Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
It’s been a while since our last devlog, and we’d like to thank you for continuing to support Ranch Farm and Store Simulator.
Over the past few months, we’ve been carefully reviewing feedback from the community, especially around employee behavior and how they handle daily tasks on the ranch. Many of you shared insights about inefficiencies, task prioritization, and overall workflow, and those inputs have helped shape this update.
With that in mind, this update focuses mainly on improving the employee system to make it more consistent, balanced, and reliable during long gameplay sessions. Alongside that, we’ve also added a few supporting features to improve overall management and quality of life.
We’ve reworked how employees handle tasks to improve efficiency and ensure all tasks are handled more evenly.
a. Animal and Plant Harvesting Employees will now harvest in rotation instead of prioritizing only the earliest placed animal pens or planter boxes. For animals, harvesting is now balanced between tool-based actions (like milking and shearing) and non-tool actions (like collecting eggs), ensuring all harvestable outputs are handled more consistently.
b. Machine Worker Employees will now process all available production tools instead of focusing only on the earliest placed machines.
c. Maintenance Maintenance tasks will now be processed progressively from earlier to later placed animal pens and planter boxes, ensuring all areas receive attention.
d. Trap Worker Employees will alternate between managing insect traps and fish traps, both for filling and harvesting.
e. Nutrient Worker Employees will distribute nutrients in rotation across animal pens and planter boxes, ensuring more balanced coverage.
Employees can now carry commodity containers purchased by the player.
This allows them to harvest up to 144 items depending on the container size, improving efficiency compared to single item handling. As before, if the container is not full and similar commodities are still available, employees will continue harvesting from other sources before returning to storage.
Nutrient handling has been optimized.
Employees can now:
Use nutrient containers when available
Organize nutrients into storage containers
Prioritize using containers when it allows them to carry more in a single trip
This reduces repetitive trips and improves overall workflow efficiency.
We’ve added dedicated storage containers for:
Nutrient Containers
Waste Buckets
Commodity Containers
Employees will now prioritize placing containers into these storage units if available. If no storage is present, they will behave as before and place items near the store area.
This helps keep your ranch more organized and reduces clutter.
A new monitor has been added near the cashier to improve store management.
With this feature, you can:
View a list of commodities that have been sold
Check their selling prices
Adjust prices directly from the monitor
Filter to show only currently active items in your store
This should make managing your store pricing and performance more convenient.
We’ve updated the Employee Task Priority UI with additional descriptions.
You can now:
See clearer explanations for each task
View short information for currently active tasks
This reduces the need to memorize task roles and makes it easier to manage employee assignments.
Fixed an issue where pausing the game for a long time could cause employees to appear as if they were teleporting items or working from a distance when the game resumed.
Improved accessibility around the lake area so employees can now navigate and work more reliably.
Resolved an issue where certain employee names could not be changed to specific inputs.
Thank you again for your continued support.
Since leaving Early Access, our approach has shifted slightly. While we may not introduce frequent large feature updates, we remain committed to addressing important issues, and improving existing systems based on feasibility, and also responding to meaningful feedback from you.
We truly appreciate everyone who continues to play, share feedback, and support the game.
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We’ve released a new update for Ranch Farm and Store Simulator that focuses on improving player interaction flow, making employee-related settings easier to understand at a glance, and fixing several blocking issues reported by the community.
Many of these changes are based on feedback about interaction interruptions, unclear employee permissions, and cases where important actions felt slower than necessary. This update aims to make daily activities feel smoother, faster, and easier to manage.
We updated the interaction process so player actions are no longer blocked by employees or animals.
Previously, if an employee or animal stood in front of or aligned with the player, interaction triggers could be blocked and disrupt gameplay flow. This is no longer the case. Player actions will now always take priority, even when employees or animals move in front of you.
Several frequently repeated interactions have been sped up. Based on community feedback, some actions felt too slow due to long hold durations. We have reduced the required hold time to be twice as fast as before. This affects interactions such as:
Milking
Shearing
Using the Chainsaw
Cleaning Animal Waste
Cleaning Old Plants
And other similar repetitive actions
This change is intended to reduce slowdown during daily routines and make long play sessions more comfortable.
We updated the icons used on shelves and commodity storage slots that cannot be handled by employees.
Previously, we notice different icons such as padlocks or player icons caused confusion to the player and some players happen to get problem because of that, even though they represented the same restriction. These have now been replaced with a single clear icon: a worker symbol with a slash, indicating that employees are not allowed to work on that shelf or storage slot.
Production machines now display a spatial icon when employee work is disabled.
As the number and size of machines increase, it becomes harder to check settings individually. This new spatial icon allows you to see from a distance whether a machine is set to allow or disallow employee work. The icon matches the same No Employee Work symbol used on shelves and storage slots for consistency.
We added visual icons on the wooden boards of animal pens and planter boxes.
These icons clearly show whether employees are allowed to:
Feed animals or fertilize plants
Place animals or plants
Harvest products
This helps you quickly understand the status of each pen or planter box without opening menus, especially when managing large farms.
We fixed a bug where performing a double hold action with the chainsaw could cause the player to become stuck.
An issue that prevented saving when certain data was corrupted or missing has been fixed.
We resolved a case where corrupted save files could block access to the main menu.
We reverted the automatic diamond restoration fix because it caused unintended effects for players using Easy difficulty. The original trigger that caused diamonds to be lost has already been fixed in previous updates. If you experienced diamond loss in the past, please contact us through the in-game Bug Report system so we can review your save file and restore the correct value manually.
Thank you for continuing to support Ranch Farm and Store Simulator. Your feedback helps us identify friction points and improve both clarity and comfort across the game.
If you encounter any other issues or have suggestions, feel free to share them through Steam Discussions or the in-game Bug Report system.
Happy ranching! 😀🐄🐓
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We’ve released a new update for Ranch Farm and Store Simulator that focuses on fixing several progression issues, improving kiosk pricing controls, and refining the user experience when returning to the main menu. This update is based on issues and feedback reported by many of you, and it aims to prevent accidental progression loss while making daily management more comfortable.
Here’s what’s included in this update:
We fixed an issue where Diamonds could be deducted incorrectly after canceling a kiosk purchase and then buying an animal pen or planter box.
This issue has now been resolved. For players who were affected previously, the lost Diamonds have been restored to the correct amount. The player who still affected can send bug report with in game bug report through Menu -> Feedback or Main Menu -> Report button.
Extra Note: If the diamond had been used for upgrading second floor store expansion it will not be returned.
Previously, entering odd numbers such as 3, 5, or 7 in the price input field was not possible. This has now been fixed, and you can freely type these values.
Please note that final item prices still cannot be odd numbers, as prices must remain divisible by two. However, the input process itself is now much smoother and more flexible.
Salespeople who visit your ranch to offer paintings can now be dismissed if you are not interested.
