurretGirls - Photo Mode Trailer (Adult Content - Viewer Discretion Advised)
In this mode you can fully customize Girl and the scene with tons of settings!
Choose from a variety of poses, backgrounds, screen effects and of course clothing...or lack of clothing.
You can even fully customize Girl’s facial expressions!
Pro-Tip: Don’t forget to interact with Girl while setting up your shots. You might get some great shots in the process!
This is just the first update to Photo Mode, and there is much more to come. Please try it out and let us know what you think—we are listening!
Tired of choosing between looking cool and staying alive? You no longer have to sacrifice fashion for performance!
You can now set clothing and accessories to appear visually on your character without affecting their stats.
How it works: Just set your visual loadout by clicking the right side of an equipable item to set it visually. Your stats will stay the same, but your look is all yours.
We’ve added two highly requested features to the shop to help runs go more in your favor:
Locking Items: See a weapon you want but can’t afford yet? For a small price, you can now Lock items in the shop. This prevents them from disappearing between days or rerolls.
Selling Items: You can now sell weapons or upgrades you already have equipped. Just click the new "Sell" button on the shop screen and select what you would like to sell.
Finally, we’ve added more information to your stats! You can now see more clear "Before and After" information in the stat screens.
Whether you are equipping clothing and accessories or upgrading things in the shop, you’ll see exactly how your numbers will change.
Thank you all for the continued support and feedback. Now jump in and show us your best shots from the new Photo Mode!
In case you aren’t already a member of the official TurretGirls Discord or follow any of our main SNS channels, we’ve been running weekly previews of photos taken in the new photo mode. We really can’t wait to see what sort of creative photos you’ll be able to take when it’s released. So come on over to the Discord and show us what you’ve got!
Girl needs all the support she can get to fend off those never-ending waves of grotty aliens. And you can give it to her through a vast arsenal of never-ending… HUGS! If you are a fan and want to show your fandom and sleep well here’s your chance. Grab a brand-new TurretGirls Hug Pillow from the pop-up store link below:
Dear P.A.N.T.S.U. employees!
We’ve got an important update today.
We are getting close to selling 100,000 units, which is a huge milestone for us considering the hurdles that come with making mature content games like TurretGirls.
There is still plenty of censorship that controls what kind of content we can produce and what kind of content you can purchase. Sometimes this is an open issue, while other times it’s hidden behind the scenes. No matter your stance on this issue, the reality is it takes money to make games, and having fewer marketplaces available to us adds more risk.
The success of TurretGirls has helped change the fortunes for many of those attached to it, and has allowed us to take steps towards improving the game’s scope beyond what we had originally imagined. Much of this is thanks to requests and feedback from players through their steam reviews and amazing feedback on the official discord–thank you all so much for your support!
We are really excited to add new content to TurretGirls so players both old and new can enjoy a deeper experience. And with that, here’s the roadmap we have planned.
Thank you again for joining us on this journey and we look forward to your continued feedback!
Bonjour! Guten Tag!
TurretGirls is now fully playable in French and German!
More languages, same explosive chaos. No translation needed for BOOM!
Thank you so much for playing TurretGirls!
■ Added support for German and French
■ Added Key Rebinding Functionality
You can now access the key rebinding screen from the switch in the bottom-right corner of the Options menu.
Keys and buttons used during combat can be reassigned. (Note: Certain actions, such as opening the pause menu, cannot be changed.)
If multiple actions are assigned to the same key/button, they may not function correctly — please ensure there are no overlaps.
When Steam Input is enabled, some key bindings may behave unexpectedly.
■ Addressed Unity security vulnerability issues
If you like TurretGirls, please consider giving it a review on Steam!
"Saving humanity, one turret (and wardrobe malfunction) at a time!"
Hey Turret Squad!
As always, thank you for playing TurretGirls! The game is currently 20% off as part of the Steam Autumn Sale!
We’ve reviewed the recent community feedback rand have made the following adjustments. We hope you’ll continue to enjoy the game!
■ Added Fire Button Options
Added a feature in the Options menu to select how the ‘fire’ button works
Hold: Continuous fire while holding down the button (previous behavior)
Toggle: Switches between continuous fire and stop with each button press
Continuous Fire: Constantly fires without needing button input
■ Added Total Damage Display
You can now check the total damage dealt by each weapon on the Game Result screen
■ Energy Shield (Shield Drone adjustment)
Adjusted the Supply Weapon "Shield Drone" and renamed it to “Energy Shield”
Changed to a single shield that covers the entire turret
Blocks one attack (now also blocks long-range attacks)
The shield disappears after blocking an attack
When disappearing, it releases a powerful shockwave that deals damage over a wide area
If there is ammunition remaining, a new shield will deploy instantly (if at zero ammo, it will reload instead)
The Shield Drone was previously too lackluster, so we reworked it into a more useful, offensive shield
The Shield Generator remains unchanged
■ Machine Gun
Improved bullet grouping and projectile speed while aiming down sights (ADS)
For those who have installed mods and experience instability after the update, please try the following:
Unsubscribe from all Workshop items.
From the library, click the gear icon and select “Verify Integrity of Game Files.”,
Following these steps will remove mod files from the game folder.
Fixed a bug where, upon continuing from suspend data, the turret’s starting weapon would revert to Lv.1 stats
Thanks everyone for all the feedback!
If you like TurretGirls, please consider giving it a review on Steam!
"Saving humanity, one turret (and wardrobe malfunction) at a time!"
Hey, Turret Squad!
Once again, we can't thank you enough for playing TurretGirls!
Based on recent feedback we’ve received from the community, the team has made the following adjustments. We hope you continue to enjoy the game!
【New Features】
■ Added Suspend Save Function
Added a button on the Supply screen to save progress and return to the Title screen.
If a suspend save exists, a Continue button will appear in the Title Menu.
Selecting Continue will resume from the next day’s battle.
Suspend saves are automatically deleted under the following conditions: ・When the game is cleared ・When the game is over ・When retiring via the Pause Menu ・When selecting Battle in the Title Menu instead of Continue (a confirmation dialog will appear before deletion)
■ Added Auto-Save for Run Progress
Progress is now automatically saved when leaving the Supply screen.
This feature acts as a safeguard against unexpected interruptions such as crashes.
■ Added Resolution Option
Added support for 3840x2160 resolution. # Please note that this does not guarantee smooth performance. Consider your PC specs when using this option.
■ Added Discord Link Button to Title Screen
We look forward to welcoming more Turret Squad members to the community!
【Adjustments】
■ Shotgun
Adjusted so that accuracy improves while ADS is active. # ADS Mode is primarily a bonus feature for admiring certain “details,” but now it also affects combat performance.
■ Incendiary Rounds
Increased attack range at all levels.
Upward attack range has also been increased, though the visual height remains unchanged. # In the previous adjustment, flame height was reduced for visibility, but aerial damage output dropped too much. This update rebalances that.
■ Missile Launcher
Increased attack power at all levels.
■ Ballista
Adjusted initial level performance (e.g., number of projectiles) to make it easier to use.
Maximum level performance remains unchanged.
■ Flamethrower
Adjusted visual effects to reduce processing load. # While a reliable weapon in certain builds, performance in the late run raised concerns, so we optimized it.
■ Gravity Gun
In the previous update, both the attack range and pull range shrank each time it damaged enemies. Now only the attack range will shrink, while the pull range will remain at its original size. # The weapon was designed to immobilize enemies by pulling them in, but its damage output had been too strong, leading to the prior adjustment. # However, that adjustment weakened its crowd-control effect more than intended, so this rebalancing was made.
■ Adjusted Supply Item Draw Rates
Adjusted so that currently equipped weapons and upgrade parts will appear more frequently than before.
As always, thanks everyone for all the feedback!
If you like TurretGirls, please consider giving it a review on Steam!

