July 27
The following issues have been fixed:
1. Fixed an issue in some languages where the default preset name for Fashion Dye was too long, causing it to fail to save.
The following issues are expected to be fixed by 08:00 PT. Actual fix time may vary:
1. Fixed an issue where the task text was not displayed correctly after the player returned to Mitsuko's house during the beginner task.
2. Fixed an issue where killing enemies was not correctly counted in the "A Restart" side story task.
July 24
The following issues have been fixed:
1. In the version update on July 23, we adjusted the attraction effects of some baits for different fish. Since this adjustment was not promptly included in the version update announcement, some Metas continued using their old fishing strategies after the update, resulting in efficiency that did not meet expectations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and hereby provide an explanation:
The Crankbait produced by the Deviation Frog the Leaper will be more attractive to special fish such as Electric Eels. Metas are advised to adjust their fishing strategies accordingly based on the new bait effectiveness. Thank you for your feedback and understanding.
2. Fixed the issue where the text descriptions of some items did not match their actual effects.
3. Fixed display issues with some custom servers.
July 23
The following issues have been fixed:
1. Fixed an issue in the Gilded Summer Set where the dye area for the female bottom gauze part was not working. Affected players will receive the relevant compensation within 3 business days.
2. Fixed an issue where structures could display abnormally when placing the official preset design layout for Everlight Sea (Palace Complex).
3. Fixed an issue where farmed animals in Eternaland were not loading properly.
4. Fixed an issue where newly added variant fish could not be deposited into Fish Tanks or Specimen Racks.
5. Fixed an issue in Custom Servers where Server Hosts could not add buffs to custom weapons.
6. Fixed an issue in Custom Servers where the Unlimited Ammo setting did not work in dungeons.
Once Human Development Team
Dear Metas,
After the v2.3.7 update, we added the Feedback Hot Charts section to the Once Human Feedback Platform, listing recent popular requests from the community. After logging in to the Feedback Platform, you can like the feedback you support and dislike any feedback you disagree with. The Feedback Hot Charts will display the likes and dislikes of each piece of feedback in real time, and our development team will reference it when deciding on future development priorities. (Feedback Platform link: Once Human Feedback Platform)
With each version update, the Feedback Hot Charts will also be updated, after which we will announce our optimization plans and progress for issues that charted during the previous cycle. Your suggestions are important to us, and we hope the Feedback Hot Charts will help us communicate and share our development plans and progress more openly.
Today is the release day of the 6th Meta Hotline! As of July 22, the Feedback Hot Charts standings are as follows:
Thank you all for taking part. Every piece of feedback, every like, and every dislike helps the dev team better understand which needs matter most from the player perspective. Below are the follow-up details for this cycle's top suggestions.
\ Enable High Risk Events cooldown checking at any time
\ The relevant feature is already live. Regarding the demand for checking High Risk Events' cooldown, the game now supports this feature. Here's a detailed guide:
In Map interface, Metas can click on the "Eye" icon corresponding to a High Risk Event with the left mouse button to view the cooldown of that event's rewards. Additionally, when a High Risk Event is on cooldown, Metas will receive a corresponding pop-up notification before teleporting to confirm the cooldown status in advance and plan their action routes accordingly.
If you find that the current check entry is not clear enough during actual use, or that information is not adequately displayed in certain scenarios, please feel free to continue providing feedback with specific details. We will further evaluate whether additional optimization in the display method or notification logic is needed to make the cooldown check experience smoother.
\ Add more rewards to Collection Loot Crates
\ Adopted; development priority significantly moved up. We've noticed that many Metas hope to further enrich the reward content of Collection Loot Crates. This not only reflects everyone's recognition of the quality of Collection rewards but also shows that Metas are looking forward to obtaining more valuable and exciting content from Collection Loot Crates.
We greatly appreciate this attention and expectation. After evaluation, we believe that increasing Collection Loot Crate rewards will effectively enhance the acquisition experience and attractiveness of the Collection system, while also better meeting Metas' expectations for reward richness. Therefore, this suggestion has been adopted, and we have significantly advanced the development priority of this content, hoping to let Metas experience more substantial Collection rewards as soon as possible. The relevant content is currently in progress, and specific new rewards and their release dates will be subject to subsequent announcements.
\ Enable Renaming Card to share within the account
\ Approved; development priority significantly moved up. We have received feedback from many Metas hoping that the renaming card can be shared within the account, making it more flexible and convenient for Metas to use across different characters. We understand that the core of this request is to further enhance the scope and convenience of using the card, reducing restrictions on usage. After evaluation, we believe this direction is reasonable and can indeed improve the actual user experience for Metas. Subsequently, we will optimize the usage method of the renaming card accordingly.
However, this adjustment involves changes to item usage rules and account-related logic, requiring a certain development and verification cycle. Given the high demand for this request, we have also significantly advanced the development priority of the related optimizations, hoping to improve the experience of using the renaming card as soon as possible. Once the subsequent optimizations enter the specific development stage, we will update everyone on the progress through announcements.
\ Add Filter Function to Weapon Calibration
\ Approved; development priority significantly moved up. Due to the lack of batch filtering and sorting tools, many Metas can only check and delete useless weapon calibration blueprints one by one, resulting in high operational costs. Some Metas, unwilling to spend too much time on organizing, store all calibration blueprints, leading to occupation of available storage space.
We fully understand this request. A more efficient set of filtering and management tools can effectively reduce the burden of organizing a large number of calibration blueprints and improve the backpack and storage experience. After evaluation, we believe adding a filter function to weapon calibration is a reasonable and valuable optimization direction, so this suggestion has been adopted.
Currently, we have significantly advanced the development priority of this feature and are accelerating the implementation of filtering and sorting functions. Please refer to subsequent announcements for the specific release date.
\ Add Auto-Harvest Byproduct Function
\ Adopted, expected to launch next year. Livestock gameplay is an important part of territory production and resource cycling. Currently, livestock byproducts need to be collected manually one by one, which introduces repetitive operational costs during long-term farming. Many Metas suggested adding a Deviation similar to the Growshroom to assist with automatic byproduct collection. After evaluation, the project team has decided to adopt this suggestion, planning to introduce a new Deviation with such capabilities to reduce repetitive operations in daily farming management, thereby allowing Deviatons to play a clearer supportive role in territory management and resource production.
The related capabilities for this Deviation are now included in the subsequent development plan, expected to launch next year.
\ Add bulk transfer and cleanup functionality to the depot
\ Adopted, no specific release schedule yet. In this round of feedback highlights, we see that most Metas hope to add bulk transfer and cleanup functionality to facilities like Transit Storage. We understand the Metas' requests—as the scenario progresses and resources accumulate, the number of items in depots and transit storage continues to increase, and manual transfer or cleanup one by one leads to high management costs. After evaluation, the project team believes that bulk transfer and cleanup for depots can significantly improve supplies management efficiency and reduce repetitive operations, so we will adopt this suggestion and incorporate it into the subsequent storage experience optimization direction.
