Time For You - Chapter 01 news & patch notes

There’s quite a bit to talk about, but firstly I’d like to give an official welcome to MissMagnificentDesolation who is joining the team on a part-time basis. Starting a little later than planned because of busy schedules and working in different time zones, but things are going well! We’re still figuring things out, but I’m happy to have her on board for the extra help. One of the first things I asked her to do was mock-up a little preview of her favourite Time For You character, Serah. Using the rough mockup and her notes, I modeled the image you can see. Mockups and notes help a lot with modeling, and it’s what I do for every scene in the game. It’s going to take a little while to transition things to her, but overall, things have been going pretty smoothly and she’s focusing on post-work right now. We’re working our way through all the postwork for the Chapter 01 Refresh along with the first part of Chapter 04 and it’s looking really nice. You can see some of the new images below :3 Before we get into it, the Chapter 01 refresh is being released in full rather than 2 parts. There’s a lot more renders/animations and lewd content being added, and it’s more of an immersive experience being released in full rather than with the original and new content side-by-side (original content can still be viewed as an option while replaying scenes on your in-game phone). A bit of the starting of Chapter 02 is also going to be updated to match Chapter 01, but the Chapter 02 refresh would happen after Chapter 04 is done. Chapter 04 is being worked on right now as well, and will be coming out some time after the Chapter 01 refresh. I’ll be giving release dates closer to when they’re done. More info on this and what’s in the works below. Steam Achievements One thing that I’ve been asked quite a bit about is if Steam Achievements are being added to the game. Yes, they are going to be added, but it will be after Chapter 04 is complete. There’s some work that needs to be done as saves could be affected with the change. That being the case, it’s not the focus right now, but I am coding in the flags for the achievements, so that they’ll be ready for when Steam achievements are available in the game. More Wallpapers I’ve also been asked if more wallpaper packs are going to be added by quite a few people and they will! I’m currently working on one for Mandy, and then probably Serah, and Akane after that. Leave a comment if there’s someone in particular you want (side characters like Jessie, Jenny, Luna, etc. as well if there’s interest). I’ll also be creating a complete-the-set for wallpapers in the future. Chapter 01 - Refresh One big thing I’m working on is updates to Chapter 01. As I was editing and testing the entirety of Chapter 03, I was also doing regression testing and replaying Chapters 01 and 02 multiple times. In doing so, I kept noting down ways I felt the game could improve and build upon itself while maintaining its spirit. One of the most common notes I get about Chapter 01 is that there isn’t as many renders and lewd content for a game like this. Chapter 02 does build on this, but Chapter 03 is where the renders, animations, and lewd content really hits its stride. Eventually, I want Chapters 01 and 02 to match Chapter 03 in that regard. There have been many more renders, animations, hidden items, and additional features added to Chapter 01, and so far it’s looking really cool. There are also a lot of new lewd events added to Chapter 01, and the lewd events that have been refreshed will give you an option to view the original versions while replaying them on your phone. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/072abf4c82c5d0ab729a9d5dacdaf20ec792bc2b.png Extra Images and Wallpapers Like Chapter 03, there’s going to be a lot more extra images that you will be able to find in Chapter 01 after the refresh. You’ll also be able to find some wallpapers. For example, there will be a largely visible code you’ll be able to see during Detective Mode, and the game will explain that you should input that in your phone for a reward. Time Fragments Along with adding more content to the current Time Fragment in Chapter 01, there will be 2 more Time Fragments added. Clues A few clues will be added to the game to help with the bonus tasks in Chapter 01. For example, during the Office Cleanup, if you missed something to find, Vanessa will casually point you in the right direction. More Item Visibility for Detective Mode A bit more item visibility in Detective Mode has been added to Chapter 01. For example, you can now see the sponge you’re looking for in the sink during scene 04. You should still search drawers and whatnot for bonus content though! Hero Vision A new feature being added to the game is something I like to call “Hero Vision”. At times in your gameplay you’ll see an icon, and by clicking on it, you will get to see what a character is wearing