Parking Simulator continues to grow.
Let's start by sharing the anticipated date: Parking Garage Simulator will be released in Early Access on March 6th. In this devlog, we detail the game's progression systems, licensing mechanics, and the risky atmosphere at the beginning of the story.
We have added a new panel where you can manage the development of your business. This system acts as a central hub for all the upgrades you need to grow your parking lot.
Progression is now based on three core elements:
The money you earn.
Overall customer satisfaction.
Your own experience, or player level.
Through choices made on the progression tree, you can increase parking capacity, improve flooring and fencing, install new warning systems, or switch to more complex parking layouts. A budget alone will not be enough to unlock new stages; you will need to prove that you are a capable manager.
Once your business reaches a certain size, official processes come into play. Eventually, you will need to go to City Hall, fill out official forms, and obtain your parking license by signing the necessary documents.
Becoming a legal business brings several changes:
More frequent inspections.
Strict rules that must be followed.
Serious legal consequences for mistakes.
While managing a licensed business seems like a safer path, the increased responsibilities will make management more stressful.
At the beginning of the story, not everything proceeds legally. You start your career as an unlicensed parking operator where there are no rules and the risk is high.
While earning quick money is tempting at this stage, the risk is always present:
Tense encounters with the police.
A process that leads to a holding cell as a result of wrong choices.
When you wake up in custody, you will have to make a choice. Will you continue to grow the risk and stay on the illegal path, or will you strive to become an official business?
All these mechanics are designed to tell the story of the game not just through text, but through gameplay. In this journey from illegal street parking to a licensed business, every decision you make will directly affect the difficulty level and the stability of your business.
See you in Early Access on March 6th. This is just the beginning.
Stay tuned.

We’re back with our second developer diary for Parking Garage Simulator. Since the first update, we’ve focused on making the garage feel more alive, unpredictable, and full of stories. Today, we’d like to show you what’s changed, how the world has evolved, and what’s coming next.
After months of work, the garage is no longer just about parking cars. Unexpected events now occur during your shifts:
Mafia Scene. A group shows up, fires shots in the air, and threatens you.
Government Inspection. An officer checks your license. No paperwork means an instant fine.
Homeless NPC. A character looking for work, adding a social and moral dimension to your decisions.
We’ve been working hard to make NPCs feel like real people:
NPC Dialogues. Characters now talk, comment, and react to you.
Pedestrian Behaviour. They wander into the road, crack jokes, or simply watch you work.
New Missions. Small tasks added throughout the day to increase your responsibilities.
We’ve also reworked and polished a lot under the hood:
Loan Shark System. Completely rebuilt, now more stable and balanced.
Vehicle Traffic. Turning issues fixed, cars move more smoothly.
Headlight System. Automatic headlights at night for realism and visibility.
New Sounds and Effects. Added audio for mafia threats, inspections, and NPC dialogues.
Bug Fixes and Optimisation. Numerous issues resolved for smoother performance.
The public demo is just a few days away. Don’t forget to join our community for early previews, behind-the-scenes content, and to help shape future features.
Thanks for following our journey! We can’t wait to share what’s coming next.
We’re excited to share the very first official Devlog for Parking Garage Simulator with you.
The game has come a long way since its early prototype days, and today we’d like to show you what has changed, how far we’ve come, and what’s coming next.
At the very beginning, the parking lot was nothing more than a few cars and a simple AI.
After months of development, it now looks completely different:
More detailed parking areas and new layouts
Variety of vehicles including SUVs, sedans, and luxury cars
HDRP lighting & full day–night cycle
More dynamic NPC behavior
Not only the final result matters to us, but also the journey. Here’s how some features evolved:
Barcode Machine → Started as a simple idea, now it’s an interactive device where you issue tickets to customers.
Valet Worker → From sketches to a fully animated NPC who parks cars for you.
Office Area → From a plain block to a detailed and decorative workspace.
Game development also brought us plenty of laughs. Here are some of the funniest bugs and moments:
Some customers tried to take their cars without paying.
One customer dropped off their car fully dressed, but returned naked! (clothing system bug 🤣)
A drunk customer jumped into the car without even taking their change.
The thief NPC was so clumsy it looked like they wanted to get caught.
The latest version of the game now includes:
Barcode Machine System → Issue the correct ticket and hand it to the customer.
License & City Inspector → Run your business illegally and you might get raided.
Mafia & Loan Shark → Dangerous but exciting side systems.
Valet System → Hire workers to reduce your load (but don’t forget their salaries!).
We are currently working on several big systems that haven’t been added yet:
Car Wash 🚿 – Clean the dirty vehicles.
Car Repairs 🔧 – Fix minor breakdowns.
Car Sales Area 🚘 – Display and negotiate for second-hand cars.
Office Decoration & Customization 🛠️ – Add a coffee machine or neon lights to your desk.
Surprise Mini Games 🎮 – Fun side activities.
We really value your feedback! Which feature would you like us to prioritize?
🔧 Car Repairs
🚿 Car Wash
🎮 Mini Games
🛠️ Office Decoration & Customization
👉 The most voted feature will be highlighted in the next devlog!
Parking Garage Simulator will soon be available on Steam Early Access.
Don’t forget to add it to your wishlist so you don’t miss the release!
