Other changes and fixes
To resolve matchmaking issues and prevent matches from failing to start due to a low player count in the NA, NEA, and SEA regions, we have implemented the following changes:
disabled the option to start Free Play mode;
increased rewards for playing in the Fair Fight mode.
Increased penalty for completely wiping out a squad from 10% to 15% of command points.
Reduced throw force in antigravity fields.
Antigravity barrels now also accelerate flying bullets by 50% (similar to the Tank's ability grenades).
Reduced damage dealt by explosive barrels from 310 to 250.
Reduced blast radius of explosive barrels from 3 to 1 meter. The total radius and minimum damage have not changed.
Added new mode statistics: overall and current K/D ratio, games played, wins, kills, deaths, rifts captured, batteries deployed, installations charged, enemies detected, combat points, support points, objective points, and player respawns.
Fixed an issue that allowed players to bring grenades into a match.
Toggleable items are now reset to their default state at the end of the round.
Disabled the ability to open the inventory in the mode.
Reduced the Self-Destruc ability's full-damage radius from 5 to 3 meters.
Reduced the Stimulator's speed bonus from 50% to 40%.
The recharge time for the Stimulator has been increased from 25 to 35 seconds.
The item's animation no longer plays when the High Gravity Aura ability is activated.
Interaction with the Installation and the revival marker is prohibited while the player is in another dimension.
Updated visual effect for a cluster grenade explosion.
Stasis anomaly now kills a player who is under the effect of the Escape to the Inside Out ability.
The number of Tranquilizer rounds has been reduced from three to two.
The recharge time has been increased from 8 to 10 seconds.
A hit from the Tranquilizer now also marks the enemy with a scanner for 1 second.
Reduced damage from Psionic Mine from 200 to 125.
The mine's blast radius has been increased from 3 to 4 meters.
The maximum number of mines that can be deployed at one time has been reduced from three to two.
On the NA, SEA, and NEA servers, players and groups of up to three people now share a common queue. The separate queue for groups of three players has been disabled.
When a player joins a queue, they and their party members are automatically removed from other matchmaking queues and the preliminary Operations search.
The display of the estimated match wait time has been updated.
Fixed a bug that caused players who had not declined to confirm a match to be blocked from searching.
If a player declines a match that has been found, only the player who declined it will now receive a penalty.
Once the confirmation period has ended, only players who have not confirmed their participation will be penalized.
Fixed an issue where gear could remain locked after a canceled match.
Updated the team color schemes:
allies are now always displayed in blue color;
enemies are assigned one of four distinct colors.
The new color scheme is used in the HUD, match confirmation window, statistics, closed lobby, and battle results.
Added new team icons to the match confirmation window.
Fixed being able to teleport inside walls and other level geometry using a teleport grenade.
Fixed battery duplication.
Fixed the behavior of temporary items and active abilities when receiving a battery or a respawn marker.
Interacting with batteries, stations, respawn markers, and canisters now correctly interrupts the animation of the currently used item.
Items obtained from barrels are now correctly considered to be tied to their location.
Fixed the display of information about modules, attachments, and artifacts in player profiles.
The English voiceover is linked to the speaker volume setting.
Added Spanish and Korean versions of the mode guide.
Modules are now automatically removed from a weapon when it is sold, deleted, or used in a barter.
Weapon modules can now be rearranged by dragging and dropping them directly in the inventory, without opening the upgrade window. This feature is available only in safe zones with a personal storage access.
Fixed an issue where weapons were not being painted correctly with one-color paints, which occurred after the previous update.
Fixed an issue where Arsenal's available inventory was displayed incorrectly during the first 5 hours after midnight.
Gladiator motif is now also compatible with the Albatross Heavy Assault Exoarmor.
Fixed multiple naming inconsistency bugs.
Fixed multiple translation inconsistency bugs.
Fixed the translation of several characters and legacy items.
We will be performing server maintenance in the EU, NA, SEA and NEA regions: 29 July, 2026 08:00 - 11:00 (CEST) 02:00 AM - 05:00 AM (EDT) 02:00 PM - 05:00 PM (GMT+8) 03:00 PM - 06:00 PM (KST) Schedules may change due to unexpected problems. STALZONE servers will be unavailable during maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. Respectfully, EXBO Team
Brothers!
As you all know, heretics from the SSPP have intruded upon our sacred land. Among them is a new beast, and its name is “Typhoon.”
The Metropolitan asks us to heed his words and not engage them in open conflict. But can we really stand by in silence while sinners tread upon the body our Lord? The Metropolitan once again shows weakness, allowing an infidel into a place where he does not belong.
If we allow him to continue, they will grow bold and defile our shrines. And then it will not be a lone scout who comes here — no, entire hordes will follow in his wake. The Metropolitan’s wisdom is boundless, his words are sacred, but we are an army! Fervent and furious! We are fighters of the Covenant. And we will bring “Typhoon” peace through suffering!
Troubling rumors are spreading through the Covenant. What role will you play in the outcome of the conflict?
On August 5, both Triumphs and Faction Race will come to an end. After the event ends:
• You will no longer be able to earn Pops' Coins by completing challenges or through Faction Race. • You will still be able to activate STALZONE2026 promo code and claim Pops' Coins. • Triumphs tab will remain available until the end of the season: you’ll still be able to spend your Pops' Coins and complete 30 challenges to claim the bonus reward. • We’ll find out which faction wins the race and claims Triumphator motif.
On the same day, the contents of the Trailblazers Case will be revealed, and it will disappear from Pops' shop. If you were planning to get it, now’s the time to decide. Make sure you get everything important done in time!
Among the recently declassified S.S.P.P. archives is the technical dossier of the Republic of Korea's Special Representative, Mun Kyon-Same.
The dossier reveals the origins of the large-scale research program dedicated to studying Zone-derived technologies, as well as the Republic of Korea's contribution to the development of Project Typhoon.

