比賽將在主辦指定的模式與地圖中進行。 The tournament will be held on the mode and map designated by the organizer. 試合は主催者が指定したモードとマップで行われます。
每場比賽時間為 20 分鐘，參賽者需在遊戲中盡可能取得最高收入。 Each match lasts 20 minutes, and participants must earn as much in-game income as possible. 各試合の時間は 20分 で、参加者はできるだけ多くの収入を得ることを目指します。
最終將依據比賽結束時的剩餘金額來決定勝負。 The final ranking will be determined by the remaining balance at the end of the match. 最終結果は試合終了時の残高金額によって決定されます。
若比賽中不幸失敗，可立即重新開始，直到比賽時間結束為止。 If a player fails during the match, they may restart immediately and continue until the match time ends. 試合中に失敗した場合は、すぐに再開して制限時間が終了するまでプレイを続けることができます。
時間標準以主持人時間為準。 The official match time will follow the host’s timer. 時間の基準は司会者のタイマーに従います。
分組方式：4 人 1 組。

Registration Deadline: October 31, 2025, 23:59 (GMT+8)
Grouping: 10 participants will be randomly divided into Group A and Group B, with 5 players each.
Match Format: One match per group.
Advancement: The top 2 players from each group will advance to the Final Round, for a total of 4 finalists.
Participants: 4 finalists from the group stage. Format: A single match to determine the Champion and Runner-up.
Participants: The 6 players who did not advance to the finals. Format: A single match to determine the “Consolation Champion.”
Challenge Type: 🎯 Special themed challenges (announced by the organizer on the day of the event)

“Who can build the most dining facilities?”
“Who can pay their 5th tax the fastest?”
“Who can create the weirdest facility combination?”
Winning Condition: The participant who best completes the assigned challenge goal wins.

If a match is interrupted due to technical issues, the organizer reserves the right to decide on a rematch.
The use of any external tools, mods, or memory-editing software is strictly prohibited. Violators will be disqualified.
The tournament uses single-player versions; the organizer may review VODs as needed.
Any disputes must be reported immediately to the referee and organizer.
All final decisions will be made by the organizer after review.
Participants must maintain good sportsmanship and uphold a positive image of the VTuber community.
Postal gift vouchers will be delivered or electronically sent within 7 business days after results are announced.
Taiwan-based participants may choose mail delivery or digital code.
Overseas VTubers may appoint a representative in Taiwan to receive the prize.
Participants under 18 years old must provide a parental consent form and have their guardian receive the prize.
If prizes are collected by proxy, a letter of authorization and copies of both parties’ IDs are required.
The organizer will handle all personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Taiwan, used solely for administrative purposes.
By registering, participants agree to all rules, terms, and subsequent announcements stated in this document.
The organizer reserves the right to interpret, modify, or terminate the event.
All legal matters are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
