Hello everyone! Today’s update includes the following:
1. Optimized the FPS drops in part of Stage 4 when the wildfire ignites
*Since most of our team members are not full-time, our next major update may take quite some time to complete. We appreciate your patience, and thank you all for your support!

1. Added Challenge options to Spell Card Practice mode
2. Added an option to automatically skip dialogue in Challenge options
3. Fixed a display issue caused by overflow when the score reaches 12 digits
4. Fixed a misspelling of “Easy” in some languages
*If you encounter an issue where the music doesn’t play properly after the previous update, please open custom.ini in the game directory and find the Version entry under the first section, \ (add it yourself if it doesn’t exist). Remove the number after the equals sign so it’s left blank, then restart the game and try again.

3. Continued to improve overall game performance
4. Optimized an issue where energy crystals could not be generated when the energy gauge dropped rapidly
5. Fixed an issue where character sprites appeared abnormally large on certain devices
6. Increased available resources in Spell Card Practice for more convenient training

Hello everyone! Thank you for your continued support and encouragement, and for all the constructive feedback and suggestions—we’ll keep improving! For those who’ve been following our next steps, here’s a summary of what’s coming.
The next version (1.02) will add LSC and Last Word spell cards. Community items will also launch simultaneously, including trading cards, badges, profile backgrounds, and animated avatars. This update is scheduled to go live on November 24—please look forward to it!
The subsequent story difficulty (Phantasm) will introduce new playable characters. As these contents require more development time, we’ll announce the release date once everything is ready. Thank you for your patience!
Lastly, beyond the above, we also have long-term plans to bring you even more fun experiences—don’t miss it!

Today’s update introduces the new Ultra difficulty, new Challenge Options, and Non-spell Practice. Ultra is designed for players who want more than the current top difficulty and offers especially challenging content. The new Challenge Options let anyone who seeks a tougher experience fine-tune the game: choose from three challenge modes and customize four detailed parameters—resource amount, Frenzy mode, crystal speed, and energy absorption speed—to craft the experience that suits you best. Non-spell Practice makes it convenient to practice a specific non-spell pattern.
We also fixed the following issues: 1. The achievement “Composed Victory” could not be completed 2. Score items gave higher points near the bottom of the screen than at the top when being collected at different heights 3. An error occurred after finishing the tutorial stage 4. In the English version, the portrait display on the Sanae route in Stage EX was abnormal 5. Typos and inconsistencies in Stage EX/EX-U dialogues 6. Battle BGM continued to play during cutscenes in Stage EX/EX-U 7. Mokou could not revive during the final time spell in Stage EX/EX-U 8. Missing on-screen text hints for spell cards in Stage EX-U 9. Various minor bullet pattern issues Difficulty-related adjustments: 1. Adjusted boss positioning in Reisen’s spell cards 1. Increased crystal difficulty on Lunatic difficulty *This update bumps the version to 1.01. Your previous replays may be affected. Given the frequent updates at the moment, we strongly recommend recording your gameplay via screen capture. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and support!
Hello everyone! Today we proactively removed and revised lines and text that were poorly received, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused. We will continue improving the game content—thank you for your understanding and support. We are also continuing to track the crash issue and have rewritten the suspicious modules. This major content will bring new experiences—please look forward to it!

Yokai Archive: multiple edits—primarily adjusted inappropriate phrasing in the entries for “Eirin,” “Kaguya,” “Hypnos,” and “Thanatos.”
Thank you for purchasing the game! We’re actively investigating all reported issues. For stuttering and frame-drop cases, we’ve confirmed that in the vast majority of reports the system’s discrete (dedicated) GPU was not properly engaged.
If you experience similar symptoms, please check whether your discrete GPU is enabled/assigned for the game. If you’re unsure how to do this, search for “how to force a game to use the discrete GPU.”
In the latest update, we also added an in-game hint that requests the OS to use the discrete GPU, which we hope will help.

Dear Players,
Thank you very much for your enthusiasm and support for Touhou Makuka Sai Part III. We sincerely apologize: the release originally scheduled for Q2 2025 must be postponed. After careful consideration, we have decided to move the launch to Q3 2025.
This delay is primarily due to unforeseen circumstances affecting a member of our small three-person development team, which impacted our progress and forced us to make this difficult decision. In fact, we’ve already completed over 90% of development, and our team is now working hard on the final critical content. We aim to announce the exact release date within the next month, and we hope for your understanding and patience.
We apologize again for this adjustment. We look forward to delivering an outstanding game in Q3. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us via email or social media.
