Thank you for your patience! The "The Realm Reunified" DLC will be officially released on April 14th at 10:00 AM!

This update will include the complete first phase of content, featuring 24 historical heroic generals and 6 new troop types, offering you a brand-new battlefield experience.

The first phase includes the following content:

1. Addition of 24 heroic generals from the Warring States, Qin, and Han dynasties

1) Each general has a unique heroic trait.

2) Each general gains 4 new heroic equipment pieces with set bonuses.

\ Expansion

1. Added Chapters 4, 5, and 6 of the Wu storyline with new stages and missions; all chapter content has now been fully updated.

2. Added a new ending for the Wu storyline.

3. Added an Auction System.

1. The auction is held once every year in December. During that month, players can enter the Tavern → Auction to participate.

2. Each auction sells 5 default items. Players may also consign up to 3 of their own items before the auction begins.

3. Consigned items must be at least Level 8. A consignment fee equal to 10% of the item’s standard price is charged each time.

4. Consigned items have a chance not to be selected for the auction; higher-level items have a lower chance of being excluded.

5. All items are sold through bidding. Players and NPCs take turns placing bids, and the highest bidder wins.

4. Added a General Specialty Training system.

1. Entry: Territory → Government Hall → Training

2. Each general can learn up to 5 specialties simultaneously and select 1 specialty to use in battle.

3. Use the “Specialty Learning Book” item to teach a specialty to a general.

1. Equipment can be crafted in the workshop by consuming materials to obtain top-tier gear.

2. Craftable equipment types include main weapons, secondary weapons, and armor, each with 10 levels.

3. Crafting methods are divided into three types: normal crafting, enhanced crafting, and ultimate crafting. Each method has a success rate, and failures will increase the success rate.

2. Added mercenary system

1. Mercenaries can be purchased with money at the training ground in the territory.

2. Mercenaries are troops pre-equipped with generals and soldiers. After purchase, they do not consume resources but are one-time consumables, usable in tasks and stages.

3. Mercenaries are refreshed quarterly. Players can purchase up to 10 mercenaries simultaneously, and unwanted mercenaries can be deleted.

3. Added all tasks for Chapter 5.

4. Added all stages for Chapter 5.

5. Added multi-unit configuration for players' private troops. Players can now configure up to 5 private troop units (dependent on rank), and the generals of these private troops can be either the player’s own generals or their subordinate generals.

1. Comprehensively optimized the multi-unit expedition function. Multiple units can now be deployed in both stages and tasks. Deployable units can include faction troops, private troops, and mercenaries (faction troops are not usable in tasks).

2. Adjusted the difficulty of the "Battle of Guangzong." All friendly troops no longer inherit damage, and troops are reconfigured for the second battle. Additionally, the configurations for the troops of Liu Bei, Guan Yu, and Zhang Fei have been enhanced.

3. A challenge feature has been added to the Black Market. Players can select a Black Market item and challenge a Black Market NPC in either a ‘Duel’ or ’Hana Deck‘ format. Winning allows them to purchase the item at a 70% discount.

4. All Black Market items are sold at a premium, with higher prices.

1. Each round in the game, there is a chance of events occurring that affect population growth.

2. These events may provide one-time population increases or decreases, or temporary population growth buffs or debuffs.

To All Players: A Message on the Launch of ‘Oath of Heave’

With the launch of Oath of Heave, we’d like to take this opportunity to speak to everyone directly.

First, we want to clarify thatOath of Heave is a standalone side story developed based onThe Last Warlord. While the combat system adopts a turn-based tactical format similar to Eiketsuden-style stage progression, we have introduced innovative RPG and management elements on top of that. Between battles, players can recruit officers, grow their territory in a semi-free development system (note: semi-open, not a full sandbox), and engage in diverse missions — constantly strengthening their forces before challenging the next stage.

In short, this is a unique hybrid gameplay experience that blends role-playing + strategic management + turn-based tactics.

From the very beginning, this project was never intended to be just a simple derivative. Its core systems and design philosophy are distinct from the original title. Currently, only the stage-based combat system continues to use the proven foundation from Heroes of the Han. Moving forward, we will continue evaluating the possibility of deeper system revamps to deliver a better tactical experience.