It should be noted that depots and transit storage typically hold a large amount of Item data. Due to the wide variety and large quantity of items in transit storage, bulk processing can easily lead to performance issues such as lag. Additionally, bulk transfer and cleanup involve multiple stages including item filtering, quantity confirmation, misoperation protection, and data synchronization. To avoid accidental cleanup/transfer or status error caused by bulk operations, and to ensure a smooth user experience during the process, we still need to further confirm the specific implementation plan and conduct thorough development and verification. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
That's all for this Meta Hotline. Your feedback, including your likes and dislikes, is the foundation of Once Human's continued development. We will continue to monitor the Feedback Platform and listen closely to your views. Please keep sharing your honest opinions via the Feedback Platform. Your suggestion may make the next Hot Charts!
Once Human Development Team
Dear Metas,
The server maintenance and update is planned for July 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM (PT) and expected to last about 2 hours (actual server opening time may differ). Please manage your time wisely. The update size is approximately 7.7 GB on PC launchers, 218 MB on the PC client (NOTE: If the update is delayed on Steam, it may be downloaded more than once), 407 MB on Android, and 411 MB on iOS (actual size may differ). We recommend downloading the update over Wi-Fi.
This update brings: the territory construction snap point switching feature, appearance preset data sharing, item lock, a new RaidZone gameplay “Mental Pollution”, a complete Custom Server homepage revamp, the Lightforge Loot Crate summer return, and various other content, as well as recent bug fixes.
After this maintenance, all players will receive the following rewards: Starchrom ×1,000, Mitsuko's Mark ×100, Stardust Secret Crate: S13 (Epic) ×1, and Colorful Badge ×30.
Below are the details of this update:
Content/Feature Updates
New Snap Point Switching Feature for Territory Construction
To help Metas build their territories with greater ease, we’ve added a snap point switching feature in build mode for wall surfaces, ceilings, roofs, stairs, and pillars. Now, while building, Metas can flexibly switch between different snap points on PC using the shortcut key (Shift + mouse wheel) or on mobile by clicking the button (switch snap point), making it easy to achieve more precise building connections!
Appearance Preset Data Sharing
To let Metas more conveniently showcase their unique style across different scenarios and characters, we’ve fully upgraded the save mechanism of the character customization system and officially launched the account-wide appearance preset sharing feature!
1. Cross-Character Sharing: Character customization data now supports account-level sharing. Whether a newly created character entering a new scenario or an existing character continuing to explore, you can directly load and use the shared appearance presets.
2. Auto-Merge and Activation: After this update, each existing character under the same account will have their previously saved appearance presets automatically added to the shared list upon first log-in. (Note: Presets of characters that have not logged in will be temporarily archived. Simply log in to the corresponding character to automatically activate and merge them.)
3. Capacity and Limit Rules:
1) Under the same gender, the common save limit for sharing appearance presets is 12.
2) Rest assured that presets added via the above-mentioned "character first log-in auto-merge" method are allowed to temporarily exceed the save limit of 12, and will not cause data loss.
3) When the total number of your sharing presets exceeds 12, you can still use, edit, or delete existing presets normally, but you cannot actively add new presets until the total number drops to 12 or below.
“Item Lock” Feature Officially Launched — Say goodbye to accidental actions, protect your precious supplies!
Dear Metas, the brand new “Item Lock” feature is now live! From now on, no need to worry about precious supplies being accidentally discarded, sold, or disassembled!
1. Metas can actively lock any lockable item. Once locked, the item will be fully protected: prevent accidental discard, accidental trade, and bulk disassembly.
*Note: Locking is based on item type. When you lock one item, all items with the same name that you own will be protected. Any future items of the same name will automatically inherit the locked status, making it a one-time setup. Lock/Unlock takes effect instantly, and an icon will appear at the top-left corner of the item icon, easy to identify.
2. What Can You Do After Locking?
Conditions
Protection Effects
Disassemble
Locked items cannot be disassembled and will be automatically moved to the bottom. "Select All" will not accidentally select them.

RaidZone Updates
RaidZone New Gamplay "Mental Pollution" Launches!
1. Some regions will Deviate into "Mental Pollution Zones". Currently, pollution zones are divided into 2 levels. The higher the pollution level of a region, the more severe the mental pollution you will suffer. Please make adequate preparations before exploring deeper.
2. The original "Sanity" will be replaced with "Mentality". When in a pollution zone, Mentality will continuously decrease, and HP will also be lost!
After leaving the pollution zone, Mentality will grdually recover. You can also counter mental pollution by sleeping at the camp, increasing pollution resistance, or consuming mental recovery dishes.
3. To counter the harsh environment, all gear in the RaidZone will have a new "Mental Resistance" stat.
When the total mental resist of all gear equipped by a Meta is lower than the minimum mental pollution value of the current pollution zone, mentality will begin to deplete. The larger the difference, the faster the mentality depletes.
4. Added 4 survival gear: Anti-pollution Mask, Deep Isolation Set, Gas-tight Helmet, and Mental Shielding Suit. These gear provide better mental resistance but are relatively weaker in defense. This will test the tactical decisions of every Meta!
RaidZone Farming and Breeding Gameplay Upgraded
1. During plant growth, maintaining optimal light and optimal irrigation may grant additional base yield, and there is a higher probability to harvest rare Deviated Plants, or even directly obtain RaidZone exclusive material!
2. During livestock breeding, feeding preferred food will trigger surprising rewards with an extremely high probability, including double yield, higher quality milk and eggs, and a chance to obtain a combat goodie (containing gear, ammo, tactical items, tools, etc.).
2. This Update will default unlock 10 new special food formulas in the RaidZone, including Hearty Pumpkin Meat Soup, Star Sprinter Drink, etc.
1) Crafting Ingredients: Mainly rely on rare/deviated plants obtained from farming, and high-quality animal byproducts obtained from breeding.
2) After consumption, it provides effects: significantly increased ore gathering efficiency, increased plant acquisition efficiency, max stamina boost, increased sulfur gathering efficiency, etc.
3. While exploring the wilderness, there is a chance to find a rare item, the "Gardening Gloves." When equipped, plant gathering will always yield Deviated plants!
4. Merchants have updated their buyback lists, now accepting special food and animal and plant products. Metas can sell these to merchants in exchange for a large number of RaidZone Chips.
*Since Meteor Fragments serve as consumables for the Meteor Summoner in RaidZone, the merchant's selling and buyback of Meteor Fragments disrupts the game loop logic. After this update, the sale and buyback of Meteor Fragments will be removed.