Rather than pursuing a policy of total Zone isolation, he introduced a fundamentally different approach focused on influence, intelligence, and cooperation with local actors.
What objectives has the American delegation set for itself? Why did Roddenberry become particularly interested in the Black Market? Is there any truth behind the rumors surrounding his unofficial contacts?

When Coliseum launched, we weren't able to add Season Pass missions in time, but that doesn't mean your time in the mode should go unrewarded!
On August 5, Season Pass missions for Coliseum will be added. At the same time, you'll receive Season Pass Points for playing the mode between July 22 and August 4 (inclusive).
❔ How will the points be calculated? The number of Season Pass Points awarded will be based on the average rate of Season Pass point earnings in other session-based activities.
To maximize your rewards, simply play Coliseum for a little over an hour each day. By the time the points are awarded, that level of activity will earn you approximately 50–52 Season Pass levels.
If you played less frequently or spent less time in the mode, your Season Pass points will be awarded proportionally based on your participation. Have fun in Coliseum!
The following changes have been made to the game without stopping the game servers:
• The issue with infinite matchmaking in duos has been fixed in Coliseum mode. Matchmaking for teams of two players is now fully restored.
Thank you for your patience and feedback! ⚔️ Grab your teammate, queue up, and show everyone what true teamwork looks like! Respectfully, EXBO Team
What if the developers created the Coliseum just to find out who among them is the most skilled in STALZONE? No way they’d do that… or would they?