in “Another Time, Another Place…”. It’s a pretty simple, but fun way to add more lewd content to Chapter 01. This will later be added to Chapter 02, 03, and onwards. There will be a short but funny explanation in the game about it, which will be further built upon in Chapter 04 ;) {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/acf9c5a380a399a6767feb84a7f1f0a8bb928a75.png End of Chapter Check Like in Chapter 03, you will soon be able to find out if you missed any hidden items at the end of Chapter 01. It’ll be extra useful, especially with all the additional hidden items being added. As always, some items are only available for a limited amount of time during a Chapter, but you will be able to obtain them in the future. What’s next for the Chapter 01 Refresh? A lot of the rendering is done for the images, and it’s mainly the animations, coding, and writing that’s left. In typical ZeroHero fashion, I’ve added more than I initially planned for, but it’s looking really good. You can see one of Selena's lewd scenes in the image below. It’s difficult to post a preview and not be spoilery, especially with how things ended with Chapter 03. The focus of Chapter 04 is Vanessa, but of course, like the rest of the Chapters, the rest of the main cast will of course be involved. I don’t want anyone to think that the refresh is side-lining Chapter 04. We’re still generally following the same plan. I’ve been coding and writing for Chapter 04, and I’m happy with the way things are going. While writing, it feels like I’m in flow and the words are just flooding out of me. It’s a great feeling and I’m excited for you all to see how it turns out. Vanessa Lust Redemption - Chapter 04 Chapter 04 will be experienced differently if you don’t have the right amount of lust with Vanessa, but of course, if you’re not pursuing her, that shouldn’t be too big of an issue. There will be one last lust redemption for Vanessa near the start of the Chapter, and during Chapter 04, your path will be locked for Vanessa - the game will either assume you are pursuing her or simply stop asking if you want to pursue her. Akane Unfortunately, my Akane model hasn’t been working properly with my 3D modeling software update since late October. Luckily, I didn’t update on my older computer, so I’ve been able to model and render there, but it’s significantly slower than my main computer. I’ve spent so many hours trying to figure out the issue to no avail, and support for the 3D modeling software has unfortunately not been able to help either. Luckily, with a recent update to the software, Akane’s base mold works again, so after many hours, I recreated her (I have no idea why the new model works, while the older one doesn’t as they’re basically the same - very frustrating). I also figured out how to fix an issue with one of her irises that I’ve been fixing in post, so that’s at least a bonus. Take a look below for the previous version, and her current version. Hey everyone! It took a lot more time than expected, and there were quite a few issues along the way, but I'm happy to say that CHAPTER 03 - COPS, ROBBERS, AND MY STOLEN HEART is now available! You can get the DLC HERE . Chapter 03 is sizably larger with a bit over 1GB in size compared to Chapter 02 which was closer to 200MB. The base game has also increased by around 700MB, so please be aware of that as the update needs to be downloaded before playing. If you have the Chapter Pass (1-4), there will be an update available to you which includes Chapter 03. Starting Chapter 03 You can either load up your save and continue your story or go to the CH# icon on the main menu and select Chapter 03. Once you're in the Terminal Between Chapters, any DLC you have will be added to your phone, and you'll get a text from me on your in-game phone. If this doesn't happen automatically, simply click "START CHAPTER 03" for a refresh, and then again to start Chapter 03. Let me know if you have any issues at all. Please note that the game does need a restart after downloading the DLC. You’re now given the option to restart when you’re in the Terminal Between Chapters. Complete the set Chapters (2-3) There’s a complete-the-set bundle available for Chapters 02 and 03. if you’ve already purchased Chapter 02 separately, it will provide a discount when purchasing Chapter 03 alone. You can get it HERE . New communications help I love developing this game, but doing everything alone doesn’t make sense anymore. To help out with things, I’ve hired someone to be involved with communications and social media part-time. Along with that, they’ll also be a mod on the Zero2herogames discord in the future. This doesn't mean I’m not gonna be involved in the communication, but the hope is that they will help keep you all updated and answer questions more regularly than I’m able to. They’ll be involved more next month. Bad Ending #2 Just a reminder that the second bad ending is available in this chapter, and it is