Build 1.2 - Animation Overhaul

We're delighted to put out a complete overhaul of PMC Promiscuity that brings your beloved mercenaries to life with fully animated character sprites complete with voice-matching animated mouths, dozens of expressive faces, and a ton of newly animated artwork for almost* all the game's ero scenes!

Not only have we fully revamped our character art, but we've also added in a completely new (and much requested) game mode: True Visual Novel Mode! Don't want pesky mini-games and relationship progression getting in the way of chatting shit with your fav merc? Now you can simply select the new game mode when starting a fresh save and there will be nothing to interrupt your socializing!

There's been a whole host of other changes too: new artwork, improved performance, better options for lower end machines to disable potentially processor intensive effects, dozens of bug fixes big and small, writing improvements and a ton of quality of life improvements!

As always you'll be able to find the full change-log in game!

Thank you all for your patience and support while we have undertaken this absurdly big update, we can't wait to hear how you like the newly refined game! More content is already recorded, written, and in some cases drawn & animated, so stay tuned for content updates in the near future! Hello to all our returning veterans and the many new recruits who joined the illustrious Manticore International team over the holidays during our sale! For many of you this will be the first big update you'll have seen from our dev team, so just in case you're unfamiliar: hey there, I'm Amber, I'm the writer/coder for PMC Promiscuity and on behalf of the Overseer Division team I am delighted to share with you the enormous changes the shortly upcoming update will be bringing to the game!

Changes coming in build 1.2:

(Much requested) Core game changes!

Added the ability to start the game in 'true visual novel' mode, removing the need to play any mini-games and simply enjoy the story and sex scenes at your own pace!
Added the ability to opt out of transition animations when moving between areas, instead playing a simplified and much quicker version!

Animations!

Climax artwork for all of Adelaide and Shizu's solo sex scenes are now animated
All character sprites are now animated
All character expressions are individually animated
Character's mouths will now animate to match the voice line being spoken
All animations are individually toggleable in game settings at any time to accommodate lower end PCs

New Artwork!

New brat taming artwork for mangy fox
Multiple new (and animated!) artwork pieces for Adelaide's 'leadership RP exercise'
Multiple new (and animated!) artwork pieces for Adelaide's strip search
New title screen artwork!

Alongside many miscellaneous fixes, changes, and other additions still being worked on!

Overall our aim for this update is to get the ground-works for both animation and being able to play the game as a more traditional novel all sorted first and foremost, then to begin adding all new content safe in the knowledge everything is working as intended and the new content won't disrupt existing content! As you can imagine, as a very small team the holidays and illnesses/other obligations can limit hours spent working on the game, so I'd personally like to thank everyone for your patience as we continue to get this frighteningly big overhaul finished up for you all to enjoy! As for an ETA for build 1.2, we're aiming for 2-3 weeks from time of posting, being conservative to give us plenty of time to accommodate any unexpected issues! We at Overseer Division are absolutely delighted to announce that we are teaming up with the legendary and stupendously talented Pace to bring animated climax scenes to all of the sex scenes currently in the game and all new ones going forward with the exception of the alternative artwork for sex scenes, given they use an older style from our beta that does not represent the current game's design. While the animations are not currently available in game (Just have to code them in and test them so won't take long!) we do have the first of these new animations available to see now, posted by the lovely Pace here! Check it out, and give Pace a follow if you aren't already they are an absolutely phenomenal animator and we couldn't be prouder to adding their high quality work to our game for you all to enjoy! We'll be announcing the first batch of animations as the update comes out in the coming days, so keep those eyes peeled! Hi all! Quick update before we roll out the new day -> night cycle that allows more interactions per day, alongside the relationship overhaul and the final minigame. This update took priority first, as the nav screen and lockpicking minigame especially were causing substantial latency on older machines, and I wanted to make sure the game was playable for as many people as possible first and foremost! That being said, here's what's new:

+ Added a new in game gallery! + Built framework for Gallery with future expansion/content additions in mind + Fixed issue causing low framerates/freezing on less powerful PCs for Lockpicking minigame + Fixed issue causing low framerates/freezing on less powerful PCs for the navigation screen + Vastly reduced processing power needed for navigation screen + Vastly reduced processing power needed during Lockpicking minigame + Removed legacy assets and code, reducing game file size

Hi all! So first and foremost, we've all been working hard tackling the areas of the game we've received feedback and improvement suggestions about! They're listed above, and as many are already practically ready to roll out and just require further testing, you can expect them to be rolled out over the next week! A sincere thank you again to everyone thus far who has helped identify areas the game needed improvements, and which areas you enjoyed! As well as helping point out bugs, which I'll continue to stomp out as soon as they're identified! So, with that said...

Over the next 6 months we're going to be over doubling the number of dialogue scenes: adding all the world building, drama, degenerate behavior and dirty little secrets you could ever hope to listen to! We're also going to be adding 6 all new multi-artwork interactive sex scenes, exploring different dynamics between the girls, different positions, and different ways to satisfy and/or provide correction to your coworkers! As well as two new short and sweet single artwork scenes for both Adelaide and Aio to explore some of their past sluttiness, coming later this month! Hello everyone!

First of all I'd love to thank everyone for their support, patience, and constructive criticism guiding us towards which areas to improve/change/remove! Our launch was a lot sooner than we'd have otherwise liked due to a change in personal situation beyond our control, as well as not wishing to miss out on the promotional opportunity of the Hexpo live stream (Shoutout to them!), and as such was certainly less polished than we'd have otherwise liked the launch build to be. However, with your help, we've been able to swiftly identify bugs, areas of improvement, and what you loved so we know to add more of; all of which we have been adding to/fixing in the game as quickly as possible!

So firstly, major changes this update:

+ Added new voiced Shizu sex scene featuring the wonderful @CinderDryadVA! As an early thank you for your patience with us patching post-launch! <3 + Bug fixed and refined new ending scene(for content so far)! + Added new lockpicking minigame! (SFX coming within 24 hours!) + Added new Armory minigame!