Once dismissed, the salesperson will leave and return again at a random time in the future. This gives you more control over when you want to interact with them.
We updated the flow when returning to the Main Menu.
You can now choose whether to save to the autosave slot or return without saving. This change was made after we noticed cases where players unintentionally lost progression due to autosave overwriting their progress when exiting to the main menu.
Changing item prices at kiosks can now be done using direct text input.
This makes it easier to set exact price values and fine-tune your pricing strategy without relying only on incremental controls.
The maximum Field of View setting has been increased to 120.
This update is especially useful for players using ultra-wide monitors, allowing for a more comfortable and customizable viewing experience.
Thank you for continuing to support Ranch Farm and Store Simulator. Your feedback helps us identify critical issues and improve the overall experience with every update.
If you encounter any other issues or have suggestions, feel free to share them with us through Steam Discussions.
Happy ranching! 😀🐄🐓
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
Following the release of version 1.0 and our transition out of Early Access, we’ve continued working on improving core systems based on player feedback and real gameplay usage. This update focuses on refining employee roles, improving controller handling, and fixing a control issue related to fishing.
Even after leaving Early Access, we remain committed to polishing the experience and addressing issues that affect day-to-day gameplay.
Here’s what’s included in this post-1.0 update:
We have updated how employee jobs are structured to better reflect their responsibilities.
Tasks related to producing Fertilizer and Animal Feed using production tools have been moved from the Maintenance role to the Machine Worker role. This change ensures that maintenance employees can stay focused on tasks such as cleaning animal pens and clearing old plants, without being interrupted by production work.
In addition, the role previously named Commodity Machine Worker has been renamed to Machine Worker. This better represents the actual scope of the job, as Machine Workers are responsible for handling all types of machines, not just commodity production tools.
The controller system has been updated to better support multiple input devices at the same time.
• Controllers can now be used alongside keyboard and mouse without conflicts. • Issues caused by DualShock gyro input interfering with controls have been resolved. • Keyboard and mouse input will no longer be locked when a controller is still connected.
This should result in a smoother and more flexible control experience, especially for players who switch between input devices.
We fixed an issue where player controls could become locked during fishing.
In certain situations, the fishing state could be duplicated, causing the player to lose control input while fishing. This has now been resolved, and fishing interactions should behave normally without freezing player movement or actions.
Thank you for continuing to support Ranch Farm and Store Simulator after the 1.0 release. Your feedback remains invaluable as we move forward with future improvements and updates.
We hope this update makes your ranching experience smoother and more enjoyable.
Happy Holidays, and happy ranching! 😀🐄🐓
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
This update marks an important milestone for Ranch Farm and Store Simulator. The game has now officially left Early Access after six months of development, following our initial plan to keep the game in Early Access for around 3 to 6 months. Since the Early Access launch in July 2025, we have been actively developing, refining, and expanding the game based on your feedback, and this month marks the sixth month of that journey.
We want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone who supported the game during Early Access. Your active feedback, bug reports, discussions, and involvement have played a major role in shaping the current version of the game. Many of the systems, improvements, and fixes that exist today were directly influenced by your reports and suggestions.
Leaving Early Access does not mean that development is stopping. Instead, it marks a transition into a more stable release phase, where we will continue listening to the community and improving the game moving forward. With that in mind, this update includes new content, acknowledgements for Early Access supporters, and several important improvements as part of the version 1.0 release.
Here’s what’s included in this release:
We’ve added new paintings that you can collect and display on your farm. These paintings help make your farm feel more lively and also provide better price bonuses, supporting your overall farm value.
New Steam Achievements have been added. These give you additional long-term goals to work toward and recognize your progress across different aspects of the game.
A special Credits page has been added to the Main Menu to recognize players who supported the game during Early Access. This includes players who helped us through active feedback, bug reports, and by sharing the game with others. We sincerely apologize if any names are missing. If your username was not included, please contact us at contact\bewolba\com, and we will review and update the list accordingly.
Players who purchased and played the game during Early Access will receive a one-time in-game currency bonus as a token of appreciation. This bonus can be used as extra capital to invest in new tools, assets, or farm expansion. The reward can only be claimed once and will be available when loading a save file created before the Steam Winter Sale, or when starting a new game before the Winter Sale period. You will have different bonus value depend on your progression in the game, this update is included since v0.9.14.
Fixed several gamepad navigation issues in:
Employee Settings on production tools
Kiosks
Traps
Now you can interact with the checkbox to handle employee.
Improved gamepad navigation for:
Buy Plant
Buy Animal
Buy Nutrient menus
Now you can accessing the minus button to decrease the value of what you need to buy.
Resolved an issue where kiosks could not be moved due to incorrect initial placement. Kiosks can now be interacted with from all four sides.
Fixed a case where boxes could get stuck inside Box Storage and cause gameplay errors.
Resolved an issue where buckets or nutrient containers could visually deform after being carried by employees.
Resolved some issue making the guardian or wild animals stuck in your farm, that can make your game lag or crash.
Thank you for being part of Ranch Farm and Store Simulator’s Early Access journey and for continuing with us into version 1.0. Your support, feedback, and patience helped shape the game into what it is today, and we look forward to continuing this journey together.
If you have thoughts, suggestions, or feedback after this update, please continue sharing them through Steam Discussions. We are always listening.
Happy ranching, and thank you once again for your support! 😀🐄🐓
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We would like to share an important milestone with you. Ranch Farm and Store Simulator will officially leaving Early Access and launching version 1.0 on December 18, alongside the upcoming Steam Winter Sale.
When we first launched the game into Early Access in July 2025, we shared our plan to remain in Early Access for around 3 to 6 months. This month marks the sixth month since that launch, and thanks to your support, active feedback, and patience, we are moving forward to version 1.0.
Before the release, we would like to inform and clarify a few important points.
The 1.0 launch does not mean the end of development. Leaving Early Access simply marks a new phase for the game. We will continue listening to community feedback, addressing issues, and working on ideas that are still pending. Suggestions that are feasible and align with the game’s direction will continue to be considered and developed in future updates.
Because the 1.0 release coincides with the Steam Winter Sale, the game will be available with a 40% discount. This decision was made so the game can remain competitive during the sale period and reach new players.
We understand that it is common for Early Access games to receive a price adjustment after leaving Early Access as a form of fairness to early supporters. Unfortunately, we missed important timing requirements related to Steam price change rules, which prevents us from adjusting the base price close to the sale period. As a result, we are unable to apply a price increase before the Winter Sale without affecting discount eligibility.
Instead, as a form of appreciation to everyone who supported the game during Early Access through purchases, active feedback, reports, and ideas, we are doing the following:
We are adding special in-game credits that include the Steam usernames of players who supported the game during Early Access via discussion, in game reports and influencer who help us showing the game to the people. The credits button will appears in Title Menu screen and available after version 1.0.