■ Adjusted Flamethrower (Standard) Performance

Hi Turret Squad!
The positive response to TurretGirls continues to pour in and blow us away! Thank you so much for the support! As promised, we are back with an interview with developer, NANAIRO ENTERPRISE!
About NANAIRO ENTERPRISE
NANAIRO ENTERPRISE is a Tokyo-based game development studio founded in July 2023 with a mission to inspire players around the world through the power of gaming. Drawing on years of industry experience, the team strives to combine creativity, ingenuity, and technical expertise to craft engaging software rooted in deep gaming culture. https://www.nanairo-enterprise.com/
At NANAIRO ENTERPRISE, we specialize in creating female characters who are both cute and cool. We devoted the most time to the protagonist, Girl, making sure she would be a character players could truly love. We fine-tuned her right up until release.
On top of that, we put a lot of thought into how to include tasteful, lighthearted “gentlemanly” accents for our audience. In fact, the final stage of the Tear-Away Uniform Cut-in scene pushed forward full throttle!
Of course, gameplay was equally important to us. We challenged ourselves more than ever before to make sure it’s genuinely fun. Balancing was tough, but we feel the end result delivers moments of real exhilaration once you push through the challenge.
TurretGirls is a wholesome game at its core, and we’d love for players to enjoy the strategy of deciding which equipment to purchase from limited supplies, where to place Generators, and when to make those key decisions during battle. Sometimes you may even need to rush in and protect a Generator at the cost of taking damage. But don’t worry, the Tear-Away Uniform will keep Girl safe, so you can dive into the action with confidence.
Even if the the game feels tough at first, your Turrets grow stronger the more you use them. We encourage players to keep challenging themselves and not give up. The satisfaction of overcoming it is worth it!
Since we’re an indie team, not everyone is a specialist in a single field. For example, Girl’s dialogue was actually written by someone who normally doesn’t do that kind of work.
We were fortunate to have Ms. Emi Uema join as the voice actress, but before recording, we honestly weren’t sure if our lines were good enough. Once her performance was implemented, though, we couldn’t believe the quality. We thought, “Wow, maybe we’re geniuses after all! (laughs)” It really showed us just how incredible professional voice actors are.
Normally, in the final stages of development, you wouldn’t add new content beyond bug fixes. But we came up with some adjustments for the Tear-Away Uniform Cut-in scene that we thought would make it even more fun for players.
Thank you so much for picking up TurretGirls.
We at NANAIRO ENTERPRISE are a team of developers who have survived on the fringes of the game industry, like hardy weeds. We may be an eccentric bunch, but we’re proud to finally release a title full of our unique style, and it means a lot if you add it to your library.
This is a ‘gentleman’s game’, a genre that has faced tough times recently. We’re truly grateful for the chance to release it, and we believe we’ve delivered it in the best form possible for where we are now.
We still have many ideas we’d like to try, so we’d be delighted if you continue to support us!
If you like TurretGirls, please consider giving it a review on Steam!