RaidZone New Rare Item: Telescope
Added a new rare item, the Telescope, which is a powerful reconnaissance tool for spotting enemies before you obtain a high-magnification scope. Metas can use the telescope to observe distant enemies.
How to Obtain: Chance to obtain through wilderness exploration.
RaidZone Deviation Balance Adjustments
1. ZapCam: Increased the duration and scan range of high-speed capture, providing a longer-lasting and wider field of view when detecting and targeting enemies. As a balance, the cooldown has been extended accordingly, requiring more careful timing of its use.
Duration: 1.5s → 6.0s; Scan Width: 25m → 30m; Cooldown: 30s → 40s.
2. Mini Wonder: We found that its control uptime in combat was too high. To ensure a healthy combat experience, we have reduced its duration and slightly increased its Cooldown.
Cooldown: 30s → 35s; Duration: 9s → 6s.
3. Pyro Dino: Its suppression ability is currently too strong. To allow opponents reasonable room to dodge and counter, we have comprehensively reduced the flight efficiency of explosive fireballs, fire field residual time, and mind control duration.
Fire Field Burn Time: 13s → 5s; Flight Speed: 35m/s → 20m/s; Flight Lifespan: 5s → 3s; Mind Control Fire Dragon Duration: 30s → 20s.

Experience Optimizations
Button Adjustments
To resolve the key binding conflict between fetching water near the seaside and summoning vehicles, the shortcut key for fetching water has been changed to H.
Shop
Optimized the design blueprints of the Everlight Sea (Palace Complex): the internal space has been re-planned to enhance practicality while maintaining the building's aesthetic appeal and uniqueness.
Cosmetics
1. Increased the upper limit of male characters' leg length. After the update, your current character's physique will not be affected. Interested Metas can experience it via the reshape feature.
2. Added more diverse interaction poses for chair and sofa-type furniture.
Weapon Balance Adjustments
Since the launch of SN700 - Finale, its extreme single-target explosive Hit DMG has attracted attention and affection from Metas. However, we have also observed its negative impact on certain gamepkay, especially in multiplayer Alpha battles, where excessively high burst DMG within a short time may lead to the Alpha being quickly killed, affecting some Metas experience to participate normally in combat and obtain rewards.
To maintain relative balance among weapons and enhance the multiplayer game experience, we will adjust the SN700 Finale as follows:
1. The maximum stacks of "Reverb" have been reduced from 5 to 4.
2. Each stack of "Reverb" now increases the DMG of the last bullet from 4% to 5%.
Blueprint
Optimized the save logic and operation of design layouts:
1. When saving a design layout, saveable types (Territory, RV) will be displayed based on the save objective.
2. To save a design layout, you must be within the target territory or near the vehicle. Saving is not possible if you are out of range or too far away.
3. The process of using a vehicle design layout is now: after applying the vehicle design layout, select the target in the scene to replace it.
Fishing
1. Simplified the fishing interaction process.
2. Adjusted the QTE control types and added a new continuous click action.
3. Added 6 new variant fish: Salmon \, Longnose Gar \, Mackerel \, Arowana \, Carp \, Sea Bass \.
Territory Construction
1. Reduced the rarity and quantity of ingots required to craft and maintain some generators.
2. Improved the info display for certain facilities. Now, outside build mode, you can directly see the power consumption of the facility via the info prompt.
Market Bounties
Added multiple furniture formulas (including: Wire Mesh Parapet, Simple Sink, Wooden Frame Floral Still Life Painting painting). Complete Market Bounty tasks and open Rare Abode Chests for a chance to obtain them.
Others
1. Optimized the interface display of some pages in the appearance reshape feature.
2. Optimized the interaction experience for the decal interface in photo mode, vehicle sticker interface, and weapon sticker interface.
3. Temporarily disabled the world-switching prompt near safe zones.

Territory Construction
Fixed an issue where some items crafted at the designer's workstation would abnormally fail.
Social
Fixed an issue where the Fashion sharing page in the chat channel was displayed abnormally.

Ready to see the perilous lands of Nalcott from a whole new perspective? In this update, we're officially launching the highly anticipated First Person Mode! Metas will see through their own eyes, grip their firearms, wield melee weapons, explore for supplies, and use items, experiencing the immersive sense of presence and ultimate immersion that leaps off the screen.
In First Person Mode, the following core actions are now supported with an always-on first-person camera:
1. Basic movement, jumping, and climbing;
2. Weapon operation and use, Melee Attacks, and various throws;
3. Use of items such as Medicine and Food;
4. Resource gathering and collecting supplies in the wilderness with bare hands, Pickaxe, or Electric Chainsaw/Electric Drill.
Melee attack
To ensure a thrilling combat experience even with the restricted first-person perspective, we have completely redesigned the first-person operation and slashing actions for all usable melee weapons:
1. Mobile Combat: All melee weapons support slashing while moving, allowing for more flexible positioning!
2. New actions: Based on various weapon traits, brand new first-person attack animations have been crafted.
3. Light and Heavy Attack Adjustments: Light attacks retain the original experience of consecutive multi-hit combos; Heavy strikes are now adjusted to charge by holding the button and releasing to unleash the attack, with the impact feeling fully upgraded!
*Note: If you prefer the original third-person melee experience, all operations remain unchanged in third person mode, so rest assured.
Weapon Inspection
The inspect animations for weapons and melee weapons in first-person have been completely revamped and now support inspecting while moving, allowing you to admire your favorite gun anytime, anywhere!
Driving Vehicles
When entering a vehicle for the first time in First Person Mode, the default camera will automatically adapt to first-person. Simultaneously, the system intelligently remembers the camera option you used before exiting the vehicle and will automatically recover that camera the next time you get in, eliminating the hassle of frequent switching.
IV. Mode Switching Methods
To let metas play more smoothly between different perspectives, we have conducted a comprehensive experience optimization for camera switching and transitions:
1. Basic Setting \
You can modify the default camera in the settings interface. Additionally, new settings for first-person camera view and model distance from the camera have been added, allowing Metas to customize according to their preferences.
PC:
Mobile:
2. Quick Switch \
PC: Added the shortcut key combination Alt+C, enabling one-key seamless switching between first-person and third-person during exploration.
Mobile: Added a switch camera button in the custom layout settings.
*Note: This button is hidden by default. Metas need to go to the settings and drag it into the interface layout to use it.
3. Function Wheel \
PC: The Function Wheel has added a switch camera function, allowing quick switching between third-person and first-person via the wheel.
4. Special Scenario Notes
Currently, in certain special scenarios (e.g., some story cutscenes, specific Deviation skill activations, expressions, and interaction actions), to ensure the integrity of the presentation, the camera and character actions will temporarily and automatically switch back to third-person. Once this state ends, the system will smoothly transition and automatically switch back to first-person for you.