Players who already have game progress before the Winter Sale begins will receive an in-game currency bonus as a token of appreciation. This bonus can be used to speed up progression or invest in new tools and assets in the game.
Here are the credits will shown for special in-game credits. It is not the final version yet and we are still finalizing it.
We would also like to hear your thoughts on this approach. Is there anything else you feel would be meaningful as a form of appreciation for Early Access supporters? Since a price difference between Early Access and post-Early Access is not something we can provide in the near term, your suggestions are very important to us. You can share your thoughts by commenting in this news comment section.
Listening to the community has always been part of our culture since the beginning of Early Access. For this reason, we truly want to hear your opinions. If there are ideas that can realistically be implemented before or around the Winter Sale, we will do our best to make them happen. ːsteamhappyː
Thank you for being part of this journey with us, and thank you for helping Ranch Farm and Store Simulator grow into what it is today. 🌱ːsteamhappyː
We look forward to celebrating version 1.0 together with you.
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We have just released a new update for Ranch, Farm and Store Simulator. This version introduces new employees to support your daily routines, a brand new insect gathering feature, and several improvements to make farm management feel smoother and more efficient. Thank you for all the feedback and bug reports you continue to send through the in-game Bug Report system and Steam Discussions. Your input helps us understand what to improve and what to add next.
Many players have asked for more helping hands on the ranch, as well as new activities that offer different ways to earn money and use the space around the farm. We have also received feedback that some employee behaviors still feel unoptimized and that employee roles are not always clear. We are keeping these points in mind as we continue development and will keep improving employee behavior and role information in future updates. Based on your feedback, here are the main additions in this version. 🌿
New Employees We have introduced four new employees that you can hire to help around your farm. These new workers provide more options when setting up your routines and assigning tasks.
We know some of you feel that certain employee jobs are still not working as efficiently as they should. While this update focuses on adding more employees, we will continue to review and improve their behavior over time. We also heard your feedback that employee roles are not always clearly explained, and we will be working on improving that information in future development updates.
Insect Gathering System A new activity has been added that lets you collect insects around your ranch and turn them into a new source of income. This is one of the systems we wanted to add earlier, and it is now ready to be tried out.
The Insect Gathering feature includes:
Insect Trap
You can place insect traps on trees around your farm. After some time, the traps will catch insects such as butterflies, beetles, and moths, which you can then collect.
Insect Storage
A dedicated Insect Storage building lets you keep your collected insects neatly organized so you can store more of them without filling your normal inventory.
Insect Kiosk
At the Insect Kiosk, you can sell your collected insects by turning them into insectarium kits. Customers can then start their own insect collections, while you earn money from your efforts.
New Large Container
A new Large Container has been added that can hold up to 144 commodities, making it easier to manage large volumes of items.
Fix Farm Area Expansion Order
Fixed an issue where players could buy the Farm Area Expansion before unlocking the Second Floor, which caused bugs in progression.
Updated Employee Maximum Nutrient Threshold Limit
The employee threshold limit for animal pens feed and growbeds fertilizer has been adjusted to maximum 75 percent. This change helps prevent employees from repeatedly refilling fertilizer or animal feed when it is not needed.
Back Door Pathing for Employees
Employees can now use the back door, allowing them to move more efficiently around the farm and reach their work targets more easily.
Fix Employee Planter Behavior
Employees with the Planter task priority now correctly place plants into planter boxes and animals into animal pens in the intended order. The new priority is:
Fill planter boxes while seed boxes are available,
Place young animals into animal pens,
Place captured wild animals into wild animal pens,
Store any extra seed boxes in seed storage.
Previously, Planter employees could ignore animal pens if there were planter boxes that were not fully planted. This issue has now been fixed.
Thank you for playing and supporting Ranch, Farm and Store Simulator. Your feedback plays an important role in shaping each update, and we truly appreciate the time you spend reporting issues and sharing suggestions. We hope this update brings new activities, better support from employees, and a more enjoyable ranching experience overall.
If you enjoy the game, we would be grateful if you leave a review, and feel free to share your ideas or suggestions in the Discussions section. 😀
Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓🦋
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐟
We have released a new update for Ranch, Farm and Store Simulator that focuses on making fishing activities smoother and giving employees a more helpful role around your farm. Thank you for the continuous feedback you send through the in-game Bug Report system and Steam Discussions. It helps us refine every part of the experience.
Here are the new features included in this update: 🌿
Fish Trap Interaction Update
Harvesting from multiple fish traps is now much easier. When you collect fish from several traps, identical fish types will automatically go into the Box you are currently holding. This means you no longer need to pick up the same fish one trap at a time, making bulk harvesting faster and more convenient.
Employee Trap Worker
A new job role is now available for employees who will help maintain and harvest your fish traps.
Employees can now supply bait to each fish trap automatically.
They can also harvest the traps to keep your fishing workflow smooth.
Each fish trap has its own setting, allowing you to choose the specific bait type you want employees to use.
This addition should make fish trap management much more efficient, especially for larger ranch setups.
Fixed Fishing Cast Issue
Resolved an issue where players could not cast the fishing rod when pointing at the same point repeatedly.
Fixed Employee Rotation Behavior
Employees now rotate correctly to face their action targets, resulting in more natural movement and animations.
Fixed Employee Handling for Fertilizer and Animal Feed
Employees should now work correctly when dealing with fertilizer or animal feed tasks.
Updated Employee Task Information
Additional details have been added to employee action info so you can better understand what each employee is currently working on. Especially in the maintenance process and composting bin.
Updated Title Menu Account Warning
A new warning now appears if your Steam account is detected with active client or different from the previous session. This ensures players understand that progression and save data are tied to the active account.
Thank you for playing and supporting Ranch, Farm and Store Simulator. Your feedback continues to guide every improvement we make. We hope this update helps streamline your fishing routines and gives your employees a more meaningful role around the ranch.
If you enjoy the game, we would be grateful if you leave a review, and feel free to share your ideas or suggestions in the Discussions section. 😀
Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓🐟
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We have just released a new update for Ranch, Farm and Store Simulator. This version brings helpful new systems for organizing your farm, new kiosks to expand your selling opportunities, and improvements that support smoother daily management. Thank you for all the feedback and bug reports you continue to send through the in-game Bug Report system and Steam Discussion. Your input helps us identify issues faster and refine the experience for everyone.
Over the past week, many of you requested better seed organization, more ways to sell surplus items, additional challenges, and improvements to livestock feed management. Based on your feedback, here are the new features included in this update: 🌿
Seed Storage A new Seed Storage system has been added to help keep your delivery zone tidy and your seed supply better organized.
Seed boxes you purchase can now be stored neatly inside the Seed Storage.
Employees will automatically move seeds into storage when the delivery area becomes cluttered or when the seed boxes are still full.
When a growbed requires planting, employees will check the delivery zone first, and only take seeds from storage if none are available outside.
