Full Steam announcements and update articles for this title.
Hello everyone, This is the development team of Paper2Galgame.
We originally planned to launch Paper2Galgame on Steam on July 28, 2026. However, the game is still under Steam review, and the review process has not been completed yet. As a result, we are unable to release the game according to the original schedule.
The game itself is fully prepared for release. We have submitted all required materials and are actively following up with Steam regarding the review process. Since the completion time of the review is currently uncertain, we will announce the new release date as soon as the review is approved.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who has been looking forward to Paper2Galgame for having to wait a little longer.
From the very first idea, to every piece of feedback from our community, and now to the moment when we are preparing to bring the game to Steam, your support has been an important part of this journey.
We hope to meet everyone with Paper2Galgame in the best possible state and bring a unique experience to players who love learning, reading, and creating.
Thank you to everyone who added the game to their wishlist, joined discussions, and followed our development progress.
We will share any new updates with you as soon as possible!
Paper2Galgame Development Team July 28, 2026
Hello everyone!
We’re thrilled to announce that Paper2GalGame is officially coming to Steam, and our Steam Store page is now live! 🎉
What started as a small experimental project has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined. Over the past several months, thousands of users have used Paper2GalGame to transform research papers into interactive visual novel experiences, making academic reading more engaging, more approachable, and—most importantly—more enjoyable.
Since the beginning, our goal has been simple: make learning feel like playing a game. Instead of reading through pages of dense academic text, Paper2GalGame lets you explore research through conversations with AI characters, interactive storytelling, quizzes, and visual explanations. We believe that understanding a paper shouldn’t feel overwhelming, and that learning can be both productive and fun.
Bringing Paper2GalGame to Steam has been one of our biggest milestones so far. Over the past few months, we’ve been redesigning the interface, improving overall performance, polishing countless details, and preparing new features specifically for the Steam release. We want the Steam version to provide the best experience possible for both new users and long-time supporters.
This is only the beginning. After launch, we’ll continue to improve Paper2GalGame based on community feedback. Our roadmap includes more learning modes, additional customization options, expanded AI capabilities, better document parsing, Steam achievements, Workshop support, and many other features that we’re excited to share in future updates.
If you’re interested in Paper2GalGame, we’d really appreciate it if you could add the game to your Steam Wishlist. Every Wishlist helps increase the visibility of the project and directly supports its continued development. If you enjoy what we’re building, please consider sharing the Steam page with friends or anyone who loves learning, AI, or visual novels.
Finally, thank you to everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. Your feedback, bug reports, suggestions, and encouragement have played a huge role in shaping Paper2GalGame into what it is today.
We’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the Steam version.
See you on Steam!
