Hey everyone, Ramon here 🖐.
Big news: Suitcase Stories is now officially Steam Deck Verified! 🎉
Update 1.1.0 is all about making the game feel great on controller and Steam Deck. A lot of you play on your Deck, so this one's for you. Here's what changed:
🎮 New stuff
Full controller and Steam Deck support in all menus and gameplay
Quick Select, so the cursor jumps between items for you
A new Controls screen showing keyboard and gamepad icons (Xbox included)
Camera zoom, so you can line up your items more precisely
Haptics and a magnetic cursor when you're on a controller
The tutorial now shows gamepad hints and a little ghost-cursor for your first move
New Options: cursor sensitivity, cursor assist, and vibration
🐛 Fixes
Better performance and stability all around
No more crash when a save file is corrupted or incomplete — the game just recovers on its own now
Fixed a crash during music transitions when a track wouldn't play
Fixed the language in Options not matching the actual game language
Fixed disabled option arrows blocking clicks
Fixed Quick Select firing along with the "slow cursor"
Translation fixes and a bunch of smaller bugs squashed
Thanks so much for playing and for being patient with us while we keep making the game better. 💼

Hey everyone, Ramon here 🖐.
I wanted to drop by and say a huge thank you: we've just passed 1,000 copies sold! I am so happy with the reception Suitcase Stories is getting and with all the feedback you’ve been leaving in the reviews and discussions.
A new story is on the way ✍️ Reading through your comments, I noticed many of you asked for a bit more context between the chapters. We thought it was a great idea, so we decided to add short story texts to connect the puzzles.
I want to highlight something important to us: none of this is being generated by AI. Suellen, from our studio, took on the mission to write everything manually. She is not a professional writer, but she is doing her absolute best and putting a lot of heart into making your experience more special.
Achievements and Steam Deck 🛠️ We are also keeping an eye on the technical side. We know some players are having issues with achievements not unlocking properly. We are already investigating this and working on a fix to patch it as soon as possible.
Additionally, we are working behind the scenes to get the official Steam Deck Verified status!
Cozy Puzzle Bundle 🧩 Oh, and one last quick note: if you enjoy relaxing games, we set up a "Cozy Puzzle" bundle on the store. It pairs Suitcase Stories with our other recent release, Shapes of Memory. If you already own one of them, the bundle gives you an extra discount to complete your collection right on the Steam page.
Thank you so much for all your support and patience as we continue to improve the game.

Hey everyone, Suellen here again ✌️
We are very happy to announce that the bug in Chapter 3 (colored camera lenses level) has been resolved. The camera lenses now snap perfectly into place, just as they should.
Thank you to everyone who reported this issue, for your patience, and for using our workaround while we worked on the fix. Your feedback allows us to keep improving Suitcase Stories 🧡
📌Warning: Please make sure to update your game to the latest version to apply the changes.
Here is a very satisfying GIF, by the way, of the camera lenses snapping into place 😮💨 Thank you so much for playing!
Best, Suellen Creative Hand
Hello everyone! I'm Suellen, and I'm part of Creative Hand along with Ramon.
Thanks to your feedback, a bug was identified in Chapter 3, the colored camera lenses level. In it, the camera lenses cannot be added to the box. I apologize for the inconvenience, and we are already fixing it.
In the meantime, to continue playing the remaining levels of the demo, you can skip it as follows:
Press the "ESC" key to open the menu.
Select the "Let's leave it" option.
Done! You will go to the next level.
We've included a gif below demonstrating how to do this. Thank you so much for playing the Suitcase Stories demo and helping us improve the game! 🧡
Best, Suellen Creative Hand

I wanted to share a little bit about the progress of Suitcase Stories.
For those who are just joining us, our goal is to create a relaxing puzzle game where each suitcase tells a story. It's about taking a moment to think about how many things we accumulate throughout our lives.
Some technical news:
Controls: We will have full gamepad support for those who prefer to play in a relaxed manner.
Languages: We will have 12 languages at launch, but the game design is visual and does not rely on text to be played.
About the Puzzles The idea is that the levels are logic challenges, where you need to find hidden patterns to organize everything.
What if you get stuck? No stress. We've created a visual hint system to give you a boost if you need it.
Join our Playtest! We're looking for people to test the game now. If you want to help us polish the experience, just fill out the form below:
Thanks for your support!