This addition should make seed management smoother, especially for players handling large numbers of growbeds.
New Kiosks Two new kiosks have been added to expand your business options:
Fish Kiosk Sell a variety of fish based dishes made from your catch.
Farm Supply Kiosk Sell extra fertilizer and livestock feed directly to customers.
These kiosks help turn surplus production into extra income and give your ranch more economic variety.
Livestock Feed Production: Grain Grinder A new production tool, the Grain Grinder, is now available.
Insert Corn to produce higher quality livestock feed.
The resulting feed provides better effects, supporting long term livestock growth.
This feature offers players more control over feed quality and opens up a new processing path for Corn.
Nutrient Container
With the introduction of the new nutrient type produced by the Grain Grinder, we also wanted to address the need for an easier way to carry nutrients in larger quantities. To support this, we are introducing a new tool that players can purchase: the Nutrient Container.
The Nutrient Container allows you to carry up to 12 units of nutrients in a single slot, making bulk tasks much more manageable. With this upgrade, both you and your employees can fill livestock feed or apply fertilizer to growbeds more efficiently without having to move back and forth with small quantities.
Beyond the new features above, we also worked on several quality of life updates and fixes to improve stability and consistency during gameplay.
Quick Sell Storage Upgrade
Quick Sell Storage can now sell a wider variety of item types, making it easier to clear space and manage inventory.
New Challenges Added
Five new challenges have been added, giving progression-focused players more objectives to pursue. Completing them rewards Diamonds that can be used for future upgrades.
Maximum Player Level Increased
The maximum player level has been raised to 70, providing more progression space and rewards for long-term players.
Salad Kiosk Price Rebalance
The minimum price for Salad Kiosk items has been rebalanced so customers are more likely to purchase them.
Backup Save System Added
A new backup save mechanic has been introduced to help reduce the likelihood of save data loss.
Before we conclude this devlog, we also want to address an issue players have mentioned regarding the process of obtaining fish, whether through fishing or using fish traps. We’ve been listening to all the feedback shared with us, and we truly appreciate it. With the introduction of the Fish Kiosk, which gives players a dedicated place to sell fish, we’re reviewing the overall process of acquiring fish. We’re working on improving it step by step, and updates are already in progress. Please look forward to the upcoming changes! 😄
Thank you for playing and supporting Ranch, Farm and Store Simulator. Your feedback plays an important role in shaping each update, and we truly appreciate the time you spend reporting issues and sharing suggestions. We hope this update brings better farm organization, more selling opportunities, and a smoother ranching experience overall.
If you enjoy the game, we would be grateful if you leave a review, and feel free to share your ideas or recommendations in the Discussions section. 😀
Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We have just released a new update for Ranch, Farm and Store Simulator. This version brings new features that expand your ranching possibilities, along with improvements and fixes that aim to make daily gameplay smoother and more enjoyable. Thank you for all the feedback and bug reports you continue to send through the in-game Bug Report system and Steam Discussion. Your input helps us identify issues faster and refine the experience for everyone.
Over the past week, many of you requested more land to grow your ranch, additional challenges, and features that support long-term resource management. Based on your feedback, here are the new features included in this update: 🌿
Farm Area Expansion Your ranch now has more usable land. This expanded area gives you extra space to grow crops, raise more animals, and freely design the layout of your dream farm. You need to reach certain level and have certain money and or diamonds to expand the area.
New Challenges
New challenges has been added for players who enjoy progression-based goals. This will give you fresh objectives to complete and new rewards to look forward to as you advance. The Diamonds earned from completing each challenges can also be used for purchasing area expansions, allowing you to further grow and develop your ranch.
Tree Growing Feature You can now plant tree seedlings and let them grow over time through several stages. Once they reach full maturity, trees can be cut down using the chainsaw to produce wood materials. This gives you a renewable source of lumber directly from your farm and adds more depth to your long-term planning.
Beyond the new features above, we also worked on several quality-of-life updates and fixes to improve stability and smoothness during gameplay.
New BGM for Day and Night We added new background music variations for daytime and nighttime. You can choose whether to use multiple BGMs or stick with a single theme through the settings menu.
Improved Load and Save Flow The New Game button has been removed from the Load Game screen to prevent confusion. Saving to a specific slot can only be done through the Pause Menu, while automatic saves will always use the Autosave slot.
Fix Duplicate Paintings We resolved an issue where certain paintings appeared twice or showed duplicated visuals.
Fix Load Game Stuck Some players encountered loading issues caused by incorrectly stored box commodity states. We have fixed the core problem, so affected save files should now load correctly.
Fix Picking Up Commodity Boxes in Water Interaction detection has been improved so boxes that fall into the water can be retrieved more easily.
Fix Delivery Area Check When Buying Tools The delivery spot for new tools sometimes detected nearby objects incorrectly. This check has now been fixed so purchases behave as expected.
Fix Box Storage Interaction Rapidly taking and placing Box Storage could cause unexpected behavior. This interaction is now more stable.
Fix Sheep Wool Visual Sheep should no longer appear to have wool immediately after being sheared. Their visuals now update correctly according to their current state.
We’d also like to clarify some reports we received regarding lost save data. We assume this may have occurred due to autosave progression being overwritten when selecting New Game. To help prevent this confusion, we have removed the New Game button from the Load Game menu, as explained in Improvement point number 2. To clarify, saving progress to a specific slot can only be done through the Pause Menu, and the autosave slot will always be overwritten automatically at the top.
Thank you for playing and supporting Ranch, Farm and Store Simulator. Your feedback plays an important role in shaping each update, and we truly appreciate the time you spend reporting issues and sharing suggestions. We hope this update brings more room to grow, more goals to pursue, and a smoother ranching experience overall.
If you enjoy the game, we would be grateful if you leave a review, and feel free to share your ideas or suggestions in the Discussions section. 😀
Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We have just released a new update that focuses on smoother daily routines, better flexibility, and improved performance across your ranch and store. Over the past few days, we listened closely to your feedback about employee management, day progression, and overall performance.
We also want to respond to the reports sent by some new players that encounter problems regarding save and load process. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered, and we thank you for taking the time to submit them through the in-game Bug Report system. Your reports helped us identify the core problems more clearly.
In this update, we have included fixes related to save and load issues that occurred for some new players. If anyone is still experiencing similar problems, we would greatly appreciate more reports through the in-game menu and also via Steam Discussions so we can continue improving the experience.
Here are some of the key things you shared with us:
Some players mentioned that managing employee contracts felt a bit rigid and they wanted more control over how wages are handled.
Others shared that ending the day through the Store Sign was sometimes repetitive and they preferred a faster way to move to the next day.
We also heard reports that certain graphics were heavier on performance and could cause frame drops in specific areas.
Several minor bug happen through out playing the game like interaction to growbed sometimes disappear.