*If you encounter a scene in the game where you feel "it shouldn't have switched back to third-person here, it ruins the immersion", please provide feedback to us via Customer Service or the Feedback Platform. We will continuously monitor feedback to optimize the switching experience!
Plans
Refinement of the first-person perspective is also ongoing. The following scenarios currently do not have first-person implementation and are expected to be gradually added in the September version. Thank you for your patience:
Glide, underwater exploration, climbing ladder and zipline interactions, Deviation skill activation animations, and some other special status effects.
*Metas playing on mobile, please note: To ensure normal use of the First Person Mode, you must first go to the App Store to download and install the latest version client (some channels may be delayed due to review processes).

After this Maintenance Update, we will launch Armor Shiny Mods. As the pinnacle pursuit of the Mod system, Shiny Mods feature unique pins and display effects, serving as important out-of-match evolve and collection display assets for all Metas. Currently, Shiny Mods primarily rely on a probabilistic transformation when obtaining duplicate Lv 17 Mods, making the overall process highly random. After this Maintenance Update, Metas will be able to obtain corresponding Mod and Shiny Mod rewards through clear challenge objectives and collection progress. We aim to preserve the rare display value of Shiny Mods while providing Metas who wish to pursue them long-term with clearer objectives and a more stable direction for their efforts.
This Optimization for Shiny Mods mainly includes two obtainment paths: rewards from Scenario Honor - Scenario Rating, and rewards from Mod Collection Progress.
1. New Method to Obtain Mods via Scenario Honor Rating
Metas can obtain Mod rewards in Scenario Honor - Scenario Rating. Upon reaching the corresponding rating requirements for each scenario, the corresponding rewards become claimable.
Rules:
1) Shiny Mod rewards are account-level and shared by all characters;
2) As long as the current rating meets the corresponding requirements, rewards can be claimed immediately; there is no need to wait until the Scenario Honor Rank Settlement.
3) Scenario rating mod rewards can only be claimed once within 30 days. Each reward has an independent cooldown timer; after claiming, it will immediately enter a cooldown reset countdown.
*Please note: If you did not sign up for a new scenario flow before this update, and your current rating meets the reward requirements after this update, you can immediately claim the scenario rating mod rewards.
Scenario Honor Rating Adjustment:
To balance the experience of obtaining scenario ratings across different scenarios, the rating metrics for scenario honor have been adjusted as follows:
1. In the Prismverse's Clash scenario honor, the rating cap for defeating players is adjusted to 105 points.
2. In the Evolution's Call scenario honor, winning a stronghold conquest with a single score exceeding 30,000 will increase the individual rating by 20 points; the rating cap for defeating players in stronghold conquest is adjusted to 210 points.
II. New "Collection Progress" Mod Rewards
To make the stage progress clearer during the Mod evolving process, we will add new "collection progress" mod rewards. Metas can claim corresponding one-time rewards based on the mod collection progress for different weapon builds and armor parts:
1) The collection progress in the mod interface has been optimized into aclickable button. Clicking it will display the complete collection progress requirements and reward overview.
2) The collection progress will be split into multiple tabs based on "Weapon build" and "Armor part", each displaying the corresponding progress requirements.
3) For each tier of collection progress reached, you can claim a one-time reward, which will not reset.
Additionally, we have corrected the issue of ambiguous text semantics in the mod function guide.
Original: When you have already obtained a Lv. 17 Mod, obtaining the same Lv. 17 Mod again has a certain chance of transforming it into a Shiny Mod. Shiny Mods cannot be obtained repeatedly.
Modified: When you have already obtained a Lv. 17 Mod, obtaining the same Lv. 17 Mod again has a certain chance of transforming it into a Shiny Mod. You will not receive two identical Shiny Mods. Obtaining the same Shiny Mod again will cause it to be decomposed into Mod Dust.
Developer Notes: In the current Mod system, only the highest level Mod of each type is displayed. Obtaining duplicate Mods of the same Level or lower-level Mods will directly decompose them into Mod Dust. This is the general rule of the Mod system. In the previous description, our intention was to emphasize that Shiny Mods also follow this rule, but there was an issue with unclear semantic description, which caused confusion among the Metas. In this version, we have provided a more precise Text description rather than making a deliberate hidden change. Thank you for your understanding and support. In the future, we will also open more channels for obtaining Shiny Mods to meet everyone's collection/character growing needs.

*Only for non-RaidZone Mode
Recently, the ecology of Nalcott has undergone new changes once again. In the abandoned medical facilities of the workshop area, there have been sightings of what appears to be unattended physician garments moving autonomously. Additionally, in shallow water areas, a new type of Deviant that relies on "water" for movement has emerged.
Frontline investigations have confirmed that these two types of anomalous Entities have been named: Acting Physician and Lady Sea Nettle. They possess distinctly different methods of disguise, behavioral logic, and combat mechanics. Metas, please remain highly vigilant!
Acting Physician
"Health and safety alert: At medical facilities within various strongholds on Nalcott, signs of autonomous activity have been detected in some discarded blue medical coats. Any unattended medical garments with a faint blue radiance inside are potential high risk entities."
Recently, Metas have frequently encountered an anomalous entity disguised as an unattended physician's garment in environments such as hospitals, medical rooms, and operating rooms within strongholds in the workshop area—the "Acting Physician". Based on preliminary tracking, the following known intelligence is now disclosed to all Metas:
Appearance
Disguised state: In its disguised state, the Acting Physician resembles a surgical coat or patient coat spread on the ground, with occasional, extremely faint static sparks appearing at its edges. When a Meta approaches, a piercing blue light will illuminate the inside of the coat, accompanied by orb lightning rapidly inflating the coat to reveal its full form.
Exposed state: After entering its exposed state, a blue-glowing computer terminal becomes visible on its chest and abdomen area. Its head is equipped with a medical headlamp, and four mechanical tentacles extend from the lower hem of its coat, with sparks and electric currents continuously erupting from their tips. Rather than a "physician," it resembles a set of surgical equipment driven by Deviant power.
Behavior
The Acting Physician exhibits an abnormal, obsessive research interest in the "gastric health" of Metas. It seems to be attempting to understand the relationship between human starving, energy, and physical status. However, its method of expressing this "academic passion" is to directly seize nearby targets and conduct surgical research!
The Acting Physician's feet feature a suction cup structure, letting it occasionally adhere to walls or ceilings. If a target gets too close, it will attempt to grab and forcibly drag them into the "surgery" process! A caught Meta can break free from control by timely QTE struggles.
Combat Mechanics
Core Mechanics - Terminal Weakspot
The terminal is its true form! Destroy the computer terminal when it's exposed. Otherwise, it cannot be completely defeated!
