Hey gang! Woowee what a bizarre week it has been, but let's eat our dessert first with some good news; We have finally reached an invisible cap here on Steam in order to offer you all Community Items! That means backgrounds, emotes, trading cards and all that. Hoowee! We are also saying a warm welcome to four new jazzy cameos, join me in saying hello to Azzy, Koebel, HobbyTan and Daniello! These wonderful sausages have been so kind to donate to both the game development and the Trevor Project! (Who, if you are following the news, needs support now more than ever.) We also did some improvement on the modding tools, adding in more audio design and such, so that's good. But yeah, hooh... You know we don't start off this positive if there wasn't also a drop to something more glum later. And listen, if you are just playing Orgynizer for silly pixel people funny, feel free to tune out now, we still love you. But yeah, there has been some stirring development lately in "certain political groups" using VISA/MASTERCARD as a nuclear threat towards Steam, Itch.io, Patreon and PayPal, to effective internationally get a lot of games and developers banned, and as far as we can tell, we are in the crosshairs (since Orgynizer is both NSFW and supports LGBT, both seeming to be a problem)... This is... Not great. And not fun. We will still be making our games, everone working on our projects are still getting paid, so for me, I am privileged to be in a place where it doesn't hit me super hard. But I know a lot of people, not just devs but artists, voice actors, animators, all manner of related roles that are bracing for a tough tough year. Now, my dear publishing pal advised me to not get too political (since the groups that support these bans have some very dedicated and energized followers) but all I want to say is that I don't feel that corporations like a payment card service should have this kind of power, especially not on an international scale. So if you feel the same, please consider signing this movement with me; it might not be much, but we are in a strange territory, and the first step is always keeping a cool head and putting a clear message out there about how we feel. We’re kicking off 2025 with a bang! This small update is packed with fun improvements, quality-of-life tweaks, and exciting new additions. Here’s roughly what’s new:

🛠️ Quality of Life & Fixes

Twitch Guest Overflow: Added a scroll and clipping mask to the Twitch guest window for those inviting an unfathomable number of guests. (Looking at you, Ezekiel_III. 💜) Halloween Rooms Forever: Couldn't bear to say goodbye to the Halloween rooms—so now they're unlockable and can be toggled on/off! Optimizations Galore: Faster puzzle production, reduced lag, and toned down the verbosity of overly chatty guests. Cool as a cucumber now. Text Area Adjustments: Some areas got a little roomier for your reading and editing pleasure. Typos Exorcised: A handful of pesky errors were fixed.

🌟 New Content & Features

New CrossOver Characters: Meet Cathy, Claire, Dawna, Gale and Zoe from BunFan's amazing game Beat Bangers! New Cameo Characters: Say hello to PopcornJesus, Kara, and Kel! They supported a great cause, and in return, we digitized them and put them in the game. More to come, and if you wanna be a part of it, check out cameo.orgynizer.lol . To reduce confusion, Popcorn is now called Pocket (same sweet treat, just a better name). Spaghetti Cleanup: We cleaned up a lot of code that could cause some weirdness. Hopefully we introduced fewer bugs than we caught. Fresh Activities: Explore the thrill of Boot Worship, Wrestling and more. Spatial Framework: A new foundational framework is in place, complete with the first request mechanic. Stay tuned for more functionality! Twitch Host Setting: Added a new setting to force in hosts for your sessions, tweaked some stuff, strengthened the reconnect protocol.

Hey gang, Halloween is over, and we are getting ready for yuletide celebrations in December. Until then, a major thanks to RummyTheBoss, for supporting both us and the Trevor Project through our Cameo Campaign ( https://cameo.orgynizer.lol ) Things are looking a bit glum over in the United States, and now more than ever, Trevor Project is figthing for some amazing causes.