New mode: Coliseum
Operations adjustments
Session Battles changes

Balance adjustments
Other changes and fixes
Coliseum — new team-based PvP mode featuring 4 teams of 3 players each. Your objective is to capture batteries, charge installations and eliminate enemy squads using your class’s unique abilities.
In this mode, there are three classes (based on the Operations concept). The class is assigned automatically depending on the equipped armour:
Assault — combat armour;
Operative — combo armour;
Support — scientist armour.
Each class has a passive ability and a set of active abilities that depend on the specialization selected before the match.
Before the match starts, equip armour of the desired class and choose one of two available specializations. Each specialization includes 3 unique active abilities. This choice cannot be changed during the match, and passive abilities remain fixed for each class.
To win, your team must earn the highest number of points across four rounds. Points are awarded for capturing the battery, charging the installation, getting kills, and eliminating enemy squads. Be careful: a full squad wipe will deduct a part of your team’s accumulated points.
Select the Coliseum mode in Session Battles. To access this mode, you need Bar level 3.
The Coliseum mode has replaced Subdivision Battles, so access to Clan Wars is now available through the Subdivision section.
After selecting your class and specialization, you can choose from two game modes:
Free play
Fair fight
Free play — is a match played with your own gear.
Fair fight — is a preset loadout mode designed to let players try the mode on equal gear.

Choose the mode you’re interested in and press the Play button to start matchmaking.
Please note: Ranked mode will be launched later. We will announce its release additionally.
At the start of the match, four teams spawn in different parts of the map.
Rift activation. The process takes 20 seconds. The team that initiates the capture immediately receives 500 points.
Battery Delivery. When the timer ends, a battery appears from the rift. Pick it up and deliver it to the installation.
Note: a player carrying the battery cannot shoot or use abilities that require interaction with equipment.
Protection of the installation. The charging process lasts 2 minutes. During this time, prevent enemies from taking control. The squad holding the installation at the end of the process receives the full score.
Special charges are scattered across the map. They can be picked up and thrown at enemies or shot to trigger them remotely. Any action performed while holding a weapon will simply throw the charge without activating it.
Med Barrel
Blast Barrel
Smoke Barrel
Gravity Barrel
Speed Barrel
Destructible objects are also placed throughout the map, creating additional space for maneuvering. A sledgehammer is the most effective tool for destroying walls and ceilings, while standard windows can be broken with a knife strike or a shot.
In Coliseum mode, healing mechanics have been changed: first-aid kits now feature a full-use animation, different from the standard game behavior.
A first-aid kit can be used when your HP is below 100%. Once it reaches 100%, it stops automatically.
At the end of the match you receive session battle rewards: Spartak reputation, combat tokens, and placement rewards. Regardless of the match outcome, the durability of equipment and artifacts in your loadout will be reduced.
Phil asks you to help investigate a strange signal that appeared on Forge-11. He believes it may be the key to another Area, but it remains unknown what discoveries this investigation will lead to.
The quest becomes available after gaining access to the Wild North and completing the following quests: In the Nameless Deep for Rise, Point of No Return for Mercenaries, Vodovorot for Frontier, and Leviathan for Covenant.
Season Pass missions will become available with the start of the ranked season — this ensures a fair calculation of rewards for their completion. All players who actively played in the Coliseum before the start of the ranked season will receive compensatory Season Pass points.