Questions regarding the Employee as Restocker.
Based on your feedback and information, we have added and improved several systems to help make your ranch life easier and more enjoyable. 🌿
You now have the choice to hire employees with a Daily Salary contract. Their wages will be taken automatically each day and shown clearly in the Daily Report. This gives you a more flexible way to manage costs and helps you adjust your financial plans one day at a time.
A new Playstyle option has been added to simplify day progression. You can now quick start and end the day by pressing Enter or the matching button on your Gamepad. There is no need to walk to the Store Sign. This makes it quicker to open the store, wrap up your day, and move on to the next morning.
We have updated the graphics of several in-game objects to reduce the load on your device. This helps improve stability and smoothness across your ranch and store, especially in busy areas.
Some new players encountered issues where the game failed to load or save correctly. This problem has now been fixed. We have made adjustments to the save format to prevent this issue from happening again. Do not worry if you are an existing player because these changes will not affect your current progression.
We have fixed an issue that caused some growbeds, animal pens, and bird cages to suddenly become uninteractable. They should now function normally again.
Fixed an issue where the Selling Box prompt appeared even when players were not using the Quick Sell Tool. Box and Commodity inside it can't be sold directly without using Quick Sell Tool.
We have fixed an issue where Box Storage or other objects could unexpectedly shift to the center of the lake. This problem should no longer occur. If you have encounter this problem before, when you load the game your item should be appeared near the lake.
We also noticed many players asking how Employee as Restockers work. Employee as Restockers are functioning normally, but there are a few things you need to pay attention to in order to make sure they work effectively:
Make sure the employee’s priority is set correctly as a Restocker in the Employee Management menu. It is recommended to set Restocker as priority 1 so the employee focuses on that task first.
Make sure you have enough commodities available to restock. This is especially important if your shelf uses a focus commodity, because the specific item must be available either in storage or in accessible areas. The focus commodity works either you choose certain commodity and or certain quality types.
If you are using a Commodity Storage, ensure the commodity slot is not locked to player-only access. The slot must be accessible to employees so they can process and restock that commodity.
We hope this explanation helps you understand the Employee Restocker role more clearly.
Thank you for playing and supporting Ranch Farm and Store Simulator. Your feedback continues to guide the improvements we make every update. We hope these changes help create a smoother, faster, and more enjoyable ranching experience for you.
If you enjoy the game, we would be grateful if you leave a review, and feel free to share your ideas or suggestions in the Discussions section. 😀
Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We’ve just released a new update to make your farming experience more organized, efficient, and flexible. Here are some of the key points we heard from you:
Players shared that managing waste and compost materials could become overwhelming as storage filled up quickly.
Some players also requested clearer indicators for when livestock are ready to be milked or sheared.
Others mentioned that it would be helpful to reposition buildings during construction to correct placement mistakes.
Based on your feedback, we’ve added several improvements to make your farm easier to manage and more enjoyable to run. 🌿
You can now have Compost Bins to store large quantities of Crop Residue or Livestock Waste. There are two types: Plant Compost Bin for Crop Residue and Manure Compost Bin for Livestock Waste. Each can be purchased in different sizes depending on your farm needs.
Your maintenance employees can now handle compost tasks automatically.
They will move waste from baskets into Compost Bins and transport compost materials to the Composter Machine when needed, keeping your farm cleaner and more efficient.
A new UI indicator now appears when your Cows, Sheep, or Goats are ready for milking or shearing. This small but helpful feature allows you to manage livestock more effectively without constant checking.
You can now reposition a building while it is still under construction. If something is placed incorrectly, you can easily move it before the build is completed.
Thank you for playing and supporting the game. Your feedback continues to shape every improvement we make. We hope these updates bring more flexibility, smoother workflows, and a more enjoyable experience to your farm.
As always, if you enjoy the game we’d be grateful if you leaving a review, and don’t hesitate to leave your thoughts or suggestions in the Discussions section. 😀
Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We’ve just released a small but meaningful update to make your farm life smoother and more in control. Here are some of the key points we heard from you:
Some players reported that their guard dogs would chase away wild animals after leveling up, making it difficult to catch and sell them.
Players also found it inconvenient that the Quick Sell Tool only worked for compost and fertilizer, making it harder to manage large product surpluses.
Some players mentioned that employees were using production tools and disrupting their workflow. They requested an option to limit certain tools to player use only.
Based on your feedback, we’ve added several new features and improvements to better support your needs. We're continuing to improve iteratively and incrementally, delivering meaningful updates step by step 😀
You can now adjust your cats’ and dogs’ behavior so they no longer chase wild animals. This gives you more flexibility in deciding how your farm’s guardians interact with their surroundings.
You can now sell commodities directly at wholesale prices using the Quick Sell Tool, making the selling process faster and more straightforward.
You can now adjust employee settings for production tools, allowing you to decide whether employees can operate them or not. This gives you better control over production management and helps maintain efficiency across your farm.
😀Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓
We’ve just rolled out a new update that improves employee skills and fixes several issues reported by the community. This update focuses on making waste and nutrient management more streamlined, while also ensuring a smoother overall gameplay experience.
Here are some of the key points we heard from you:
Players want maintenance workers to also handle animal waste and dead plant, moving them into nutrient machines and storage.
Players suggested that maintenance workers should be able to use buckets or directly place waste into processing machines.
Players find it difficult to clean animal pens and planter boxes manually, and they’d like maintenance workers to handle that more efficiently.
Based on your feedback, we’ve added several new features and improvements to better support your needs. We're continuing to improve iteratively and incrementally, delivering meaningful updates step by step 😀
We’ve updated the abilities of the maintenance worker to make them smarter and more efficient when handling waste and nutrients. With this update, they now follow a clearer workflow:
If a waste bucket is available, employees will collect waste using the bucket.
If a waste bucket and nutrient machine are available, employees will collect waste using the bucket and then fill it into the nutrient machine.
If you have nutrient storage, employees will automatically transfer nutrients from the machine into storage.
If no nutrient storage is available, employees will deliver nutrients from the machine to the delivery table instead.
These changes make it much easier to manage waste and nutrient flows without constant micromanagement.
We’ve also addressed several issues to keep your farm running smoothly:
Fixed a bug where empty nutrients could be stored in nutrient storage.
Fixed an issue where the salesperson stopped at the farm entrance.
Fixed a bug where employee settings were not being saved in kiosks and production tools.
Removed irrelevant employee settings from the composter.
Fixed an issue where the goat icon displayed as a cow when deployed to an animal pen.
Fixed a bug where kiosk stock decreased even when customers didn’t complete a purchase.
😀Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We’ve just released a new update designed to enhance your farming experience. This patch brings quality-of-life improvements, visual polish, and new options to make your gameplay smoother and more enjoyable.
Here are some of the key points we heard from you:
Players needed employees that could help with kiosk restocking.
