We are so proud and happy to announce that we reached over 100,000 wishlists! This is literally a dream coming true for us.
Sorry that it has been a bit quieter around here from our side, but we're focused on working on the full game, which will release in less than 4 weeks!
Cheers,Laurin & StephanWe're happy to announce that Sir, We Have an Orc Problem will release on the 28th of July 2026.
You can look forward to more levels, more towers, a ton of new upgrades and some new stuff that we don't want to spoil yet. We're aiming for a total playtime of 4-6 hours.
The Demo is also participating in the Steam Next Fest June, which just started. Thanks for all the valuable feedback you gave us so far!
Cheers, Stephan and Laurin

Improved level visuals a bit (especially level 5)

Surrendering a level won't give you the flat bonus resources from the upgrade "Bonus Resources" anymore. You need to actually finish (lose or survive) the level to get them. The scaling bonus resources from "Bonus Resources 2" are still added even when surrendering.
It was just a bit over a month ago that we released the playtest and we just wanted to get some feedback on our game. We hoped for a few hundreds, maybe a thousand players to get a good view on what is working and what needs improvement. Now we're sitting here and looking at 56,254 players and a peak of 827 concurrent players. This is simply incredible and beyond our wildest dreams.
We would like to thank you all for trying the playtest and giving us so, so much feedback. We tried our best to implement as much as possible and improve the game day by day.
The demo is a more polished version of the playtest with some updated graphics and support for 13 languages:
English
Deutsch
Español
Français
Polski
Italiano
Nederlands
Português Brasileiro
русский
简体中文
繁體中文
日本語
한국어
We're already working hard on the full game which will have more levels, towers and upgrades! And of course we will update the Demo with bugfixes and improvements.
After 1 day of closed testing we opened the Playtest to everyone and the reception was just overwhelming. We peaked at over 200 concurrent players which is really astonishing for a Playtest.
Right now we're collecting all your feedback (join the Discord) and working on the next update which should come very soon. This update will focus on bugfixes and quality of life improvements. Afterwards we want to revisit Level 4 + 5 and some upgrades to improve the difficulty scaling at the end of the current Playtest content.
We're so happy that you love the game we're building here and we can't wait to see your reactions to the new levels, towers and other mechanics we will be adding in the future.
Cheers, Laurin & Stephan