Fixed numerous minor environment issues that disrupted the logic of completing Operations.
Changed the mechanics of Quasi-Destructors. The item is now used to unbound a module so it can be sold at auction.
Quasi-destructors are no longer needed to remove modules.
Clearance level no longer increases if the Operation timer requirement is not met. Previously, it increased when completing an Operation at a higher clearance level even if the timer ran out.
Added a brief incoming damage reduction effect after recovering from a critical wound.
Fixed incorrect class icon display in the squad interface.
Removed the Medical Locker collision.
When restarting the stage in the Photon Generator Power Supply objective, the initial enemy waves will now respawn.
Fixed incorrect work of Provocation ability during Laser Incision stage.
Expanded the safe zone in Anomaly Escort and Storm stages.
Decoration and symbol randomization now occurs every session (previously once per week).
Fixed incorrect Provocation ability behaviour during Battleship, Assault on the Cruiser and Tech stages.
Expanded the safe zone in Tech stage.
Added a delay before Murmur Puppeteer summons drones for the first time.
Killing enemies no longer affects health restoration or weapon reload. These characteristics now depend on your share of damage dealt to the target.
Only damage dealt within the last 3 seconds counts. Players must contribute at least 20% of the damage to be included in the calculation. This mechanic is disabled on Collapse and Transit maps.
If a player deals more than 75% of a target’s total health as damage within the last 3 seconds, but another player finishes the target, it will count as an “assist equal to a kill.” In this case, the player receives +1 kill in their stats and number of points equal to the base kill score multiplied by their damage percentage.
Example: if a player deals 87% damage and the base kill reward is 100 points, they will receive 87 points labeled ““assist equal to a kill,” along with the defeated player’s icon.
After respawning, a player is invulnerable only while inside their spawn region. This invulnerability has no timer and lasts until the first action that cancels it.
Invulnerability is removed when:
firing a weapon;
throwing a grenade;
dealing damage to another player (including melee);
leaving the spawn region.
Once removed, invulnerability does not return upon re-entering the spawn region. It is granted again only after the next respawn.
You can now compare items directly in the Guide.
To do this, add the items you need to the comparison from the Codex by pressing E.
After that, click the corresponding button in the top-right corner of the interface. The number on it shows how many items you’ve added to the comparison.
Table features:
The table takes the equipment modification level into account
The table accounts for attachments that can be equipped on weapons
You can customize which stats are displayed in the table, or enable the “Differences only“ filter. In this mode, the table hides stats that have identical values across all selected items.
Create your own top lists by rearranging items within the table.
Added new articles about Coliseum mode.
Added pictures to some popular articles.
Compatible weapons for attachments are now displayed correctly.
You can now configure Codex notifications separately so you don’t miss newly unlocked materials.
Articles are now marked as “Unread” only if a notification has been received.
Polyhedron
Damage required to trigger it: 90 → 100
Comment
A 90-damage threshold made the artefact trigger from certain assault rifles and machine guns with high per-shot damage (especially when using high-tier anomalous modules), which unintentionally reduced their effectiveness. Protection against sniper rifles remains unchanged, but the artefact will no longer interfere with automatic weapons.
AK-308 (A)
• Damage: 41.5 → 40.8 • Minimum damage: 37.4 → 37.0
АК-308
• Damage: 39.8 → 39.1 • Minimum damage: 35.9 → 35.4

