This update naming scheme has got to go.

The first enemy of the level will not move, unless it is a charger.
Hearts no longer spawn in tunnels after all secrets are collected.
Dynamic tracks now return to the first loop on exiting and entering the level.

Thank you to the very enthusiastic speedrunners in the Discord for identifying these very crafty exploits. I love you. Infinite Bliss ✨
