i removed humans becoming evil from not having too much food. apparently this used to be bugged, but i accidentally "fixed" it during adding the translations.

- enabled salt deposits again - slowed down the nature decay when not having enough food with x0.25

fixed the crash that occurred in the new localization build

I found some time to implement the translations or Chinese and Spanish that the community made! You can change the language in the main menu.

finally figured out the problem. mac builds should work again.

uploaded a 64-bit build for macosx. however, i'm not a 100% sure it was the right version. let me know if there is something off.

v-sync - added a v-sync option in options/settings - default is now OFF to fix the black screen people had (hopefully) - if your game is running suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuper fast, turn it ON! fixes - can't click on humans and other things anymore behind the cards - pausing the game now deselects your current card - added an option that saves the windows you have open and their positions - added an option to switch between window opaque and transparent styles

food values

- added a food multiplier based on the amount of humans where food values are x2 with 0 humans and x1 with 10 or more humans - the spawn countdown timer for new humans (infants) stops if there isn't enough food to support them - this means that food is less of a problem in the early game, but will keep it's intended "puzzle" for those that get to the late-game

changes & fixes

- fixed a pathfinding bug where items wouldn't get picked up - this was also indirectly the cause for some cases where humans were constantly idle/praying/eating. So that's fixed now as well! - fixed game freezing when a UFO is landing and there is no land in sight - added a double check before quiting/restarting from the menu - added a reset savefile option - added names for humans with a length of 5 letters (previously up to 4) - changed some compendium entries - chickens should be less talkative

changelog - fixed the memory leak (out of memory fatal error) - poison berries now don't count for food is humankind doesn't have enough herbs - humans won't gather poison berries and harvest poison berry bushes anymore if there is a food shortage and they don't have herbs - raw meats will now also be picked up when there is a food shortage and the cookpot exists - flour will now also be picked up when there is a food shortage and the oven exists - humans won't harvest poison berry bushes anymore if they have more than +10 in the bank and herbs exists in the world - using the 1 - 6 hotkeys for windows will now close them if they are already open

Hi all, here is the 1.4.9 patch! changelog: - you can now use inspect on items in the storage/base window UI - potentially fixed the font cut-off bug - potentially fixed tile bug upon loading a game - maaaaaybe fixed that "black screen though with sound"-bug people had (please let me know if it still persists!) - mankind will now pick up food that's lying around before starving even if their hunger bar is already depleted (added some kind of will to live i suppose) - humans should now pick up tools before crafting new ones (unless they can't reach them) - humans should now double check if food items are actually reachable - humans should now get stuck in a corner anymore trying to grab items that were blown all the way there - humans should now double check if an item is still reachable when gathering and will stop and do something else otherwise - fixed animal pathfinding crash - fixed gunpowder not getting recorded in the compendium when it's made - changed the "Megapolis" achievement so you don't need to have a sky tower anymore, just 10+ population - changed when charcoal is made in the oven it now shoots out of it to make it more clear that it happens (to extra clarify they only make charcoal when the research is done and fuel is at 5% or lower) - researches in the compendium (when playing a game) are now highlighted yellow if you researched it in the current game - disabled clicking on things in the world when cursor is on a window - disabled playing cards when cursor is on a window (unless it's inspect on a storage item) - changed the in-game achievement text for "City" so it reflects the right criterion - changes some compendium logs to be more informative on some vague subjects

Quick patch: - fixed 'cooked drumstick' being referred to as 'seaweed' - fixed card count at the end showing the wrong amount - hopefully fixed the crash people reported in the forums - tried some things to get rid of the 'cut off text' bug, but i suspect i'll have to look for another font - changed the driver error message so that you can ignore it the patch isn't live yet for macosx, that will have to wait until monday! have a nice weekend

Hi all, we are excited to announce Simmiland is finally released on Steam! There is a big content update compared to the old version of the game. Simmiland is coming out tomorrow! Since the game was originally released on itch.io there are some notable changes to the game if you experienced it before.