• Damage: 43.3 → 42.7 • Minimum damage: 37.7 → 37.5
Rune
• Damage: 39.7 → 39.2 • Minimum damage: 34.5 → 34.3
Comment
The AK-308 and Rune were too powerful. They outperformed their counterparts by about 15% in kill/death ratios and were extremely popular. This effectiveness made other weapons less competitive, which is why these models were weakened.
PTRD-M and PTRD-M (A)
• Stamina consumption when holding your breath: x1 → x2 • Bonus damage based on the target's health: 1% → 0.75% • Removed the ability to ignore plate armour •Slightly increased the slowdown of the shooter after firing
PzB 38
• Limb damage: 1 → 0.9 • Stamina consumption when holding your breath: x1 → x2 • Bonus damage based on the target's health: 1% → 0.75% • Removed the ability to ignore plate armour • Slightly increased the slowdown of the shooter after firing
Comment
The PzB 38 and PTRD-M demonstrated exceptional effectiveness in subdivison tournaments, comparable to that of the Gauss Rifle, while remaining Master-tier weapons. The effectiveness of headshots has remained almost unchanged, but hits to the body (especially from the PzB 38) will now deal significantly less damage: the armour plate will fully absorb the damage rather than ignoring 99% of it.

Comment
Update to the base armour stats. Higher-level items based on a similar concept had already been updated, while some starter packs were left untouched.
Apogee Optical Sight
Expanded the range of weapons on which sights can be installed.
Within the next few days we will issue compensation for Triumphs. It will be provided to players who changed their nickname over the past year and their Triumph progress wasnot transferred to the new name. The compensation will be delivered via an in-game system message to the in-game mail.
Added animations for placing anomalous devices, tents, stashes, and other in-game objects. The visuals of the animations will be further improved.
Renamed Colosseum session battle map to Transit.
Returned the Bar reputation level 3 requirement to allow entry into Session Battles.
Fixed a bug that caused attachments in preview to extend beyond the screen and become inaccessible when there were a large number of them. A fixed width of 5 cells is now set, and scrolling has been added for items that don't fit in the list.
Control of the underbarrel device is divided into separate settings for the primary and secondary slots. The default button for activating the underbarrel grenade launcher now corresponds to the key used to select that weapon.
For example, if an underbarrel grenade launcher is equipped in the primary slot, you can activate it by pressing the primary weapon key (default: 1) twice.
Trailblazer motif is now compatible with the Dude style and the Storyteller and Artist cloak styles for the Albatross Heavy Assault Exoarmor.
Updated basic guitar model. Added the ability to paint all guitars using weapon paint.
You can now disable the display of health bars for NPCs and various objects in the game settings.
The “Take all” action now takes the current item filter into account. For example, if the “Artefacts” filter is selected in the remains inventory, only the relevant items will be moved when the action is performed.
Added Picatinny rail for the FAMAS G2 and its variants. Renamed FAMAS G2 SOPMOD. The silencer and underbarrel grenade launcher on the FAMAS G2 SG can now be removed, but they remain attached by default.
Added the ability to hide the camouflage foliage on the CCA-Zephyr style. To do this, you need to equip the appropriate faction motif.

Many beginners, and even some “experienced” users, do not think about protecting their accounts because they do not yet understand how valuable it is. Usually, this only becomes apparent after an unpleasant experience — either your own or someone else's. The topic of cybersecurity seems complex and intimidating, as if malicious actors will always find a way to circumvent any security system.
In fact, protecting your account is not that difficult. You just need to follow a few simple rules. By following these tips, you can easily protect yourself from fraudsters and the omnipresent hackers.
Thank you for taking the time to read this article! As a small token of appreciation, we prepared a promo code for you.
If you clicked that link, then… oops, there is no promo code there. It was just a harmless rickroll.
This is exactly how many scam schemes work: you are promised a reward, discount, access to exclusive information, or participation in a giveaway, but the real goal is to make you click an unknown link. If you’re lucky, it will only be a joke. In reality, however, such links may lead to phishing websites or install malicious software.We hope this small experiment clearly showed why you should never blindly click links, even if they seem very tempting.trading with other players;