an actual ending to the game, so remember to save! What’s next? While working on Chapter 04, there’s going to be two smaller updates prior to the first part of Chapter 04 which are going to help add on to the next chapter of the game. The first update is going to be for Chapter 01. There’s quite a few new renders and animations that are going to be added to the game, as well as some more story content on Katrina and Kacey, who are involved in Chapter 04. I’d recommend playing Chapter 01 again when it’s done, but the new scenes will automatically be added to your phone in the Chapter 03 terminal between chapters or through a code you can input in the Shop. After that, the Booty Call app and its fun little prelude story (involving Katrina and the main characters) will be added to the game. Side-by-side with those 2 updates, I’ll be working on Chapter 04. Going forward, in order to decrease the time between releases, the Chapters will be released in parts on Steam via the Chapter Pass. Chapters 02 and 03 were broken down into 5 parts, and Chapter 04 will be around 5-6 parts. Right now I’m working on the new locations and outfits in Chapter 04. I’ll post some images when they’re done :) That’s it for now. I’m going to keep testing Chapter 03 on Steam, but please do let me know if there are any issues at all. Hey everyone! To start with the most important news, the release of Chapter 3 will be in mid-July! I’ll announce the exact date when it gets approved by Steam. I don’t expect any issues with the approval. Apologies for the slow news! Unfortunately, some things out of my control delayed things, but things are getting back on track. Also, the Zero2HeroGames team is going to get a little bigger. In the next coming months after Chapter 03 is released, I’ll be looking into hiring someone to help with admin work, testing, and probably the socials. This would help so that I can spend more time focusing on the bigger things. I may look into hiring an animator as well, depending on how things go. Take a look below for some of the things being worked on as well as some big changes that I think you’ll like. Release Format Change - Chapter Pass Starting in Chapter 04, the release of Time For You will be done in parts for Chapter Pass holders. This is a similar format to how I do things on Patreon, Kickstarter, and Subscribestar. This would give everyone less of a wait between Chapters and the ability to see how the game is developing through each part. I think that earlier feedback would also be helpful. Please note that the Steam parts will come about 2-3 months after the Beta version for a part is initially completed. The main reason for this is that it’s a lot more work to prepare it for Steam, especially since it’s DLC. I decided to release the Chapters in parts going forward because I’m hopeful, and believe that with the extra help I’ll be getting in the future this process should be sped up significantly. I’m going to see how this works out for Chapter 04, and if it makes sense in terms of work as well as if, you, the players, like it too, then this will be the permanent format going forward. Please do let me know your thoughts on the release format change in the comments. Selena Time Fragment Poll Winner! Thank you for taking the time to vote in the comment poll. The winner is Selena! Find them when their Side-Story is available to start their goofy little stories involving hoodlums and lewdness. Don’t worry if you miss them though, their Side-Stories will automatically be added to the new Side-Story app on your in-game phone at the end of Chapter 03. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/eccba4f412dec92ca8929759d93e7fb0648e0787.png Chapter End - Relationships A little similar to the end of Chapter 02, near the end of Chapter 03 and going forward while talking about relationships during the story, you’ll see flashes of images of the Main Characters. If you see a character, then it means that you’re pursuing some kind of romantic relationship with them even if it’s in the early stages. If you don’t, then you’re not. It’s not the end of the world if you don’t see a character, as you’ll be able to change things later, but you’ll have to put in some work to catch up! More on this in the future. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/934007a0202a16f1d37577720ba3de4a55babdfe.png Booty Calls A new feature coming to the game a little after Chapter 03 is Booty Calls. I’ll mention more about it when It’s closer to being released, but essentially Booty Calls will be short but fun encounters with the ladies whom you’ll call to different locations. To start off it will just be in your room, but we’ll move away from there as time goes on. From there you can select what sexual act you want to happen. When it’s first available there will be a few options for Ellie, Katrina, Mandy, Selena, and Vanessa, and then there will be more options and girls in the future. I’m going to feel out the interest here, but I want to get you all involved in whom will be included in future booty calls, and eventually also what sexual acts you want to happen. Eventually, different outfits will be added as well when I’ve got extra time to render them. There is a fun little story that goes along with getting the Booty Calls started and that involves a lady you may or may not remember from Chapter 01, Katrina. More info on that is below. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/3a279db03190d181a97a748785d0a299a89d1583.png Chapter 01 Additional Content/Renders/Animations Here and there, when I have some free time or need a slight change of atmosphere, I’ve been creating additional renders and animations for Chapter 01. I want Chapter 01 to match more closely to Chapter 03 in terms of renders per lewd content, but still maintain the feel of Chapter 01. I plan to do the same for parts of Chapter 02 as well. In terms of Katrina, that brief scene back in Chapter 01 on the TV had greater significance than it may have seemed. It’s going to be expanded on to give the player a little more insight into what’s going on, and how the MC knows Katrina. This will then lead into the Booty Call app and its story. I’ll have more info when the additional content is closer to being ready, but you’ll automatically be able to view the content by replaying the extra scenes and Time Fragment on your in-game phone. Hey everyone! Happy New Year! Progress for Chapter 03 is going well; in fact I’m completing the final touches on a part and then there’s only 1 more part left to be completed! It’s a heavy content-filled part, but after that, all that’s left is editing, prep for Steam, testing, and approval before the release. Thank you all for your patience in waiting for Chapter 03. The game itself along with Chapter 03 became bigger than I initially planned, but in a really great way. There’s a lot more content compared to Chapter 02 with over double the amount of renders and 3-4 times the animations (maybe more :0). I know I’ve mentioned this before, but Chapters 1-4 were always going to take the longest. Mainly because they make up the core of the game. After that, things should go a lot more quickly and smoothly. At the end of the day, I know everyone just wants to play the next Chapter, and that is coming. As a thank you for the wait and all your patience, I’m going to be including an additional bonus Time Fragment Scene that will be available to Steam before anyone else. I am however going to need your help in choosing which character that bonus scene will focus on :3 There will be a comment poll posted here in early February for you all to choose. Moving on, I wanted to share some of the things coming to Chapter 03, along with a couple of previews. Time Fragments - Chapter 03 This Chapter, you can find 8 Time Fragment pieces for 2 Time Fragment bonus scenes. As you can see from the news preview image, Vanessa as the Mistress Of The Manor is the focus of one of the Time Fragments. The second Time Fragment bonus scene focuses on Ellie. Her outfit will be finalized next month. The third Time Fragment bonus scene will automatically be rewarded at the end of Chapter 03. Time Fragments - Slight Change in Detective Mode Going forward, when you find Time Fragments during Detective Mode, they’ll be colour-coded for each character. Although it’s not technically canon, you will be able to get more insight into the Time For You plot. Remember to save before any Interrogation ;) Side-Stories {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/2c70a4197d9238a5755f20197e1f4bb104333876.jpg Side-Stories are little adventures that pull you out of the main plot temporarily. They’ll usually have fun little goofy plots and always end in Lewd content. In Chapter 03 you’ll be able to play two Side-Stories focusing on Jenny and Jessie separately. I hope you all enjoy going after hoodlums! xD Side-Stories are optional and not mandatory to complete the game. You do need to talk to the associated character like Jessie to get it started during a Chapter, but no worries if you miss this. You’ll automatically have the side-story added to your phone at the end of the Chapter. Hey everyone! Time has been flying by. I recently released another part of Chapter 03 a few days ago (Patreon/Subscribestar/Kickstarter), and I’m really happy with the way it’s going. There are 2-3 more parts left before Chapter 03 is complete and then it will be available here on Steam. I’m going to try to post a news update at least every other month to keep you all updated on the progress. Also, my apologies, I’m clearly not the greatest at ETAs, especially since I keep adding things to the game and Chapter 03. I just feel you’ll enjoy all the additions, as much as I’ve enjoyed adding them and making the game so far. I know you’re all waiting to play Chapter 03, and even though I’m clearly biased, I believe it will be worth the wait. Moving on, I wanted