I’m very close to releasing my game. Rise of the Cones officially releases on April 23.
I’m running the final playtest, which will be available for a few days. If you want to join, you can request access on the page.
New refinery credit generation effects
Wave counter now flashes on completion, with milestone waves highlighted.
Enemy info panel that introduces new enemy types between waves. ("Show Hints" toggle added to gameplay settings.)
Base health bar now shows numeric HP values.
Various visual, audio, and balance polish.
Disabled Volumetric Fog's temporal reprojection.
Added 2X speed up and autostart buttons.
Tier-based level progression.
Global meta-progression upgrades, such as starting credits and base health.
New tower info panel that shows all upgrades.
The sell button now shows the refund amount on hover.
New upgrade effects for Tier 3+.
New refinery animations.
Various visual and audio polish.
Minor balance changes.

General optimizations
Added FPS limit option
Fixed credits going into negative numbers with large amounts

Graphics Settings: Added Low, Medium, and High presets.
"Armored" Enemies: Hardened enemy variants appear in later waves.
Targeting: Added "Fastest" and "Slowest" priority modes.
Replay Rewards: Earn Research Points when replaying beaten levels.
Added more placeable areas to the levels.
