Update v19 Patch Notes Simplifying version naming. Instead of 0.0.X style updates, future versions will just be numbered like "version 19" to keep things cleaner. New Features - Blacksmith – Reforging System: Allows rerolling a specific stat on an item; chosen stat is reset to 0, and its points are randomly redistributed. Cost WIP, may require materials in the future. - New Class: Cleric: Heals the lowest health party member and uses holy fire attacks. Unlockable via game progression like Ranger and Wizard. - "Lucky Item" Spawns: Includes extra potions, gold piles, and fairies. Poison vials may now spawn and hurt the party. - Sell All Button in Shops - Demo Access Update: Demo users can now play level 2. Gameplay Changes - Cleric: Healing targets the lowest party member by percentage. - Wizard: Heal targets the lowest player by percentage. Projectile speed increased. - Barbarian: Increased base power and health. - Lightning Bolt: May trigger thunderstorms (fires 2 + deity level bolts at 2-second intervals). - Fairy Healing: Now heals 50% of each party member’s health. - Poison Vials: Damage your party if picked up; can be removed with lightning bolt. - Armor Buff: Duration increased to 30 seconds. - Serendipity Buff: Tooltip now shows duration. Cost increased to 7. - Only crit damage numbers cause bonk animation. AI / Behavior Updates - Players no longer wait for dying enemies. - Projectiles now pass through dying enemies. UI / Visual Updates - Transparency Method: Updated for fewer issues with semi-transparent sprites. - UI Scaling: Some options currently disabled due to display changes. - Save Selection UI: Now appears after using the return home deity power. Pressing Start hides the panel if no switch is desired. - Toolbar Button: Now appears only on the right-most character and is smaller. Considering adding a move-able button for this. - Stage Selection Billboard: No longer interferes with the title screen. - Serendipity Buff Tooltip: Now shows duration. Bug Fixes / Technical Improvements - Save System: Now uses SteamID for the save folder, supporting multi-account setups. Auto-migration of saves to the new location. - Shop Inventory: Properly refreshes on each spawn. - Coins: No longer block projectiles. - Bird Loot: Now drops 0–3 potions and 0–(5x deity level) gold on hit. - Potion Lifespan: Potions stay for 5 minutes before vanishing. - Lots of small miscellaneous bug fixes.

Update 0.1.17 - b382 - Better Phoenix and Dragon animation triggering. Not great, but better. - Don't allow potion use before game start.

Update 0.1.16 - b379 - Character info tooltip no longer interferes with stat buttons - Adjust imp collider. - Projectiles no longer hit tombstones.

Update 0.1.15 - b376 Quick bug-fix. - Fix stage select/start button not showing for characters who have yet to beat gamestage 1.

Update 0.1.14 - b374 - Demo b375 Small bug-fixes. - Fix item disabling system. No more daggers attempt #2. - Auras will no longer find dead players as valid targets. - Increase item/potion drops. - Stage select Z rotation and X position locked so it doesn't get knocked away. - Fix auras giving the default xp value (0) instead of calculated xp value. - Hover over the character's sprite on the character panel for class-specific information.

Update 0.1.13 - Character unlocks moved from levels 3 and 6 to levels 2 and 5. - New stage select panel. - Projectiles will no longer collide with other projectiles. - Adjust hit-boxes on lots of enemies. - Bosses should show proper falling-letter names. - Pull wizard projectile speed back a bit. - Fix bug where it wouldn't proceed to game-stage 10 after beating 9. - The player XP bar fill can no longer be dragged. - Lightning tool-tip now explains the repeat casting feature. - "Buff" abilities, such as heal or luck, now give deity xp based on their spell cost. - Lightning bolt now gives XP based on spell cost. - Projectiles should no longer trigger twice on impact. - Killing an enemy in range of the shop should no longer cause the game to resume progress. - Remove dagger from item generation until a supporting class is added. - Item drop table adjustments across all non-boss enemies.There were too many potions. - Should now set the proper saveID internally if a saved game was renamed (ie party0.save to party1.save). Copying and renaming a saved game could possibly overwrite the game in the slot where the save originally was copied from.

Quick bug fixes. - Fix ranged class special attacks., - Fix wizard projectile velocity.

Update Version 0.1.12 - Characters earn one stat point they can allocate into their stats each level-up. Characters already created before this update should retroactively have their extra points calculated and ready to spend. Spent points are permanent at the moment and cannot be reset. Something to reset spent stat points will come at a later date. - Increased size of party inventory from 30 to 40. - Return home automatically loads the save you were playing. - New button on the Options panel to return to Main Menu/Party Select. - More UI cleanup. - Smaller toolbar. - Fix another case where shop value was incorrect. - Shops no longer trigger multiple times when more than one character is in the party. #bugs - #feedback

Update Version 0.1.11 - Fixed an issue where potions sometimes wouldn't collider with the player to be picked up or kicked forward. - Ranger arrows and mage fireballs have more mass and shoot with more force. - Fix pink edges on text from transparency bleed-through. Hurray! - Started on a UI cleanup/slight overhaul. The UI slider can cause some hard-to-read text while the UI is being reworked. I'd recommend avoiding the UI scale slider for now, or at least setting it to default. - Fix a problem with item sale price calculation at the shop. - Lightning bolt will be automatically re-selected to be cast if there's enough power to do so. Cancel by right-clicking anywhere. - Start on a window position handler to help multiple monitor situations.

Update Version 0.1.10 Small patch to address a bug. - Don't allow lightning bolt to be selected if player does not have the required deity power.

Update Version 0.1.9 - UI Scale Slider - New Level 10 Boss and Miniboss. - New option to turn off 'Always-On-Top' mode. - Items will show the proper icons between updates. - New deity XP bar on the toolbar underneath your current deity power. - Fix Imp spawn position. - Damage numbers will no longer hurt bosses. - Enemies will no longer attack players while at a Point of Interest, like the shop. - Current gamestage is now shown on the player information panel.