to share some of the things coming to Chapter 03, along with a couple of previews. More Lewdness and More Animations With Chapter 03, we’re reaching a point in the game where the relationships are getting significantly more sexual. With that being the case, there’s going to be a lot more lewd content and subsequently more animations. Chapter 03 will have at least double the lewd content as Chapter 02, with additional extras as well. It’s crazy to think about now, but Time For You wasn’t originally going to have any animations when I was first making it. Also, Later on, I’m going to go back and redo some of the animations as well, but that’s not a priority right now. New Characters and New Outfits There’s quite a few new characters, as well as outfits for the characters from previous Chapters in Chapter 03. Luna - One of Mandy’s mentors, and someone who can take an interest in you for some “intimate” training {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/4469b8556544e6048ea07061b397fa6eca6cb2dd.jpg Sonia - The over-protective landlady of your best friend Rohan. She’s not the biggest fan of the MC. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/93e8da56d46c82224f6777a470e2964f272176af.jpg Ellie - We’ll be seeing a lot of Ellie in this chapter, and by the end of it, you’ll be able to learn some of her secrets... {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/a6237f75fb0ef6769a5ed1a1502104193f3332f3.jpg Vanessa - New outfits - For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to give 3 new outfits to Vanessa this chapter. That’s a lot of new overlays that I had to make xD {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/852b35ea183c828b0bcc7aa8f863279a81f9b19b.jpg Selena - New outfit - A casual but sexy new outfit for Selena. This outfit comes with an option to turn her glasses ON or OFF for the overlays. {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/d9350640de2a1e9e6e7add3e8090923a53027094.jpg Double the Interrogations For the first time, there will be multiple Interrogations in a Chapter. The first one in Chapter 03 will be a little silly, but fun. The second one however will be a bit more complex, but we’ll learn some important things from it…. 2 Time Fragment Bonus scenes In Chapter 03 there will be 2 Time Fragment Bonus scenes. Vanessa won the poll for the first one by just a few votes! As Vanessa has won twice in a row, and to give other characters a fair chance, Vanessa will not be an option for the 2nd Time Fragment bonus scene in Chapter 03. More Music In hopes of capturing the feelings of different moments in the game, I’ve been composing additional music. 6 BGMs so far, and I expect a few more to be added before the end of Chapter 03. What’s Next? Other than the usual 3D Modeling, writing, and coding, my next focus will be working on the Vanessa date scene mentioned at the start of Chapter 02. Based on your choice of “Adventure” or “Surprise”, you’ll see some differences. If you’re not pursuing Vanessa romantically, you’ll go on more of a “hangout” and just experience the story-side of things. This includes learning more about her past and what happened with David. Complete the Set with Single Chapter or Chapter pass DLC I just wanted to make a friendly reminder that whether you decide to purchase a Single Chapter or the Chapter pass DLC, they will both be part of Complete the Set bundles in the future. Hey everyone! There’s been a lot of juggling going on in terms of work, but I believe that things have been going well with development. Today, I wanted to share a couple of things, along with some of the new locations you will visit in Chapter 03. Chapter 03 ETA Almost every day I’ve been getting messages on when Chapter 03 will be made available on Steam, and right now the soft ETA is still late fall. It’s a soft ETA as I continue to add more to the game. Some things like more animations, lewd scenes, music, and additional features. I’m really excited for you all to play it till the end, but at the same time, I don’t want to rush anything and release something that doesn’t maintain or exceed the quality of the game you’ve played so far. I’m hopeful that one day in the near future I’ll be able to hire someone to help out, but right now it’s just me. But don’t worry about that. Side stories are short little adventures that are cannon to the story, but momentarily pull you out of the main plot. They also always involve or end with lewd content. You’re going to get your first taste of that with what I like to call Operation: Hoodlum (great name, I know xD ), which involves Jenny and Jessie. The girls have an interesting relationship where even though they are best friends, they’re very different and tend to have opposing opinions on topics. One of those topics is you, the MC. Jenny believes that you are a hoodlum, while Jessie doesn’t. You’ll go on separate side stories where Jenny tries to prove you’re a no-good hoodlum, while Jessie will try