Players wanted more control over the quality of ingredients employees restock into kiosks and production tools.
Collecting animal products could feel inconvenient when animals kept moving around.
Players wanted the option to skip animations to save time during frequent commodity transfers.
Based on your feedback, we’ve added several new features and improvements to better support your needs. We're continuing to improve iteratively and incrementally, delivering meaningful updates step by step 😀
You can now assign employees to handle kiosk restocking, giving you more freedom to focus on other activities. This helps keep your kiosks running smoothly without constant micromanagement.
Gain more control over how employees restock ingredients at kiosks. You can define the quality of ingredients they use and decide whether they should replenish all ingredients or only those required by current recipes.
Production tools now have new employee settings as well. You can set the ingredient quality employees should use when restocking, helping you maintain consistency and align production with your strategy.
Cows, sheep, and goats will now remain still when you harvest their products. This makes the process smoother and ensures animals won’t wander around during harvesting.
Sheep now have a distinct appearance after being sheared. This makes it easy to see at a glance which sheep have already been sheared and which still have their wool.
You can now skip commodity transfer animations when moving items into storage or supplying kiosks. This makes item management much faster and less repetitive. It’s a great time-saver for players who prefer efficiency over animations.
Fixed an issue where employees could walk outside the farm.
Fixed a bug allowing kiosk upgrades even when you didn’t have enough money.
Fixed a visual bug where boxes could get stuck in an employee’s hand.
😀Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓
Hello, Ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
We’ve just released a new update focused on making your crafting and farming experience smoother and more organized. This patch introduces a few helpful additions that aim to reduce clutter, improve storage, and give you more flexibility as you play.
Here are some of the key points we heard from you:
Players needed a way to assign an employee specifically to supply commodity machines throughout the day.
Players wanted an alternative way to collect fish without having to rely solely on a fishing rod.
Nutrients can clutter the farm if not organized in one place.
Carrying more items at once would help reduce back-and-forth trips.
Based on your feedback, we’ve added several new features and improvements to better support your needs. We're continuing to improve iteratively and incrementally, delivering meaningful updates step by step 😀
Assign an employee to supply ingredients to your commodity machines. This role ensures machines remain stocked and production continues without constant oversight. It's perfect for reducing micromanagement and keeping your farm operations efficient.
You can now place fish traps in lake to catch fish over time. It’s a hands-free method to collect fish ingredients, giving you more freedom to focus on farming or managing the store.
No more scattered nutrients cluttering your farm. Nutrient Storage allows you to store nutrients produced from your machines neatly in one place, helping you keep things clean and organized.
The Medium Box Container offers a higher storage capacity with up to 96 item slots. It’s perfect for transporting and organizing farm commodities such as harvested crops, animal products, and other bulk items. Ideal for players with a growing inventory and a busy farming operation.
Fixed an issue where wild birds could be placed in animal pens.
Fixed controller input not working correctly in employee growbed settings.
Fixed farm decorations getting stuck when loading from a different save file.
Fixed employees not moving when their path was blocked by decorations.

Hello, Ranchers! 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
It’s been a month since the game launched in Early Access, and we’re thrilled with how far we’ve come. Over the past few weeks, you’ve shared a number of helpful suggestions and reports.
Here are some of the key points we heard from you:
Employees feel less effective at higher levels, struggling to keep up with the growing workload.
High-level players want to reduce repetitive micromanagement by automating tasks.
Some players would like to play in a more casual, relaxing way.
Based on your feedback, we’ve added several new features and improvements to better support your needs. We're continuing to improve iteratively and incrementally, delivering meaningful updates step by step 😀
Two new skills are now available for employees:
Planter: Plants crops and animals in available planter box and animal pen
Nutrient Worker: Applies nutrients to planter box and animal pen
These skills reduce manual effort and are ideal for players who prefer a more efficient and hands-off workflow.
To ensure that the crops and livestock placed by employees are exactly as you intended, make sure to use the Employee Settings menu. Employee Settings allow you to assign specific focus commodities to individual planter boxes, animal pens, and bird cages. This gives you more control over who is responsible for each area of the farm.
The Hardwork attribute now has a greater impact by increasing employee movement speed, including the ability to run. Employees will start running once their Hardwork stat reaches a certain threshold. This helps them complete tasks more effectively and speeds up your entire production loop.
You can now choose between Easy and Normal difficulty modes to better match your preferred playstyle. Normal Mode is the default setting and provides the intended game balance and progression pace. Easy Mode is perfect for casual players who want to enjoy the game with less pressure.
Easy Mode contains the following adjustments:
Reduced costs for animal pens, kiosks, planter boxes, bird cages, and store expansions
Store and stall expansions can be purchased with either money or diamonds.
Double XP gain for faster level progression
Fixed issue where the game failed to load if the save file was corrupt
Fixed duplicate planting when deploying seeds simultaneously with employee action
Happy playing! 😀🐄🐓

You can now increase your kiosks’ storage capacity by paying an upgrade fee. This allows you to stock more products, boost efficiency, and maximize your profits as your ranch grows. To upgrade storage capacity you need to interact the storage for each kiosk (default by pressing "F") and pay the upgrade fee.
The level cap has been increased to 60, with unique experience requirements for each level. Additionally, every kiosk transaction now grants +10 EXP, making progression more rewarding as you grow your business.
The Force Day feature now includes clear timing requirements, allowing you to activate it at 19:00 for better schedule management.
Your tablet now remembers the last menu you accessed, so you can pick up where you left off without navigating from the beginning each time.
Fixed an issue where boxes could get stuck on trees outside the farm area.
Restored objects that fell below the ground, bringing them back to the front of the farm.
Resolved outline visibility issues on smaller screen resolutions.
Fixed player freeze when deploying animal nutrients.
Addressed disappearing objects when players were far away.
Prevented negative balances when purchasing kiosks and farm structures (Planter Boxes, Animal Pens, etc.).
Fixed the inability to move shelves and items when carrying a box.
Updated the info text for Force Day conditions.
Fixed first-hand item not saving after reload.
Improved storage upgrade system for kiosks

Increased deploy distance for construction items to reduce placement conflicts.
Instead of collecting fish one by one, you can now gather them all at once, saving time and effort. This makes the fishing experience smoother and more rewarding.
We’ve added a dedicated tutorial to explain the Auto-Save system in detail. This ensures you know when your progress is being saved and helps build confidence that your game data is secure. A small addition that brings big peace of mind.

Hello ranchers 😀🧑🏻🌾🐮
First of all, thank you so much for all the feedback, suggestions, and bug reports you've shared with us. Your input has been incredibly valuable and helps us continue improving the game with every update.
Now, we’re excited to bring you a major update packed with features that expand your store, reward your progress, and give you more freedom in managing your farm and business.