When fighting the Acting Physician, the most important objective is not its housing, but its computer terminal. The terminal is only exposed during the casting of certain skills. If the terminal is not destroyed in time, the Acting Physician will trigger a recover when its HP is low. After the terminal is destroyed, the Acting Physician loses its recover ability and grabbing ability, and can be killed normally.
Energy
The Acting Physician's attacks will prioritize stealing the target's energy upon hit. If successful, it will recover its own HP; if the target's energy is 0, it will deal massive DMG.
Metas, please ensure you have sufficient supply before combat and pay attention to energy changes during the fight. Simple advice: when facing the Acting Physician, being filled up is always a good idea.
New enemy: Lady Sea Nettle
"The water sac is the true form. That beautiful woman is merely a shell it controls." — Frontline researcher's notes
The erosion of Stardust upon the Nalcott never ceases. As this power further seeps into aquatic ecosystems, a new Deviant form has emerged in shallow water area. It lurks in shallow water areas, appearing elegant and harmless in form, yet constantly seeks water to absorb.
Appearance
Lady Sea Nettle's shell has a near-human silhouette, with a graceful figure and a dark, flowing gown trailing on the ground, moving with light and elegant steps. Her entire head is completely enveloped by a transparent sea nettle jellyfish. At the center there is a core that continuously emits an eerie blue light, pulsing slowly deep within the water sac like a cold, icy heart.
Behavior
Her head is a special water-storage structure. All her actions are driven by "water." The fuller her water sac, the more active and aggressive she becomes. When her water level drops, her condition noticeably deteriorates, as if she were a living engine fueled by water.
Lady Sea Nettle obtains water from all available sources—rivers, rainwater, and unfortunate prey that venture too close. Upon discovering prey, she will prioritize draining the target's hydration. When the target's hydration is insufficient, she will then proceed to drain their HP.
Combat Mechanics
The Combat with Lady Sea Nettle is, in essence, a battle of offense and defense centered around "water".
During combat, be mindful of avoiding her tentacles. Lady Sea Nettle uses water mist sprayed from her tentacles to restrict the target's movement, then stabs her tentacles into the target's body to begin siphoning moisture. The danger increases with each second of being drained. However, maintaining sufficient hydration can provide more room for error in combat. She prioritizes draining hydration. If you maintain good hydration, even if caught, you will have more opportunity to break free and counterattack.
At the same time, closely observe the state of the water sac in her head. When full, the sac is plump and swollen, protecting the internal core. When the water is depleted or the head sac is damaged, the sac rapidly shrivels, and the blue core is exposed, like a deflated plastic bag clinging to the surface of the blue core—this is her most vulnerable moment and your only opportunity. Preventing her from reabsorbing water and trapping her on dry land will be the key to her defeat.
The true threat of the Acting Physician and Lady Sea Nettle may only be fully revealed when encountered face-to-face..

Limited-time New RaidZone Mode \
We will bring all Metas a new event gameplay - Crimson Revelry. It combines the blood moon vision with the common rules of RaidZone, offering a light competitive mutation survival experience.
Crimson Revelry Core Rules:
1. PvP actions in the game are only effective when Crimson Revelry is active. At other regular times, Metas cannot attack others.
2. When Crimson Revelry is active, the protection period on Metas' territories is also removed, allowing other Metas to raid them.
3. When Crimson Revelry is active, while Metas are chopping trees, mining, or gathering, enemies will randomly appear nearby and attack you.
4. During Crimson Revelry, Metas may encounter the Lord of Moonlight in the wild, who looks exactly like them, and be attacked. Defeating the Lord of Moonlight grants a large amount of supplies and rewards.
5. Each server lasts for 3 days, with a difficulty of casual mode. After the timer expires, the server closes and undergoes settlement. Data from each new server is not inherited; everything starts from scratch.
Crimson Revelry Activation Times:
1. From 12:00 to 24:00 server time each day, the Crimson Revelry event triggers once every hour, each lasting 1 hour.
2. From 24:00 to 12:00 server time each day, the Crimson Revelry switch will not occur, giving all Metas ample rest time.
In the wild, everyone is both hunter and prey. It's the survival of the fittest.
"Unleash firepower, suppress the strong! Use an unending rain of bullets to build the sturdiest offense and defense for your teammates."
The RaidZone Armory officially welcomes a new member — the long-range suppression light machine gun QBJ97! As a heavy firepower weapon designed specifically for sustained combat, it will provide a brand new option for Metas' tactical combo.
• Weapon Trait: The QBJ97 excels with its massive ammo capacity, extremely long effective range, and high firing stability, capable of unleashing a continuous stream of firepower. However, please note that its heavy weapon body comes with the cost of a slower reload speed and sluggish weapon-switching actions.
• Combat guide: It's the perfect choice for mid-to-long-range point defense and Legion fire support! Whether facing a high-defence Rosetta or needing to quickly destroy sturdy enemy vehicles like armed helicopters, the QBJ97 can play a decisive role. Due to its restricted mobility, it is recommended that Metas pay close attention to controlling engagement distances and seek safe fortification positions for output when using it.
• How to obtain: Metas can obtain the physical entity of this weapon by collecting it through wilderness exploration. After obtaining it, conduct Reverse Engineering at the workbench to successfully unlock and master its crafting formula!
1. Stealth Tactical Upgrade: Crouch Stealth Mechanic
Added the crouch stealth feature. Now when the character is in the crouched state, footstep sounds and their corresponding footstep visualization marks will be completely hidden. Use fortifications and field-of-view deadzones to become a silent hunter in the RaidZone!
2. Combat Information Game Optimization: Health Bar Display Adjustment
We've observed that excessively long HP bar display durations can easily cause Metas to reveal their positions during gunfights or when repositioning, slowing down the overall combat pace. Therefore, we have optimized the HP bar display logic for reticle aim and when taking damage:
1) The duration for which the HP bar is displayed after being triggered has been significantly reduced from 8 seconds to 3 seconds.
2) The HP bar will be hidden immediately after the damage animation finishes playing, making your tactical repositioning safer and more concealed.
3. Action Fluidity Improvement: Melee Glide Cancellation
Say goodbye to stiffness! To improve RaidZone experience, a character's action backswing after performing a melee attack in mid-air can now be directly canceled by the "Glide" action. This allows for smoother execution of tactical combos like "attack-glide-charge" in the air.
4. Weapon Combat Balance Adjustments: Sniper Rifles
To ensure a fairer competitive experience in PvP scenes and prevent long-range Weapons from exerting unreasonable suppression in close-quarters encounters, we have appropriately limited the non-ADS firing capabilities of certain sniper weapons:
For the SN700 and AWS.338 Sniper Rifles, we have increased their bullet spread while Hip Firing and in OTS (third person aiming), reducing their long-range blind-fire precision. This encourages Metas to use ADS to obtain more accurate Fire.
