Changes:

Added the ability to add a hotkey visibility toggle to any individual sprite.
Added visibility toggle to the sprite list on the right
Added the ability to remove/disable costume hotkeys
Finally fully removed the buggy frame skipping so no more avatar exploding

Fixes for linux that could cause keyboard-like devices (like drawing tablets) to break window hotkeys
Accidentally settings costume hotkeys to mouse 1 should happen less frequently now
The avatar no longer reloads when pressing "R" while typing inside the file dialogue

Added a notification for when costume is changed, so that accidentally settings the hotkey to mouse 1 is more obvious

New texture filtering toggle!
Costume hotkeys now work when not focused in the window!
Costume hotkeys can now be rebound to other keys!
Bounce slider have been renamed to "bounce force" and moved into the settings.
New bounce gravity slider in settings.
New settings to control blink speed.
Can now enable the bounce effect when switching costume.
Png+ will now display messages after actions to make it clearer what's going on.
Moved control tutorial to info popup, and added more commands to it.
Removed buggy frame skipping.
Fixed issue that would cause saving sprites from .save to fail. ( CONTROL + L )
Fixed issue that would cause microphone buttons to go off screen if you had too many.
Fixed issue where duplicating an animated sprite wouldn't pass over its animation values.
Fixed issue where duplicating a sprite wouldn't pass over its costume layer values.
Fixed issue where new users could have crashes when loading the default avatar for the first time. (hopefully)
Fixed issue where mouse tooltip wouldn't scale correctly with the zoom.
Fixed issue on mac because pngtuber plus wouldn't ask for microphone permission.
Added workaround when on mac trackpad, up and down arrow keys can now be used in place of scrolling.
Optimized sprite blinking and speaking visibility code.
Optimized sprite WASD movement code.
Optimized sprite selection shadows.
Optimized the breast button.
Other minor code maintenance stuff.

You can now clip mask linked sprites!
New sprite list menu!
New settings menu! (crazy right)
Can now change the background color in the settings.
Can now change the max fps in the settings.
Mildly changed physics.
Fixed slowdown when using altered fps.
Squash can now be made negative.
Perchance fixed bug where sprites collision polygon would fail to build. Perchance.
You can now no longer scroll select while moused over menus.
Fixed issue where sprite would sometimes move when linking to other sprite.
Fixed issue where sprites could disappear if trying to link a sprite to its own child sprite. This would also cause memory leaks, which has been fixed.
Updated tutorial text to not be incorrect.
Minor optimizations.
Re-added the secret "breast button"
