Hey Speedsters!
We’re back with Speedollama v1.5.0, and this update is a game-changer—literally! We’ve completely revamped wall climbing, making movement smoother, faster, and more intuitive than ever before. No more clunky wall clings when all you want is pure, uninterrupted vertical speed.
But that’s not all! We’ve also enhanced PlayStation controller support, making explosions, gunfire, and all the insane action feel even better with controller vibrations and dynamic lighting. Oh, and of course, we fine-tuned some weapons and squashed a few bugs along the way!
Check out the full patch notes below!
Speedollama v1.5.0 – Patch Notes
Major Gameplay Update: Wall Climbing Revamped!
- Completely reworked how players can climb walls. Wall Cling is no longer required for vertical movement! Now, as long as the player is colliding with a wall, they can jump indefinitely, allowing for seamless vertical progression.
- Wall Cling is still available for combat tactics and strategic use, but movement is now smoother and faster—perfectly suited for Speedollama’s insanely fast-paced gameplay!
PlayStation Controller Enhancements
- Gamepad Vibration Added – Players using DualShock 4 and DualSense controllers will now feel the action in their hands! Explosions, gunfire, and high-speed movement now come with satisfying vibrations that bring the chaos to life.
- Dynamic Controller Light Colors – A small but stylish addition: your PlayStation controller will now illuminate with the character’s signature color:
- 🔴 Chris – Red
- 🟢 Arnold – Green
- 🔵 Lizzy – Blue
Gameplay Balancing & Quality of Life Improvements
- Weapon Damage Tweaks – Adjusted damage values for certain weapons to increase combat satisfaction, especially for powerful weapons like:
- Rocket Launcher – More explosive impact
- Mega Missile – Higher devastation level
- General Polish & Bug Fixes – Various minor bugs and tweaks have been addressed to enhance overall player experience and smooth out gameplay.
