New legends join the ONE PIECE Pirate Warriors 4 roster in Character Pass 3, now available!

ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 has sold over 4 million copies worldwide and is continuing to expand its roster with the upcoming Character Pass 3 including DLC No. 7, DLC No. 8, and a Character Pass Bonus: Shanks’ Special Technique ‘Divine Departure’.

DLC No.7 will be available in Fall 2025 and DLC No.8 in Early 2026. Contents of Character Pass 3 can be purchased separately when released.

New characters for new adventures! Meet the worldwide famous singer Uta and her adoptive father - the famous Red-Haired Shanks. Koby is also here to complete the DLC line-up with his leader role in the Marines.

• Uta (Film: Red): Shanks’ adoptive daughter and a childhood friend of Luffy’s.

  She is now a worldwide famous singer residing on Elegia island and seeks to start a new genesis, free from the hands of the pirates, whom she despises. Armed with her beautiful voice and the powers from the Sing-Sing Fruit, she can activate her Uta World and attack by sending the musical notes and confections she creates bouncing around. She can also transform into the Uta Knight and fly freely around the battlefield.

• Shanks (Film: Red): Red-Haired Shanks has never worn his name better than now, as he returns as a playable character.

  Shanks is a skilled swordsman and powerful Haki user. Years after leaving his adoptive daughter on Elegia, he comes back to attempt to save her and the island from a tragic end.

• Koby (Film: Red): Once a shy and fearful soldier, he has come a long way to become a respected leader in the Marines.

  His active role in the SWORD unit will lead him to Elegia island to investigate Uta’s influence on its inhabitants. Koby mainly fights hand-to-hand using the Six Powers. Landing his most powerful attacks will increase morale and enhance support attacks.

ONE PIECE: PIRATE WARRIORS 4 lets you relive one of the most epic ONE PIECE arc with The Battle of Onigashima Pack, with three characters joining the roster of the game.

• Luffy (Onigashima Battle) Captain of the Straw Hat Pirates

  In a mortal fight against Kaido, the tyrant emperor ruling over Wano Country, Luffy awakens the power of the devil's fruit, transforming into Gear Five, his strongest level yet. Use the Gear Five special move with “Luffy (Onigashima Battle)” to transform temporarily and play using the Gear Five form!

• Kaido (Onigashima Battle) Human-Beast Form of Kaido

  Has the ability of “Fish-Fish Fruit, Mythical Zoan, Model: Azure Dragon” covering him with scales and increasing his strength. His attacks are defined by the immense destructive power of his Haki and his iron mace. Use special moves and combos to attack, without giving the opponent a chance to retaliate. During aerial attacks, Kaido can attack multiple enemies at once in his Dragon Form.

• Yamato, son of Kaido

  Also available in this pack. Yamato uses his giant mace to deliver a wide range of attacks. He can also change to his Human-Beast form, using quick combos and ice attacks to freeze enemies in place.