5. Explosive Hit Logic Optimization
We have optimized the collision detection algorithm for explosive attack boxes. This resolves the issues from previous versions where the visual explosion location did not match the actual hit detection location and where damage could be "swallowed," ensuring every blast's DMG is precise and reliable.
Fixed an issue where it was possible to create an extra Team under certain conditions.
Celebrating the anniversary, the Custom Server also receives a major update:
1. Synchronized addition of the new RaidZone “Crimson Revelry”(the original RaidZone Lunar Revelry) scenario. Server Hosts can set the start time and duration for Crimson Revelry, adjust the Lord of Moonlight's HP Multiplier, DMG Multiplier, Movement Speed, Aggro Range, and Alert Sensitivity. Combined with the original RaidZone settings, this allows for designing a richer and more diverse experience.
2. Free Camera: Server Hosts now have the privilege to enter Free Camera mode, allowing them to freely observe Nalcott.
3. Weather Settings: Server Hosts can modify the weather effects in their game to capture or record rich content materials.
4. Social Settings: Server Hosts can set the camera perspective for Metas within the server. They can either let Metas choose their perspective freely or restrict gameplay to First Person or Third Person only.
5. Added Distributable Items:
1) New Deviations: Behemoth and Crimson Insight: ZapCam.
2) New Weapons: QBJ97 - Fiery Trees and Silver Flowers, SN700 - Finale.
3) New Items: Aero Leap, Blackfell Extraction Permit, Securement Silos STIGMA Access Card, etc.

Once Human Development Team
Since the launch of Once Human, we have consistently received a lot of feedback and anticipation regarding the "First Person Mode." As developers and also as players, we deeply understand everyone's desire for this perspective.
For a survival shooter game, the first-person perspective often means more direct operational feedback and can bring a stronger sense of immersion. The vibration from the muzzle, the force of melee swings, the sudden danger around corners, the oppression from abnormal environments—these experiences become more intimate and realistic in first person view.
After the version update on July 9(PT), first person mode will be officially added to the basic controls. Metas can continue to use the first person perspective in more core gameplay modes, experiencing Nalcott adventures that feel closer and more immersive.
I. First Person Mode Supported Range
After the July 10 version update, first person mode will support the following core gameplay scenes:
Basic movement, jumping, and climbing
Weapon handling and firing
Melee attack
Use of items such as throwables, medicine, and food
Resource gathering with bare hands or with pickaxe, electric chainsaw, electric drill, etc.
Collecting supplies in the wilderness
We hope that First Person Mode is not just a perspective you can only "look at," but a complete operational experience that can truly participate in the exploration, combat, and survival loop.
II. First Person Melee Experience
The melee experience will differ from the existing third person perspective.
During the adaptation process, we found that directly applying the original combo design from third person view would cause two significant issues:
On one hand, continuous multi-hit attacks cause significant shaking of the camera and actions, which can easily lead to discomfort. On the other hand, in first person view, players are more accustomed to attacking while moving. The original attack method with fixed movement displacement can disrupt the combat rhythm.
Therefore, we have redesigned the first person operation experience and attack animations for all melee-capable weapons:
All melee weapons support slashing while moving.
Melee light attacks will retain an experience close to the original continuous attacks.
Melee heavy strikes have been adjusted to charge by holding and release by letting go.
You can still directly trigger a heavy strike slash by quickly clicking the heavy strike button.
It should be noted that the original third person melee experience will remain fully intact. If you prefer the current rhythm, you can continue to fight in the original way, unaffected by this first person adaptation.
III. Weapon Inspection
In first Person mode, the inspection animations for firearms and melee weapons have also been updated.
At the same time, we have consistently received feedback from many Metas hoping to "inspect while moving." This is now supported in the new first person mode. After this goes live, Metas will be able to inspect weapons while moving, making showcasing and operation feel more natural.
IV. Mode Switching Methods
To accommodate different platforms and operating habits, we provide multiple ways to switch the camera view, allowing Metas to choose according to their preference.
1. Basic Settings
Metas can adjust the default camera view in the Settings. After setting, the character will use the corresponding view upon entering the game according to this setting.
Additionally, you can also adjust the first person camera field of view and the distance between the model and the camera in the Settings.
PC:
Mobile:
2. Quick Switch
On PC, you can quickly switch between first-person and third-person views using the shortcut key Alt+C.
On mobile, you can find the view switch button in custom layout. This button is hidden by default; Metas need to manually add it to the interface layout to use it.
PC:
Mobile:
3. Function Wheel
The PC Function Wheel will add a \ function, allowing Metas to quickly toggle between first person and third person via the wheel.
V. Additional Notes
Currently, the first person mode still has some character status and actions that are not fully adapted, such as certain story performances, specific Deviation skills, expressions, and interactions.
In these scenes, the lenses and character actions will temporarily switch back to the corresponding third person performance; when that status ends, the system will automatically switch back to the first person perspective.
We understand that temporary camera switching may cause some sense of disconnection. We will continue to advance the adaptation of these scenes. If you encounter situations in the game that you believe should not switch back to third person perspective, you are also welcome to continue providing us with feedback.
VI.Driving Vehicles
In this Update, we have also optimized the default camera when entering a vehicle in first person mode.
When a Meta is in first person mode, the default camera upon first entering a vehicle will also be adjusted to first person mode. At the same time, the system will record the vehicle camera you selected before exiting the vehicle and will automatically apply that choice the next time you use a vehicle.
We hope to minimize the need for everyone to repeatedly adjust the camera when getting in and out of vehicles, letting camera switching better align with personal habits.
VII.Future Optimization Plans
After the launch of this mode, there are still some scenes that temporarily cannot fully support first person performance. The following content is expected to be supplemented in the September version:
Underwater exploration
Climbing Ladder
Zipline
Deviation Skills
Other special Status performances
The first person mode involves the adaptation of a vast number of scenes, actions, interactions, and combat performances, which also requires significant development effort. To truly integrate this camera into the daily experience of Once Human, the dev team has invested considerable effort in feature refinement, control adaptation, and performance optimization. We know this is only the first step. After the update goes live, we welcome Metas to experience it and submit suggestions and feedback to us through the Feedback Platform (Once Human Feedback Platform) or the official community. We will continue to pay attention to everyone's feelings and keep optimizing the performance and user experience of the first person mode.

Once Human Development Team
Dear Metas,
Recently, the ecology of Nalcott has undergone new changes once again. In the abandoned medical facilities of the workshop area, there have been sightings of what appears to be unattended physician garments moving autonomously. Additionally, in shallow water areas, a new type of Deviant that relies on "water" for movement has emerged.