Patch Notes

Rummy is now part of the main roster, and we also got some patch notes: - RUMMY joins the main character roster. - 2 New activities. - 5 New SFW activities. - 1 New toy. - Fixed some issues regarding OSX builds. - Tooltips now compact when the list becomes very long.

The Trevor Who?

The Trevor Project, a leading nonprofit dedicated to crisis intervention and suicide prevention for LGBTQ+ youth, has several key initiatives. It is actively advocating against anti-LGBTQ+ legislation, especially laws affecting transgender and non-binary youth, which aim to restrict access to gender-affirming care, sports, and inclusive educational environments. Their advocacy efforts include testifying in legislative hearings, mobilizing supporters to contact legislators, and raising public awareness on these issues. In addition to legislative advocacy, The Trevor Project is expanding its support resources. For instance, in collaboration with the Maryland Department of Health, they launched a unique "Train the Trainer" pilot program. This program provides mental health and allyship training to adults in key youth-supporting roles, like healthcare and education. This initiative empowers adults to create affirming spaces and use supportive practices that significantly reduce suicide risk among LGBTQ+ youth. The organization also continues its focus on data-informed public education, offering training and resources to help allies better understand LGBTQ+ youth needs and to promote safe, accepting environments. Through these multi-faceted efforts, The Trevor Project aims to protect and improve the mental health of LGBTQ+ youth in a challenging social climate.

Whether you're here for the ghoulish atmosphere, the sinister new puzzle types, or just to enjoy the latest quality-of-life improvements, this update has something for everyone. Jump in, embrace the scare, and get orgynizing! (Also, if you are not into it, you can turn it all off in settings.) SPOOKTOBER STUFF: + New Ghouls & Goblins characters : Jack, Frankenflavor, Bugnectar, Sugardan, Lady Dormitoreq, Mistress Alvira, Eddie Kuhler, Nailface . + New main theme skin. + New Spooktober track collection with 8 new tracks. + Added new end-game messages only for Spooktober. + Added four new rooms, only spawning during Spooktober. + Added alternate spookish graphics for a handful of rooms. + Added alternate spookish skins for some of the main characters. + Added a toggle in the settings menu to turn off seasonal stuff. QUALITY OF LIFE: + You can now shift+click objects in the mansion to quickly return them to the guest list. + Impostors and thieves are now highlighted as such when checked. + Improved the randominity of endgame messages. + Added some score bonus clarity. + Reworked some Thief/Impostor mechanics. + Added two new puzzle demand types. Hello, all you swanky swingers enjoying ORGYNIZER! We're thrilled to announce something a little different, a tad risqué, and entirely for a good cause - our latest DLC, "Bare Essentials", is here to add a sprinkle of fun and a whole lot of heart to your ORGYNIZER experience!

What's "Bare Essentials"?

Ever wondered what our characters would look like in their, well, bare essentials? Wonder no more! This playful DLC strips down to the basics, offering a cheeky new perspective on your favorite characters. It's all in good fun and designed to bring a smile to your face.

Why "Bare Essentials"?

People have asked us why, when the game is already so sexual in nature, are we not showing any nudity in-game. At first, we didn't want to be too much of a porn game, but mostly just lean into the joke of the game (the pun of the game name drove the whole thing) but after some time we felt that sure, it can have some titillation.

Why the pricing?

Some have commented that the core price of the game was set really low, and it was. This is simply a way to show some extra support. This (or any DLCs) will NOT factor into completion, game content or achievements, and you can fully ignore this DLC if it's not for you. Also, if you think it was because we could have the full bundle price total 6,9 $... then yes, that is also a funny enough reason for it.

Supporting the Cause or the Creator

We understand that everyone has different ways they wish to contribute. That's why we're giving you the option to support either Planned Parenthood directly through your purchase of "Bare Essentials" or to support us, the developers, in continuing to bring silly and engaging content to ORGYNIZER. The choice is yours, and either way, you're making a difference. The DLC will support the same cause as the base game, and the cause can be set from the Settings screen.