to see if you’re a good person. You’ll get through the initial side-stories by proving Jenny wrong and Jessie right. These will be pretty simple with some choice-based decisions, and for the most part, have some fun yet goofy plots. This isn’t the biggest priority right now, but I wanted you all to get a taste of the feature in Chapter 03. Complete the Set with Single Chapter or Chapter pass DLC I just wanted to make a friendly reminder that whether you decide to purchase a Single Chapter or the Chapter pass DLC, they will both be part of Complete the Set bundles in the future. New characters Along with Ellie, get ready to meet Luna, Claire, Sonia, and for the sleuths out there who remember, we’ll meet “-A” at some point as well. Hey everyone! It’s been a hectic week, but I just wanted to thank you all for your support and for taking the time to play the game that I’ve created. It means the world to me, and I’m going to try my best to get the rest of the chapters out to you as soon as I can! Minor update I noticed that if you use the Chapter jump from the main menu, it didn’t ask for your name and used the default name instead. My apologies if this affected you, I’ve now added this to the list of questions. If you’re affected by this, or you just want to change your name, you can now go to the temp shop app on the second page of your in-game phone and type in the code: changemyname. In the future, I’ll have an additional way to change your name as well. Germany Players If you live in Germany, I’m sure you already know that you cannot purchase the DLC. I’m genuinely sorry, I wish there were some way for you to play it on Steam, but right now, until there are some changes on Steam, I’m not sure when that will be. Although not ideal, there are other platforms to receive the game. The closest to the release format on Steam would be on itch.io, but that is about a month away from release. There’s also Patreon and Subscribestar, but they do follow a very different release format. In the future, the plan is for Time For You to be available to purchase on zero2herogames.com as well. You can get the DLC along with the first Chapter Pass (1-4), Walkthrough, and 3 different Wallpaper packs HERE . Starting Chapter 02 You can either load up your save and continue your story or go to the CH# icon on the main menu and select Chapter 02. Once you're in the Terminal Between Chapters, any DLC you have will be added to your phone, and you'll get a text from me on your in-game phone. If this doesn't happen automatically, simply click "START CHAPTER 02" for a refresh, and then again to start Chapter 02. Let me know if you have any issues at all. Hey everyone! I’m happy to say that Chapter 02 is ready for Steam! I was asked to make a few small changes today after the review was done, but I’ve completed that, and now I’m just waiting to get the green light from the Steam team. Chapter 02 will be available to you shortly after that. The process has taken a little bit longer than Chapter 01, but we’re almost there! As you all know, it did take extra time to get Chapter 02 ready for Steam, but the way that I’ve prepared the game now should make it so that going forward, future chapters should take significantly less time. Next time there’s a comment poll, I’ll make the main image of the post ELVO in a bikini….Just kidding, it’ll be a group shot ;p Incoming Updates With Chapter 02 incoming, you’ll be receiving an update to Chapter 01. Chapter 01 is the base game and will contain all the assets that will be reused throughout Chapters 1 - 12. Things like character overlays, location images, music files, etc. Please be aware that because of this, the size of Chapter 01 will continue to grow. The info will be updated on the Steam page with each update. With this being the case, you will also have the option to play any chapter without needing the previous chapter downloaded (other than chapter 01). I don’t recommend it as it would be kinda confusing in terms of storyline, but you can if you want :3 New features Chapters Menu {STEAM_CLAN_IMAGE}/38321975/a69296c5a0f4c4d9abdb1ea5f53adc46e1250acc.png For the most part, you'll just load up your save and continue the story. This feature is for players who want to replay certain chapters or even skip ahead. On the main menu, through the new CH# icon, you’ll now have the ability to jump to a chapter you wish to play (as long as you have the DLC for that chapter installed). Simply click on the chapter you wish to play, and after answering some questions, the game will determine your progress, and what stats, items, extras, etc. that you have. The only thing you won’t get is Time Fragments and hidden items, but you’ll be able to get those again in a future chapter. Note: This feature is hitting Steam first! I haven’t experienced any issues through testing, but please let me know if you notice any bugs. Thanks! The DLC icon listed both on the main menu and your in-game phone (to