The Security Code works best when combined with two-factor authentication. While 2FA prevents unauthorized users from accessing your account, the Security Code protects your character and belongings even if someone manages to access your account. Together, these systems significantly increase the security of your account and in-game property.
3. Why you should use complex passwords.Using complex passwords is important because they make it much more difficult to access your account. Strong passwords make it harder for hackers to gain access, which means they lower the risk of your account falling into the wrong hands.Strong passwords are very important in keeping your information secure. Weak passwords can be hacked in seconds, which can lead to the loss of data or money. Using a unique password for each service minimises the risk of a “chain reaction”, where hacking one account gives access to all the others. These passwords protect against attacks when hackers try to guess or use stolen passwords to get into your accounts. To make your password truly secure, make it long and combine different types of characters: upper and lower case letters, numbers and special symbols. Also, use a password generator to create complex passwords that are difficult to hack. It is good practice to use trusted password managers so that you do not have to remember everything manually.4. Never share your password with anyone. Do not share it with friends, strangers, “administrators”, and especially do not enter it on suspicious websites. If someone asks for your password, it is always an attempt to scam you. How to spot a fraudster? In STALZONE, even the most hardcore solo players sometimes find themselves needing to interact with other players, especially when attractive offers pop up in the chat. In this article, we have compiled the most common methods of in-game cheating so that you can familiarise yourself with them and protect your virtual property.
In any situation where you are asked to download third-party files or visit a website, you are most likely being scammed. Even if the resource looks very similar to the official website of the game or company, always check the address carefully. All official EXBO resources will be listed at the end of this article.
Instead of participating in suspicious giveaways, it is wiser to choose an in-game auction, which guarantees that you will receive the gear you need.
Remember: if you are offered to buy a promo or exchange for it, it’s highly likely to be a scam attempt.
EXBO representatives will never ask you for confidential data, such as your password.
Never share your account details with third parties. Buying, selling, or sharing accounts is prohibited by the Licence Agreement. This can cause serious damage to your account.
The ways to claim prizes from official contests and giveaways, as well as organizer contacts, are always stated in the event rules. Any other messages from unknown players offering you a prize are scams.
All news about promotions and in-game events is published on the game’s official resources and in the in-game Events Hub. The company will not inform you about promotions involving prizes or discounts through private messages or third-party platforms.
Carefully check the website address before entering your account data. Even if it looks like our official site, if the URL differs by even one character, it’s a phishing site.
Buy gear and useful items only in the in-game shop or from other players for in-game currency, but always be careful to avoid suspicious offers.
Avoid downloading suspicious software from untrusted sources so you don’t put your data at risk.
Do not do anything the scammer asks you to do under any circumstances.
You can always report the player via the in-game chat, and also through our support website.
Rise! By now you've all heard about our foreign guests — Typhoon. They're well-armed, well-trained, and frankly nothing like the SSPP we're used to dealing with.
I'll say it again — don't engage them. Right now, staying neutral is what's best for us. That doesn't mean we'll just roll over if they come at us, but I need you all to exercise caution. We're not friends. But for now, we're not enemies either.
I get it, not knowing what to expect is unsettling. I get that Typhoon represents everything we've been fighting against. But we're not Frontier. Rise studies the situation first, then strikes with precision. And we will strike, if it comes down to it.
So, what's your take, where do you think this Typhoon situation in the Zone is headed?
The main goal of this mode is to obtain the Battery and successfully use it to capture the Installation. Here’s a closer look at the gameplay loop:
• Acquisition: Activate the Rift and wait for the Battery to spawn. • Delivery: The player carrying the Battery can’t shoot or use abilities — their sole task is to safely deliver it to the Installation. • Research: Your team must hold the Installation zone for a set duration while the research process completes.
Scoring details: There’s no passive point gain just for holding the area. Points are awarded only for successfully completing a capture. Importantly, enemies can interrupt the process, take control of the Installation, and steal those points for themselves. Got clever tactics already brewing in your mind? Share them in the comments!
The old-timers say the Zone tells a different story to everyone who enters it. Some see endless firefights. Some see haunting beauty hidden behind anomalies. Others see the greatest movie never made. Which story will you tell? Create either: • vertical clip for TikTok or YouTube Shorts; • 1–5 minute cinematic if you want to put your directing skills to the test.
Use the new Photo Mode (F4), experiment with its camera controls and 12 built-in filters, turn on Light Sources, and show everyone what the Zone looks like from your perspective: dynamic action, horror, Lo-Fi, memes, drama, pure atmosphere.
The best cinematics will compete for exclusive rewards judged by our jury, while clips earn prizes simply by reaching view milestones. And yes — you can participate in both categories. ❗️ Submissions are open now and close on August 31. Grab your camera, frame your perfect shot, and show us your #szfragments. 🔗 Full rules, rewards, and submission details