Frontline investigations have confirmed that these two types of anomalous entities have been provisionally named: Acting Physician and Lady Sea Nettle. They are scheduled to officially appear after the version update on July 9(PT). They possess distinctly different methods of disguise, behavioral logic, and combat mechanics. Metas, please remain highly vigilant.
The Acting Physician's footwear features a suction cup structure, allowing it to occasionally adhere to walls or ceilings. If a target gets too close, it will attempt to grab and forcibly drag them into the "surgery" process! A caught player can break free from control by timely QTE struggles.
When the water is depleted or the head sac is damaged, the sac rapidly shrivels, and the blue core is exposed, like a deflated plastic bag clinging to the surface of the blue core—this is the her most vulnerable moment and your only opportunity. Preventing her from reabsorbing water and trapping her on dry land will be the key to her defeat.
That concludes all the content for this new enemy report. The full extent of the threat posed by Acting Physician and Lady Sea Nettle may only be fully revealed when you encounter them face to face.

We've been gathering community feedback and actively addressing your concerns.
June 26
1. Fixed an issue where player attacks on bait boxes could sometimes cause the game to crash.
2. We have received feedback from some Metas that Collectibles owned by other characters under the same account were not properly displayed on their current character. After investigation, this issue occurs because the player did not sign in to the character that owns the Collectibles or did not enter Eternaland after the update, causing the Collectible data for that character/Eternaland to not be synchronized. If you encounter a similar situation, please first sign in to the character that owns the Collectible or enter Eternaland (if the Collectible is located there). The relevant data will then be re-synchronized, and the Collectible will be properly displayed on your current character. If you still encounter a similar issue after completing the above steps, please contact us via in-game customer service, and we will promptly investigate and resolve the matter for you. 3. Fixed an issue where players would sometimes be unable to recycle facilities while holding tools. 4. Fixed an issue with abnormal Radiant stats for the Dune Oracle Set and the Proudscale Warrior Collectible. Metas who encounter this situation will subsequently recover the Radiant stats they should have received.
5. Due to the special server stats of Custom Servers, it is not possible to directly distribute reward items via in-game mail. We have changed the Custom Server 3-day consecutive mail drop bonus mentioned in the original announcement to a Custom Server sign-in event and extended the event duration to 7 days. Players on Custom Servers are welcome to visit the corresponding event page at that time to sign in and claim their rewards.
Once Human Development Team
Dear Metas, The abnormal production data issue on the Custom Server and Pioneer Server has been fixed, and the servers have now reopened. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Today, we'll reveal the results of the fourth Meta Hotline! As of June 24, the Feedback Hot Charts standings are as follows:
Thank you to all Metas for taking part. Every piece of feedback, every like, and every dislike helps the dev team better understand which needs matter most from the player perspective. Below are the follow-up details for this cycle's top suggestions.
\ Allow Multi-Select Movement in Territory Construction
\ Development priority has been significantly increased, with an expected release within this year. Building has always been a very important and beloved mode in Once Human. As territories continue to expand, the number of structures, furniture, decorations, and function facilities gradually increases. The method of adjusting individual objects one by one indeed affects efficiency and experience during large-scale modifications. After evaluation by the project team, supporting multi-select movement can significantly improve the convenience of territory construction and layout adjustments, allowing Metas to more easily complete territory planning and modifications.
After this suggestion received many likes, we have significantly increased the development priority of the related feature. This feature is expected to be completed and released within this year. We hope it will help Metas who enjoy building and arranging their territories to more efficiently refine their homes.
\ Add a "Learned" Indicator for Recipes
\ Adopted, development priority increased. In this round of hot feedback, we saw that most Metas hope to add a "learned" indicator for recipes. After evaluation by the project team, adding this indicator can help Metas more intuitively determine the status of recipes, reducing the need to repeatedly open the interface for confirmation. We have clearly adopted this suggestion and will increase the development priority of the related feature.
\ Add Independent Display Switches for Chat Channels
\ Functionality already exists online. Chat channels serve functions such as team communication, trade exchanges, recruitment for cooperation, and regional information synchronization, making them a crucial entry point for Metas' daily social interactions and collaboration. This player request essentially reflects a desire to manage chat information more freely and reduce Interference from unrelated channel content on the current gameplay scene.
Currently, this request is already supported by a corresponding feature in the game. Metas can open the chat interface, enter "Settings" - "Chat Settings" in the left sidebar, and then see the display switches for each independent channel. They can choose to turn different channels on or off as needed.
\ Add a Function to Turn off World Notifications
\ The function to turn off World notifications will not be added for now. In this period's feedback highlights, we noticed that some Metas wish to add a function to turn off World notifications. The desire to turn off World notifications stems from a wish to reduce the disruption to gameplay rhythm caused by interface prompts when frequently switching scenes, participating in team campaigns, or focusing on exploration. At the same time, we also noted that this suggestion received a significant number of "Dislikes." This indicates that World notifications still hold clear value for a portion of Metas.
Considering the voting results of this period, the impact of the current feature, and development scheduling, we will not add a separate switch to turn off World notifications for now. We will continue to monitor feedback regarding the disruptive feeling of World notifications. If related experience issues remain consistently concentrated, we will evaluate whether to reduce its impact on normal gameplay rhythm by optimizing the trigger frequency of the notifications.
\ Disable "Reclaim usage rights after timeout" for the Ordering Terminal
\ Adopted. Implementation will be scheduled with relevant dev plans. We understand the core request is to reduce the impact on subsequent usage when the terminal is occupied due to abnormal status, accidental operation, or prolonged unresponsiveness. The ordering terminal is closely linked to Chef-related gameplay, team cooperation, and daily supply experience. When terminal usage rights cannot be released promptly, it may prevent other Metas from smoothly proceeding with ordering operations, affecting overall usage efficiency.
The issue itself is clear. After comprehensive consideration of this period's voting results and assessment by the project team, we have decided to approve this suggestion. We will advance the optimization of this issue alongside subsequent Chef-related experience improvements and ordering terminal function adjustments.
\ Reduce Client Storage Usage
\ Continuously advancing client size optimization. As Once Human receives ongoing updates, content such as scenarios, maps, gameplay modes, and art assets continues to increase. The growing client size does indeed place higher storage demands on some devices, which is an issue we have been monitoring and continuously optimizing.
We have noted suggestions from Metas, such as "downloading by scenario on PC" or "deleting a specific scenario resource pack." While such solutions could alleviate storage pressure for some Metas in the short term, they are not simply about splitting resource packs. They would involve adjustments to the entire process, including version updates, resource validation, cross-scenario compatibility, and subsequent maintenance.
Currently, we have identified a feasible client size optimization plan and will promptly advance a round of client size reduction. This reduction will significantly decrease storage usage. Simultaneously, we will continue to improve external package management, striving to control package growth during future version updates and minimize the pressure from further increases in client size.
