We are excited to share that Summoner’s Gambit will be joining Steam Next Fest from October 13 to October 20.

To celebrate this special occasion, we are thrilled to introduce a major new update. The long-awaited Asynchronous Battle mode is now officially live. It is time to test your true strategic power. Challenge other players in battles that transcend time and space, plan your formations, manage your energy, and prove who is the real master of tactics.

✨ How to Unlock Asynchronous Battles

It is simple. Once any of your characters reaches Level 3, the Asynchronous Battle mode will be unlocked and ready to play.

🪄 Playable Characters in the Demo

In the current demo, you can duel using two distinctive characters: Noble Serpent and Lord of Shadows. Each has its own unique deck and playstyle. Try them out and see which suits your strategy best.

The free Summoner’s Gambit Demo is now live! Come and give it a try!

We’d like to give a huge thank-you to all the players who took part in the Playtest, your continuous feedback has been a tremendous help in shaping and refining the game.

This Demo includes not only the “Nobles” class from the Playtest, but also introduces an all-new class, the Lord of Shadows, along with its own deck! You’ll get to experience the core gameplay of strategic deckbuilding, auto-battler style formations, and our unique mechanics like Energy Overflow and Cheat the Odds. Of course, this is just the beginning, enough to give you a first taste of the chaotic realm’s depth and distinctive charm.

And one more thing, Summoner’s Gambit will also be part of the Steam Next Fest：

Join the Summoner's Gambit revamped Playtest on Steam NOW!

A heartfelt thank you to all players who participated in the test! Based on your feedback, we’ve released a new Playtest version. Both new and existing players are sincerely invited to experience the updated content and actively submit your opinions—every piece of your feedback will directly help optimize the game!

Currently, the game is still in development, and the test remains a small-scale closed one. Starting today, we will be releasing more test slots, which will be distributed randomly~

Once the version becomes more stable, we will launch an open demo on Steam. It is expected to take about a month to prepare for this, so please stay patient!

We are super excited to unveil Summoner’s Gambit — a bold fusion of strategic cardplay and tactical auto-battler elements, set in a dark realm ruled by ancient beings. Summoner’s Gambit isn’t just about winning, it’s about how you build, adapt, and survive in ever-changing battles. Each choice you make reshapes the battlefield. Each round is a gambit.

As an apostle of the Old Gods, your path is one of power, sacrifice, and calculated chaos:

• Forge a Chaotic Deck: Collect cards sealed with ancient creatures. Position them wisely to control attack order, trigger tactical synergies, and outplay your foes.

• Bend the Energy Laws: Summoning comes at a cost. Avoid overflow backlash—or weaponize it as a turning point in battle.

• Fuse Across Factions: Four ancient factions, endless combinations. Cross-breed creatures to create hybrids with dual-race abilities that can turn the tide.

• Face Off in Asynchronous Duels: Venture through single-player boss fights or battle other summoners in high-stakes, turn-based duels.

This game is a love letter to players who crave deep mechanics, unpredictable outcomes, and the thrill of adapting on the fly.