Stayed tuned to this space for a short interview with the developers from NANAIRO ENTERPRISE!
If you like TurretGirls, please consider giving it a review on Steam!
TurretGirls, the explosive railgun turret defense shooter, is officially available now on Steam! Humanity’s last hope is here, and it’s packing more firepower, sass, and omurice-fueled determination than ever.
Since the release of the TurretGirls demo, major improvements have been made to the game, including smoother framerates, increased resolution options, new features, and polished gameplay systems. The end result? A faster, flashier, and more explosive alien-splatting experience worthy of the Planetary Alien Neutralization & Tactical Strike Unit (better known as P.A.N.T.S.U.).

■ Added Frame Rate (FPS) Options

- Prevented the mouse cursor from going off-screen during battle
- Adjusted mouse sensitivity range
- Adjusted mouse input so that it's not affected by frame rate
- Adjusted enemy hit sound effects
- Adjusted some accessories to sway
- Adjusted the visibility of some effects
- Adjusted the visibility of rare enemies
- We received user feedback requesting that the turrets always face the crosshairs, but we decided not to implement this. The reason for this is that doing so would result in the turrets being fixed in their orientation, making it impossible to view the girl from various angles. (With the current specifications, you can also view the girl from the front.) The moment you fire, she turns to face the direction of the crosshairs, so we don't think it will be a major disadvantage for players.
Experience TurretGirls today at full power!
Performance? Boosted. Uniform functionality? Maybe not so much.
Aliens are pouring in from the far end of the galaxy through wormholes, rifts, and who-knows-what other space nonsense. And only one girl and her turret stand between them and total planetary annihilation!
Following the demo, the full release of TurretGirls brings the heat with a full roster of alien bashing content, polished chaos, more outfits and gear for “Girl,” and more omurice-fueled carnage than ever before!
Check out the new release date trailer below!
TurretGirls is a fast-paced, on-rails turret defense shooter where you play as a lone civil servant from the elite P.A.N.T.S.U. unit (Planetary Alien Neutralization & Tactical Strike Unit), holding the line against endless alien hordes.
Strap into your upgradeable turret, build generators to charge a planet-saving superweapon, and adapt on the fly as enemies swarm from every direction.
With flashy firepower, cheeky humor, and performance-based gear unlocks (including tactical uniform malfunctions!), TurretGirls mixes high-octane action with cute, anime flair.
Deploying on Steam, August 25, 2025!
Do your duty. Hold the line. And earn your rewards.
Thank you to everyone who played, dodged, defended, and well, got a little too damaged. Your feedback means the world to us, and we’re already tinkering behind the scenes to make TurretGirls even better.
If you’d like to help shape the future of TurretGirls—or just want someone to talk to while the demo’s away—come find us on Discord. We’ll be there waiting!
Ready to hop into the turret and help me fight off some extra-spicy alien invaders? This is your chance to take control, blast some bugs, and help me earn those ketchup requisitions!
We've already had sooo many of you play the demo and wishlist the game—thank you thank you thank you!! (⁄ ⁄>⁄ ▽ ⁄<⁄ ⁄)
We know the demo's a bit short (I told P.A.N.T.S.U. HQ I wanted more time with you!!), but it's just a taste of the chaos and fun to come! Your feedback during Steam Next Fest is gonna be super helpful, and we’re already using it to make the game even better!
So keep those turrets hot, your aim steady, and your comments coming!
And don’t forget to wishlist if you haven’t already!
See you on the rails, commander~