The core content of Aspiration of the Firmament will be released in three major storylines:

The Chronicles of Shu, The Chronicles of Wei, and The Chronicles of Wu, each accompanied by unique ‘Beyond the Realm’ stages to offer broader exploration opportunities

For content delivery, we are launching with The Chronicles of Shu as the base storyline, and we will prioritize completing and updating its full content. Once the Shu storyline reaches full completion, we will gradually proceed with the development and release of the Wei and Wu routes — ensuring each arc delivers its own distinctive charm.

Regarding monetization:

The current CN¥28 (or regional equivalent) paid content grants full access to The Chronicles of Shu and all future ‘Beyond the Realm’ stages tied to it. The upcoming The Chronicles of Wei and The Chronicles of Wu will be sold separately at a lower price than the Shu Route. Their respective ‘Beyond the Realm’ content will also be added for free for players who purchased the corresponding routes — no additional charge.

That said, we want to be transparent:

Due to current technical and staffing limitations, the game has not yet reached the scale we envisioned. For example, our original plan included 6 chapters with 24 stages, but the launch version currently offers 4 chapters with 16 stages. We will continue to update the game regularly — aiming for an iteration every 1-2 weeks — to gradually add all planned content while refining the overall experience.

It’s been a while! It has been some time since our last major update, and during this period, we’ve been hard at work preparing something new. Today, we’re excited to present a full introduction to our upcoming content — Oath of Heaven .

This is an independent side story of Three Kingdoms The Last Warlord, built as a standalone game with its own system and structure. To emphasize clearly — Oath of Heaven is not a DLC attached to the original game, but a completely independent title, featuring brand-new gameplay, mechanics, and experiences!

In this new installment, players will no longer take on the role of a ruler, managing vast territories or handling complex domestic and military affairs. Instead, you will play as a custom independent general, serving under a chosen lord while commanding your own territory, private troops, and officers. You will receive campaign orders from your ruler and may act independently or cooperate with allied forces in battles across the land.

Your role is similar to that of the famed general Zang Ba, who was stationed across Qing and Xu provinces, commanded his own officers such as Sun Guan, Wu Dun, and Yin Li, and maintained a semi-independent command structure. You will lead a self-contained military unit, and as your achievements grow, you may even be promoted to the ranks of marquis or general.

【Reworked Attributes – No Tedious Domestic Affairs】

1. The character attribute system has been completely redesigned, focusing solely on military abilities. This means there are no complex domestic or diplomatic commands, allowing players to concentrate on developing their personal military force.

【Customizable Generals – Growth Through Training】 2. Players can create and customize their own general, selecting attributes, troop types, and skills that suit their playstyle. Through repeated playthroughs and achievement completions, your general’s base stats can be enhanced — letting you start each new campaign stronger than before.

【City Adventures – Recruit Talented Officers】 3. As an independent general, you can freely explore cities and interact with various facilities to accept missions and earn rewards. You can also visit taverns to relax or recruit subordinate officers to expand your personal force.

【Develop Territories – Gather Resources and Train Troops】 4. You can build and manage your own territory, using resources gained from construction and quests to recruit and train private soldiers. Different troop types require unique materials — for instance, White Horse Cavalry may require resources such as Wuhuan White Horses and Lelang Bows.

【Command Elite Troops – Win Glory on the Battlefield】 5. Once you’ve strengthened your forces, you can engage in battles, directly commanding your own troops while AI controls the rest. Victory will depend on your reading of the battlefield and tactical command. Winning battles grants experience, merit, and valuable rewards.

【Earn Points – Create Even Stronger Generals】 6. Completing all stages grants clearance rewards and performance ratings. The better your rating, the higher your score — and these points can be used to enhance your general’s starting attributes in future runs, creating a satisfying cycle of progression and mastery.

Frozen Wastes of the Western Regions: Features brand-new generals, general skills, troop types, battlefield buffs, and a new battlefield map. Occurs on a 12-month cycle. Unlocks in the following month once the player’s faction owns ≥10 cities.

Land of Thunder Punishment: Includes new generals, general skills, troop types, and battlefield buffs. Also follows a 12-month cycle and unlocks the month after the player's faction controls ≥10 cities.

2. A New Set of Nine Divine Bows Added

Equipped in the off-hand weapon slot of generals.

1. Fixed an issue where Ma Chao’s children’s set bonus (range increase) did not take effect.

2. Fixed an issue where some of Lü Bu’s children’s special abilities did not properly apply damage reduction.

3. Fixed an issue where children using the set skill “Sky Piercing Shot” would consume extra energy.

4. Fixed an issue where Yuan Shao’s children’s set incorrectly reduced energy.
