So excited to share that Guy Spelunky has joined the cast of Fraymakers, the marvelous indie platform fighter! They did an amazing job incorporating his items into a unique, fun moveset that really captures the spirit of the games. His pixels have never looked better!
New to Fraymakers? It's a platform fighter featuring a wide array of beloved characters across indie gaming. Guy joins the playable cast that includes Impostor from Among Us, Welltaro from Downwell, The Watcher from Slay the Spire, and more, with an even larger selection of indie buddies who can be called as assists. You'll be able to bring this colorful cast together in CPU battles, local multiplayer, online multiplayer with rollback netcode, and training mode. On top of that, Fraymakers comes with editor tools that allow you to make your own content for the game.
The attention to detail that Team Fray lavishes on each character is really apparent - the sprites are large and well-animated and the abilities are chock-full of references to their games of origin. In Guy's case, they've given him an entire cave's worth of goodies to play with, from basic equipment to hidden relics. We love how he came out and it's been a lot of fun figuring out how to use his tools against the rest of the cast!