Let’s walk through the highlights:
As the variety of commodities grows, so does the need for more shop space. You can now upgrade your store to include a second floor! This feature unlocks at Level 20 and can be purchased to give you more room for shelves, display items, and serving more customers. Head to the upgrade menu when you're ready and have the resources to expand your store.
We’ve added a brand new “Challenges” section to your tablet menu. Complete specific goals to earn Diamonds, a valuable resource used to unlock premium upgrades and exclusive farm items. These challenges give you short and long term goals to work toward while adding extra rewards to your daily gameplay.
To support the growing number of customers, especially with the new second floor, we’ve introduced a new stats only to cashier employee, "cashier speed skill". With this upgrade, your cashier will process customers faster and helping prevent long lines and keeping your store running smoothly. This new stats can also be upgraded to further increase speed.
A new outdoor staircase has been added on the right side of the store, allowing you to access the rooftop. From here, you can get a wider view of your farm, take a break, or simply enjoy the scenery from above. With access to the rooftop, you can also have access to more easily capture wild birds flying around your farm to raise them and collect their products.
You now have the freedom to place items not only in front of your store but across the entire farm area, except for store shelves. While this gives you full creative control, we understand that free placement can get messy, so we’re planning to add dedicated buildings like warehouses in future updates to help organize your setup.
Fixed gamepad navigation for several menus including Pause Menu and Management Menu.
Fixed locked/available information not correctly informed in the Stats Menu under Tools section.
Fixed an issue where some customers could get stuck.
Fixed an issue where livestock was not moving.
This update opens up more vertical space, introduces meaningful rewards, and gives you greater control over your layout. It’s a big step forward in shaping your ranch the way you want it.
As always, thank you for your support! If you're enjoying the game, a review means a lot for us and if you have suggestions or feedback, feel free to share them in the Discussions section.
Hello, ranchers! 😀🧑🏻🌾
We're back with an exciting update that adds new content and quality-of-life improvements to make managing your ranch smoother and more enjoyable. Thank you to your valuable feedback through the in-app system and Steam Discussion forums, we’ve been able to roll out several improvements and adjustments in this patch. With hundreds of suggestions coming in, we're developing the game iteratively and incrementally to ensure steady and meaningful progress with each update.
Before we dive into the details, a quick reminder: our 20% launch discount is still active as part of the Steam Summer Sale, so grab it fast before the launch discount ended.
Now, let’s take a look at what’s new:
You can now find wild birds in nature and capture them for your farm. Once caught, they can be placed in a bird cage, adding more life and charm to your ranch. Wild birds are considered a type of livestock, but unlike others, they can’t be purchased from the tab menu. They can only be obtained by catching them in the wild.
We’ve added a wider selection of crops for you to grow. All available plant types are now organized in the tab menu, making it easier to browse and plan your farm layout. Many of these new plants are unlocked at higher levels, giving you more to look forward to as your farm progresses. More diversity means more options for farming strategies and product variety.
The Slaughtering Tool and Selling Tool have been upgraded to support single-click functionality. Previously, you needed to press R to slaughter livestock and C to sell commodities, which could become repetitive over time. With this update, those actions can now be completed with a simple click, helping you save time and stay focused on running your farm efficiently.
We’ve updated the placement of name labels on inventory storage containers. This makes it easier to identify contents at a glance and helps with keeping your supplies better organized. It’s a small fix with a noticeable impact on clarity.
As always, if you enjoy the game we’d be grateful if you leaving a review, and don’t hesitate to leave your thoughts or suggestions in the Discussions section.

Hello, ranchers! 🧑🏻🌾
We’re back with a new update that gives you more flexibility in how you manage your farm, store, and workers. These additions are all about letting you play your way, streamline your workflow, and fine-tune your experience. Thanks to your valuable feedback through the in-app system and Steam Discussion forums, we’ve been able to implement several improvements and adjustments in this patch. Before we dive into the details, a quick reminder: our 20% launch discount is still active as part of the Steam Summer Sale, so grab it fast before the launch discount ended.
Now, let’s take a look at what’s new:
You can now work side-by-side with your employees. Whether you’re harvesting crops from planter boxes, restocking shelves, or taking care of animal pens, your staff can assist without interrupting your actions. This makes multitasking smoother and improves overall productivity on your farm.
Need full control over specific shelves? You can now mark any commodity shelf as “Only Player Can Access”, which prevents employees from interacting with them. This is perfect for shelves that require special attention or limited-edition items you don’t want restocked automatically.
We’ve introduced a Playstyle Setup system that allows players to fine-tune various gameplay parameters to better match their personal preferences. You can now adjust how fast in-game days pass, how quickly crops and livestock grow, and how often wild animals appear on your farm.
This feature was added in response to the wide range of player preferences we’ve observed. While some players enjoy a faster-paced experience, others prefer a more realistic, slower rhythm that mimics real-life farming. With this system, you’re free to tailor the game to suit the pace and style you enjoy most.
Please note: the Wild Animal Frequency setting has been moved from the general settings into this new Playstyle Setup. If you’ve previously customized this setting, your preferences will be automatically transferred, so you don’t need to reconfigure anything.
As always, if you enjoy the game we’d be grateful if you leaving a review, and don’t hesitate to leave your thoughts or suggestions in the Discussions section.

Before we dive into the details, a quick reminder: our 20% launch discount is still active as part of the Steam Summer Sale, so grab it fast before the launch discount ended.
Now, let’s take a look at what’s new in this update :
You can now sell items instantly without confirmation using the Quick Sell Tool, which helps speed up item management. However, this tool excludes essential structures like Planter Boxes and Animal Pens to avoid accidental loss.
This new tool allows you to instantly process livestock without a confirmation prompt. It’s a faster option for experienced players managing large-scale animal production.
The new Hand Mode gives players more control during manual operations such as picking up, placing, or interacting with farm elements. It’s useful for precision tasks without auto-switching tools.
A new large-capacity container is now available, perfect for organizing messy or scattered boxes. Note that this container only accepts boxes not already stored or held in your bag.
The tooltip system on product racks has been improved. Now, each focused commodity displays its information more clearly, making stock management easier.
We’ve added an “Off” option to the particle settings in the game. This allows players to completely disable particle effects if desired, improving performance or providing a cleaner visual experience.
Players can now access an “Unstuck” button directly from the Escape menu during gameplay. This feature lets you quickly reset your character’s position if you ever get stuck in the environment. It’s fully translated and designed to be easy and convenient to use.
Fixed Collider in Front of the House
An invisible collider that previously blocked player movement near the house has been removed. You can now walk around this area without any unexpected interruptions.
Corrected Translation for Orange Juice
The translation for “Orange Juice” has been fixed. This ensures it displays correctly in the game’s supported languages.
Fixed Livestock Aging Bug
A bug causing livestock to become "old" immediately after loading a save has been resolved. Your animals will now age normally based on their life cycle.