Exchange your Twitch Fragments at the Dealer NPC for valuable items: spare parts and tools, catalysts, and unstable anomalous batteries. The shop also offers a master rank sight, various attachments, and unique cosmetic items. Please note that items previously obtained through Twitch Drops can also be exchanged at the Dealer NPC for Twitch Fragments. Thanks for your attention, and good luck with your reward hunt! Not too long ago we announced a rework of the Module mechanics, we promised to come back with details, so here they are. Just to remind you how it will work • Removal only in safe zones. In order to take a module off a gun and put it on a different one, you need to be inside a safezone. The process works similarly to attachments: quick, free and without any unnecessary fuss. • Tradable modules. In order to sell a module you own, you need to use a Quasi-Destructor. Use it on a detached module in order to unbind it. This will let you list it on the auction. How will Quasi-Destructors change? Because of the change in their mechanics, the range of applications for this item will narrow. In order to keep them valuable, we will make them harder to obtain: • We will raise the Quasi-Destructor price in the shop for season currency. • We will reduce the Quasi-Destructor price in the shop for Stalcoins. • The drop rate for Quasi-Destructors in operations will be reduced. When will this happen? The new module mechancs and updated Quasi-Destructors will be released on 22.07.2026.
An area that exists at the junction of 3 different dimensions. The Coliseum arena is what little was left of one of the top-secret Neo-Consciousness projects, created in order to test the limits of human capabilities.

WIth Typhoon's arrival in the Zone, the contract market started to shift. More and more often the orders go to the SSPP's new unit, and that means that old rules are no longer applicable.
Who are these Typhoon soldiers, really? Competitors, enemies, or just another force that is chasing their own goals in the Zone? And how do you profit off them?
Complete the new Mercenary storyline and find out how Typhoon's appearance in the Zone is going to affect the future of the faction.

Challenges are tasks that you can complete while playing the game. They are combined into 4 groups.
Each group has a key objective that is required to be completed in order to move to the next challenge group.
Key objectives are marked with a special sign.
All key objectives are connected with completing a part of the main storyline. So if you’ve finished it already, you will have all challenges open! And if you are only starting your journey through the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, you will open all challenges gradually while progressing in the game.
Challenges are split into different difficulty levels within each group.
The higher the difficulty, the greater the reward!
Rewards also get better as you move from one group to another.
For completing a challenge, you receive useful consumables and Journey Tokens.
Journey Tokens are the event currency used in the event shop.
You also get exclusive rewards for completing all challenges in one group!
Team up with other players: every challenge contributes to a shared goal. Track your progress using the special bar on the event page.
Reaching milestones rewards each player with additional tokens!

The Masters of the Zone have brought out some of their finest work — a selection of rare armor and weapon styles.
Styles are cosmetic items that change the appearance of your gear. Each one is designed for specific equipment, so better check compatibility before you buy them.
These are the real gems! Make sure to grab a style before the event ends. Only the Zone knows when they’ll be available again.
To make your harsh days in the Zone feel a little warmer, we present a special set that reminds you of home, even when you are far away on foreign ground.

