Hey Prospectors, 

We have a super exciting update for folks who are fans of the TerraTech universe and want to check out another game in the series. Introducing you to TerraTech Legion! The planet system is under threat from Legion, a vast onslaught of AI bots rampaging across the galaxy to assimilate all they encounter. As a maverick Tech jockey with nerves of steel, it's up to you to clean up the carnage. Assemble the best vehicle for each AI-infested world, and eliminate all Legion bots, outposts and factories before the land is corrupted into a techno-organic nightmare. To save these planets you'll have to smash it all into scrap.

• Fixed bug causing the Mac OSX version to get stuck on the initial screen.

• Fixed bug/stability issue for cross platform builds.
• Fixed a crash in Gauntlet after dragging the cab off and pressing Undo.
• Fixed issue causing players to sometimes get stuck in the lobby when trying to connect to a mulitiplayer game.
• Fixed crash bug for clients in a multiplayer game when attempting to place conveyor blocks.
• Fixed bug causing clients in a multiplayer game to have a non-functioning inventory if they use R + Left Mouse Button to send Tech blocks to their inventory.

Bug fixes

• Fixed issue causing players to sometimes get stuck in the lobby when trying to connect to a mulitiplayer game.
• Fixed crash bug for clients in a multiplayer game when attempting to place conveyor blocks.
• Fixed bug causing clients in a multiplayer game to have a non-functioning inventory if they use R + Left Mouse Button to send Tech blocks to their inventory.

New Features

• Restored offline invaders feature that was accidentally lost when disabling Twitter integration.
• Added crossplay through Epic Online Services (EOS). Players can opt out of EOS and play without crossplay through the Steam Launch Options.
• Added options to set a larger build size limit to R&D Labs DLC (from 64 to 256).

Quality of life improvements

• Fixed a few excessively spamming log entries.
• Added 'Return Block' (R key + Left Mouse Button) to detach a block and send it directly to your inventory.
• Added keybind options for Tech Rename, Clear Inventory and Command Window actions.
• Auto-focussed input field when opening Search in Inventory/Tech loader.
• Ported the concept of Exund's FastAPLoad mod to basegame for faster loading of Attach Points on large Techs.
• Cleanup command now has the option to also clear scenery.

Design tweaks

• Updated the enemy population to include Reticule Research enemy submissions from the community.

Bug fixes

• The Brake Controller block now applies to Air Brakes too.
• Fixed bug where the inventory would sometimes become 'locked' even though Alt wasn't held.
• Harpoon is now prevented from plucking invulnerable blocks.
• Fixed VAT booster bugs and added rotation input support.
• Fixed fire-rate bug on several "all at once" firing weapons such as the VEN Micro Missile.
• Fixed Cog Jammer SFX (and Harpoon impact and Repulsor pad hum) not being affected by SFX volume slider.
• Fixed seemingly random crash when Space Junkers blocks have been used earlier.
• Fixed not being able to build on top of Sky Anchors when they are anchored.
• Placing blocks partially intersecting with the terrain is now allowed when the target Tech is sky-anchored.
• Fixed Balloon centre of lift moving eratically when inflation is at very low amount.
• Fixed bug when Better Future Linear Motion Engine is used together with Circuits & Systems that would occasionally break the throttle functionality.
• Fixed VEN Mobile SCU listing itself as 'Anchored' when in fact, it is not

Known Issues

• Space Junkers V.A.T Boosters behave unnaturally when driving forwards.

Bug fixes

• Jack In the Box textures no longer appear at a lower resolution than other blocks in-game.
• Jack in the Box now has correct audio
• Jack In the Box block's spring no longer pokes through the top of the block unexpectedly
• Broomstick now has correct SFX
• Players are now able to cause damage in Deathmatch mode

Known Issues

• Space Junkers V.A.T Boosters behave unnaturally when driving forwards.

Bug fixes

• Reticule Research Xylophone UI now has the correct notes listed
• The Space Junkers Encased Propeller Wing propeller now spins when active
• The Halloween Vampire Teeth now deals reduced damage, which is in line with what we intended.
• The centre of mass on the Space Junkers Right Wing is now centred
• Reticule Research Xylophone now has consistent block info
• Space Junkers Centre Wing inventory icon now matches the block model
• Reticule Research Logic Multiplexer, Latch and Toggle are now all networked correctly and maintain their states when loading saves.

Known Issues

• The Halloween Vampire teeth currently have a spooky but fun issue where the damage is much higher than we want them to be. Enjoy for now but expect the damage numbers to reduce in future.
• In this update we have started to make some large (but mainly hidden!) changes to the ways that multiplayer modes connect to each other, which will also allow you to connect with others on other PC games platforms. To do this, we will be using Epic Online Services (EOS), which will allow us to connect Steam players to other Steam players, and in the future also to Epic players if we make the decision to launch on that platform too. The first time you run the update, the EOS bootstrapper will need to install some updated libraries to allow the lobbies and player information to work properly, but this should only happen once.
• Steam Deck - Due to the changes we’ve made to multiplayer modes, some of the elements don't work with the native Steam Deck emulation: this means that the game will still launch/run, but multiplayer will not be able to be selected or used. A workaround for this is to launch the game running Steam Deck's Proton software in Experimental Mode. Multiplayer will then be available as normal. We will continue to work on this so that we can go back to standard Steam Deck software as soon as we are able to: thanks for your patience while we work on this!

Quality of Life Improvements

• Wheel colliders now count as part of the parent block. This helps the Circuits & Systems Proximity Sensor see them
• Conveyors:
  • Now show a preview when being placed
  • Visually connect to neighbour crafting in/outputs
  • The Alternating Conveyor now has Circuits & Systems control (flags dictate output)
• Improved handling of mod loading on startup
• All Mods now load on start-up, instead of just the 50 most recent
• Tech Placement direction is now shown and can be rotated
• Added Space Junkers Techs to enemy population
• Circuits & Systems snapshot loading performance enhancements

Design Tweaks

• Space Junkers can now be unlocked in Co-op Campaign
• Updated blocks available in Sumo & Gauntlet
• Updated the SJ Scrapgun's falloff visual effects to better illustrate the range of the area it covers