be added with the upcoming update) will link you to the available DLC for Time For You. Other DLC that you get will also automatically unlock when you’re in the “Terminal Between Chapters”, but you can manually unlock them by clicking on the DLC icon on your in-game phone and selecting “UNLOCK DLC”. Additional DLC Adding the DLC has been both fun and brutal in terms of coding, but at the end of the day, it’s pretty cool and I like the idea of more DLC to add to your playing experience. For now, I’ve created some more DLC that include things like in-game phone wallpapers for different characters, and the walkthrough. If there’s interest, I’d be happy to make more. All that’s left is the police storage, the captain’s office, and what I’m most looking forward to, The Vault, made by ETMI Corp. So far the development to Chapter 03 has gone well, but it’s pretty clear that people want more Ellie. Trust me, there will be plenty of Ellie. Hey everyone! I know you’re all waiting for Chapter 02. I’m working on it, however, it is taking a bit longer than planned. I’ve been in contact with Valve and they’ve been very helpful, but in order to be in-line with Steam, I do need to make some changes. Don’t worry, this won’t affect gameplay at all, but the format of how the rest of the game will be released on Steam, and the programming needs some changes. The main difference will be that instead of a Chapter pass including Chapters 1-12, a Chapter pass for Chapters 1-4 will be released first and in the future, 5-8, and 9-12 will be released. You’ll be able to purchase 5-8 and 9-12 as a complete-the-set bundle in the future, which will discount the game in total to the same or a similar cost that was previously mentioned. Hold on a bit longer. Once this Chapter is ready and added to Steam, future Chapters should take significantly less time to be added as well. My apologies for the delay. As a small gift for the extra wait, I’ll be making another free Steam exclusive in-game phone wallpaper, but I’ll need your help. Hey everyone! I’m happy to say that Chapter 02 of Time For You is complete! Chapter 02 is currently being prepared to be added to Steam alongside developing Chapter 03. I don’t have an exact ETA just yet, but we’re almost there. I also want to test it thoroughly so that you all have a smooth transition to Chapter 02. The game has evolved since I first started making it, and I would say for the better. Initially, the plan was for each chapter to be 2-2.5 hours of gameplay (If you read everything). Chapter 02, however, is about 6 hours long. You’re probably wondering what that means for the game in general. Simply put, it’s going to be a longer game. This doesn’t mean that every chapter will be the same amount of time, but there will be more gameplay overall. That being said, I do think that this game will take longer to finish so that it can become what it has always meant to be. I hope you are all okay with that :) Pricing Even with the increase of gameplay time, I’m keeping the cost of the game the same as I planned. Full game chapter pass bundle (Chapter 01-12): $24.99 Single Chapter (2-12): $4.99 each There have been some posts with different prices listed. I’m not sure where those prices came from, but the above amounts are correct. *Before you purchase anything, please note that the estimated release for Chapter 12 is 2023 and that the full game will not be available before then. Voice Acting Other than lewd moans and sfx, there is no additional voice acting in Chapter 02. If/when voice acting is added, it will be available as a free DLC. Bad Endings With the release of Chapter 02, you will be able to encounter the first Bad Ending. Although it’s not technically canon, you will be able to get more insight into the Time For You plot. Different Languages I’ve been asked multiple times if the game can be released in different languages, and as much as I would like to, I don’t have the resources to do that just yet. I have however, put in the framework so that it can be translated in the future. Hey everyone! Thank you all so much for taking the time and playing Chapter 01 of Time For You. This is the first game by Zero2HeroGames and I’m amazed by the response so far. I recently checked and Chapter 01 has already been downloaded over 20,000 times! In terms of Chapter 02, I’m hard at work on that and have been releasing it in parts (Part 2 released a few days ago) on Patreon, Subscribestar and to those who pledged on Kickstarter. Don’t worry, Chapter 02 is coming to Steam, but we’re still a few months away from that. The pricing and format hasn’t been finalized, but right now the plan is to release the game here in chapters (each for a fixed cost), as well as a chapter pass which will be a deeply discounted bundle of Chapters 01-12. Lastly, I just wanted to say that this will be a fairly long game if Chapter 01 was any indication, and the current estimated release for Chapter 12 is December 2022.