We have carefully reviewed player feedback and decided to revise the prices of in‑game shop items for the SEA and NEA regions.
Starting 15 July 2026, prices for the majority of items in the in‑game shop will be reduced. We intend to maintain prices at the new level, but we will continue to monitor the in‑game economy, regional conditions and your feedback. If circumstances require further price policy adjustments, we will notify you in advance.
Players who made purchases in the in‑game shop from the start of the current season until the price reduction will be compensated the difference between the previous and the new prices. Compensation will be issued automatically. If you do not receive your compensation within two weeks, please contact our EXBO Support website.
STALZONE has received a GRAC 19+ rating. This enables us to continue developing and operating in the Korean region.
During the rating process, the Korean localization of the game was adjusted. We aimed to make the text clear and comfortable for a broad audience. As a result, the tone of some lines, names, and phrasing has been softened compared with the original version.
It is important for us to know whether we have preserved the atmosphere and character of STALZONE. After the updated localization is released, please share your impressions. If the new presentation appears overly softened or insufficiently faithful to the spirit of the game, we will carefully review feedback and try to restore the usual narrative style wherever possible. Toward the end of the season we plan to run an in‑game localization survey to collect more comprehensive feedback.
Some changes also affected gameplay itself. Certain content restricted by Korean law and GRAC requirements is no longer available to players in the Korean region.
We sincerely regret that we cannot offer Korean players the game exactly as originally intended. We tried to limit changes to the minimum necessary for release and continued operation in the region.
We appreciate your understanding and welcome constructive feedback. It will help us improve the Korean version without losing the beloved STALZONE atmosphere.
Server maintenance is completed, game servers are back online.
Good luck hunting in the Zone!
Respectfully, EXBO Team
● Photo mode
● Barter tree update
● Advanced case
● Other changes and fixes
Photo mode has been added to the game. By default, you can access it by pressing the F4 key.
Camera settings available:
● Zoom from 1.00× to 8.00×
● 360° Roll
● Movement speed setting from 1.00× to 0.00×
● Grid
● 12 styled camera presets (VHS, Lo-Fi, Bodycam, Damaged Bodycam, Found Footage, Cheap Digital Camera, Disposable Film, STALRUNNER 2049, vaporwave, Noir, Sepia, CCTV) + 1 standard preset
When photo mode is activated, the player's weapon is holstered, and all HUD elements, on-screen indicators for infection, suppression, critical injury, and cold, as well as the first-person view of the player's hands and body, are hidden.
In photo mode, you can optionally draw your weapon from its holster. In this case, the character is displayed in first-person view again, and zooming is disabled.
You can also hide the photo mode interface by pressing the F1 key or disable it in the general HUD display settings.
In screenshots taken in photo mode, the photo mode interface and the rule-of-thirds grid are not displayed — there is no need to hide them manually before taking a photo.
This is the first iteration of the photo mode. Based on your feedback, we'll continue to improve it by adding new settings and presets and expanding its functionality. Share your thoughts — every opinion matters to us!
Smooth camera (previously known as the cinematic camera) has been redesigned.
There is now a separate “Smooth camera” section in the game settings where you can adjust the responsiveness and the intensity of mouse movement smoothing at the start and end of a turn.
For those who prefer the old logic, there is an option to revert to the previous version. However, in this case, the new smoothing settings are no longer available.
● Removed the old feature that hid the hands using the Ctrl+F1 shortcut due to the addition of a full-featured photo mode.
● Key bindings for screenshots, hiding the HUD, and the smooth camera have been moved to the controls section.
● A new Photo mode section has appeared in the control settings, where you can assign all the keys used in this mode. When photo mode is active, these keys are given higher priority, and all other actions assigned to them are temporarily ignored.
Added K2 and K2C1 to barter tree.
Good news for those waiting for updates to the Advanced Case, here they are!
You can check out the updated contents below:
ZIVCAS Sisyphus-6
FN Five-seveN
● Added the ability to convert FAMAS G2 and Glock 18X parts.
● Related records can once again be found in the home territories of the Northern factions.
● Fixed incorrect sounds for bolts with particles.
● When refreshing cards in the Personal Shop, offers with the same item will no longer appear.

STALZONE servers will be unavailable during maintenance. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and patience. Respectfully, EXBO Team
We understand that rewards for an endgame activity should be meaningful. However in the first season we want to confirm that the ranking system is stable and fair before introducing functional rewards for it, such as Act Tickets.
Therefore, all rewards in the current season, aside from Spartak reputation and Battle Tokens, are cosmetic only: unique skins, titles, profile customization, and a leaderboard tag — the list of top players for the mode displayed in the center of the Bar.
Share in the comments what rewards you’d like to see.
Owners of the SIX12 and SIX12 SD can barter the Trailblazers of the North version for 8 Pops' Coins!
To do this, approach the Dealer NPC in safe zones and select one of the two offers in the barter section.
This action does not require completing a certain number of Triumphs challenges.
The offer is valid until the end of the season, so hurry up!
Take a first look at the footage of an early version of the Coliseum — an upcoming competitive PvP mode.