Fixed Crop Residue Collection
An issue preventing players from collecting crop residue has been fixed. You can now clear your fields without any disruptions.
As always, if you enjoy the game we’d be grateful if you leaving a review, and don’t hesitate to leave your thoughts or suggestions in the Discussions section. ːsteamhappyː

Hello ranchers!
We’ve just released a new content update packed with machines, better farming systems, and improved game balance. Let’s dive into what’s new in this version:
You can now unlock two new machines to support plant health: the Manure Processor and the Composter. After unlocking the Waste Bucket, you can collect livestock waste and crop residue from old plants. Once collected, each waste can be processed into Manure from livestock waste or Compost from crop residue. Both outputs serve as valuable nutrients to improve the yield and quality of your crops.
We’ve added several new production machines focused on upgrading plant-based commodities into more valuable items. These machines become available as you reach higher levels. From this update we add machine to process tomato, cucumber, chili, apple, orange, and peach. Try exploring the new unlocks to see how you can increase your farming profits!
A new door has been added inside your store, giving you direct access to the lake area. This shortcut makes it more convenient to reach the lake without needing to walk around the back of your building. This small change will saves time and improves your daily flow.
You can now level up all the way to Level 32! This allows access to more advanced tools, machines, and explore another gameplay to keep your farm growing stronger.
That’s all for now, and we hope these additions bring more ways to play on your farming journey. As always, if you’re enjoying the game, leaving a review helps us a lot. We also welcome your suggestions or reports in the Discussions section.

We’re back with a new update packed with helpful features to make your farm life smoother and more personalized.
Now, let’s take a look at what’s new in this update :
Blue peacocks are now available as a new type of livestock on your ranch. In addition to adding a touch of beauty and elegance to your farm environment, these majestic birds will be linked to exclusive products and unique features in future updates.
You can now switch between tools using the mouse scroll wheel. This small but impactful feature makes gameplay feel smoother and lets you manage your equipment with greater ease.
You can now interact with captured wild animals from a greater distance. If you've captured a wild animal before it enters the farm fence, you now have a way to interact with it.
The color of the animal feed itself has been updated to better indicate its status. This makes it easier to see whether the feed needs refilling just by glancing at it.
Animals that are nearing the end of their lifespan now display a warning icon above them. This icon is also shown in the info overlay, helping you plan ahead and manage your livestock more effectively.
We’ve added selection overlays when using the radiator view on planter boxes and animal pens. This makes it easier to identify and manage specific farm areas at a glance. You can toggle this view by pressing the X key on your keyboard.

Hello ranchers! 🐔
We’re back with a new update packed with helpful features to make your farm life smoother and more personalized. Before jumping to the new updates we put in the latest update we want to remind you that our launch discount 20% still active within the Summer Sale event, so grab it fast before the launch discount ended.
You can now assign your employees to a new task: Maintenance. When this task is enabled, employees will help clean up livestock waste, remove sick and old non-productive plants from planter boxes. This allows you to focus on other tasks without constantly worrying about cleanliness.
To assign job roles, open the employee tab from the main menu and click the gear icon on each employee to configure their task priorities. Each employee can be customized individually.
Since fish can now be treated as a sellable commodity, we’ve added the ability to prioritize fish in the “Focus Commodity” system. Your employees can now help move fish from storage directly to the shelf you’ve marked for fish sales.
To improve organization and give players more control, you can now rename your animal pens and planter boxes. This is great for keeping track of different areas in your farm — especially if you manage multiple types of crops or animals.
The previous 80-unit limit for wood in the Wood Storage has been removed. You can now store as much wood as you need to support more build and long-term planning.
We’ve corrected the in-game message that appears when feeding fish to your guardian pet to better reflect the intended meaning.
Fixed the collider size and position for ostriches to make it easier to collect their eggs.
Resolved a visual overlap issue where ostrich eggs appeared incorrectly inside the storage box.
Adjusted the collider on trees so players can more easily move planter boxes nearby.
Fixed an issue where goat meat incorrectly appeared with the visual model of other meat. It now displays correctly.

Hello, Ranch Farmers! 🧑🏻🌾
Thank you for your valuable input through both in-app feedback and the Steam Discussion forums, we’ve been able to implement several updates. We’re excited to bring you another update for the Demo version of Ranch Farm and Store Simulator. Let’s take a look at what’s new!
Furniture Now Unlocks at Level 4
To ensure a smoother gameplay curve, furniture is now available from Level 4 onwards. This helps players gradually customize their space as they progress.
Orange Cat Can Chase Wild Animals Right After Purchase
In this update, the Orange Cat Guardian has been enhanced. Unlike the Beagle Dog, it can immediately chase and scare off wild animals automatically after being purchased, providing immediate support in protecting your farm.
Inventory Storage Moved to Level 5
Inventory expansion is now available at Level 5 instead of earlier. This change spaces out progression and adds a sense of reward.
Fishing Distance Made Shorter
You can now fish from a closer range, making fishing easier and more accessible. This small tweak improves convenience without reducing challenge.
Wool Pricing Increased
Wool now sells for a higher price than apples, making it a more profitable resource. This helps balance product values across the farm economy.
Guardian UI Shows Price Before Unlock
You can now see the price of locked Guardians in the UI. This transparency helps players plan and save up for their farm protectors.
Furniture Bonus Effects
We’ve verified that furniture bonus effects are now properly applied in-game. This ensures that your purchases bring real advantages.
Cashier Bonus Effect Visible in UI
Bonus effects from furniture are now clearly shown on the cashier interface. You’ll be able to see exactly how your setup impacts operations.
Lake Wave Animation Adjustment
We’ve adjusted the lake wave animation to be slower and smoother. The horizontal and vertical wave motion now flows at half the previous speed for a more relaxing visual.
Fish Commodity Mesh Now Displays Properly
Previously, the 3D mesh of fish disappeared when placed in the commodity inventory. This has been resolved and your fish will now appear correctly.
Fish Box Clipping When Overfilling Food Bowl
Previously, placing fish boxes into an overfilled food bowl caused them to get stuck. This has been resolved so feeding your animals is now smoother and bug-free.
Wool Harvesting Bug with Employees There was an issue where employees couldn’t harvest wool properly. This has now been fixed, and your workers can collect wool without any problems.
3D Audio Channels Fixed The left and right 3D audio channels were inverted, making directional sounds feel off. This has been corrected by rotating the sound source by 180 degrees.
Orange Size Adjusted for Consistency Oranges placed in boxes, shelves, and inventory were smaller than the ones on the tree. Their size has now been increased to match the tree fruit visuals more accurately.
Plant Naming Corrections Plant types are now properly categorized and named as trees, plants, shrubs, or bushes. This improves clarity in classification and item management.
Fishing Rod Translation Fix The translation for “Traditional Fishing Rod” has been corrected for consistency and clarity across languages.