That's all for this edition of Meta Hotline. Your feedback, including your likes and dislikes, is the foundation of Once Human's continued development. We will continue to monitor the Feedback Platform and listen closely to your views. Please keep sharing your honest opinions via the Feedback Platform. Your suggestion may make the next Hot Charts!

The server maintenance and update is planned for June 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM (PT) and expected to last about 2 hours (actual server opening time may differ). Please manage your time wisely. The update size is approximately 7.88 GB on PC launchers, 251 MB on the PC client (NOTE: If the update is delayed on Steam, it may be downloaded more than once), 702 MB on Android, and 706 MB on iOS (actual size may differ). We recommend downloading the update over Wi-Fi.
This update brings: new survival facilities and fun Items, the limited-time Lightforge Loot Crate \, the Custom Server Anniversary event and supplies distribution function upgrade, Collectible storage and Build logic optimization, and various other content and recent bug fixes.
After this maintenance, all players will receive the following rewards: Starchrom ×1,000, Mitsuko's Mark ×100, Stardust Secret Crate: S13 (Epic) ×1, and Colorful Badge ×30.
Below are the details of this update:
*Only effective in non-RaidZone Modes.
A new batch of practical survival facilities and fun Items are now scattered throughout Nalcott. Metas have a probability to obtain the following new Items/facilities while exploring strongholds:
1. New Item: Soccer Ball
The passion of the soccer field reignites in Nalcott! As a consumable item, after use, you can place a soccer ball in front of you. You can kick the ball by attacking it or directly colliding with it as your character. Unleash your imagination and play a seven-day soccer match with your friends in all sorts of unexpected ways!
2. New Facility: Incubator
Depositing a specified egg Item will start a countdown. After the countdown ends, if the incubation succeeded, you will obtain an animal with a random attribute; if it failed, don't be discouraged, you will receive a "Cracked Egg" that can be eaten directly to replenish energy.
*Note: To simulate realistic wear and tear, each Incubator has a usage limit. The facility will be scrapped once the limit is reached.
3. New Facility: Bait Box
After placing a bait box in the wilderness, depositing food ingredients into it will attract nearby animals. Once an animal is attracted and the capture is successful, the Meta simply needs to return to the area near the bait box to withdraw it.
*Note: To maintain the ecological balance of the wilderness, each Meta can only place up to 1 bait box at a time. The bait box will disappear after 60 minutes, so remember to collect your prey in time!
4. New facility: Hand-Crank Generator
No fuel required. Simply crank the stick manually to provide emergency electricity for your territory facilities.
5. Facility Upgrade: Computer
We have made in-depth modifications to the "Whack-a-Mole" game mode inside the computer and added a full-server leaderboard feature. Come and challenge your reaction limits, let all server Metas admire your hand speed!
6. New Item: Paint Bucket
Add some "color" to your apocalyptic life! This is a deployable Item. After being placed on the ground for a period of time, it will automatically explode, instantly covering all players within the explosion range with vibrant paint. Perfect for giving your friends a "surprise" during camp gatherings or group photos.

This optimization will revolve around the core objective of "enhancing the sense of pursuit goals" and proceed in the following directions:
1. Highlight node reward display, clarifying objectives that are "worth pursuing".
We have re-evaluated the value distribution of rewards at each level, adjusted the release rhythm, but the overall reward content remains largely consistent with the original rewards. In terms of presentation, we highlight the display form of node rewards, ensuring that each segment of the pursuit has a clear and eye-catching objective, rather than scattered rewards evenly spread out.
2. Accessories changed to be unlocked via "Precision Components"
This is a significant adjustment in this Collection system optimization that greatly impacts the actual acquisition experience.
Before: Accessories were scattered across various channels such as wilderness mini-games, Morphic Shop, and merchants. When trying to obtain a specific accessory, one needed to search across multiple entry points.
After: Metas can obtain the exclusive consumable Item "Precision Components" through the Collection system, then go to the Accessory system and consume the corresponding number of "Precision Components" to directly unlock the specified accessory:
Accessory QualityPrecision Components required for unlockingBlue Accessory1Purple Accessory2Gold Accessory4Accessory unlocking experience synchronized optimization:
1. Added "Unlock requires x Precision Components" to the Tips for unlocked accessories, making it easier to confirm the specific accessory unlock requirements for "Precision Components".
2. The "Precision Components" pins and current quantity held will be displayed in the upper right corner of the Acc Interface.
Original Accessory Obtain Channel Adjustments:
1. Original wilderness game modes and tasks will no longer directly provide accessories; related rewards will be adjusted to other content.
2. Accessories will no longer be available for redeem at the Morphic Shop and merchants.
3. Total Collection Level Expansion
The total Collection level has been expanded from Lv 780 to Lv 900.
We are well aware that many Metas have invested a significant amount of time and effort into the Collection system. For Metas who have already invested in the Collection system, we will retain your existing progress and issue corresponding compensation based on the adjustments. Simply put: unlocked content will not be reclaimed, existing Collection levels will not be reset, and eligible compensation will be automatically distributed after the update.
*This compensation is for Metas who had a certain Collection level before the version update on June 24th (PT). Metas who newly enter the Collection system after the update will directly experience the optimized system and will not receive separate compensation.

Territory Collectibles, as a symbol of glory and rarity for territory decoration, have always been beloved by the Metas. As the number of collectibles continues to increase, we have consistently received feedback from the Metas: they hope to simplify the management of Territory Collectibles, avoid occupying too much backpack space, simplify their placement logic, and prevent loss/inability to retrieve/inability to find them. Therefore, in this version, we have optimized the storage and build logic for Collectibles:
1. Collectibles no longer occupy backpack space. Instead, like other cosmetics/formulas, they are bound to your account. The Collectibles tab in the Build interface will display the types of Collectibles owned by the current account and their available placement status.
2. Collectibles can now be directly selected for placement from the collectibles tab in the Build interface, no longer requiring placement via the backpack.
3. A single collectible is limited to being placed only once. When the available placement count is 0 and you attempt to build, a pop-up will appear asking if you wish to retrieve the already placed item and continue placing. Choosing to continue will retrieve the already placed collectible and place it in the current territory.
4. If there are unclaimed collectibles in your Mmil, you will need to manually claim them from your mailbox.
Hairstyle/Headwear Color Palette Interface Optimization: Supports on-screen display and free switching between multiple exclusive color palettes.
1. Optimized the combat experience in the Gravity Integrator mode. Deviations can now stand on the Gravity Integrator to participate in Combat.
2. Fixed an issue in \ where Echoite drops could get stuck in a Meta's territory.
3. Reduced the Difficulty of Elite enemies in the \ combat mode.
1. Optimized the target acquisition logic for the Rosetta Heavy and The New Hire's Chaosium Ray. The ray's visual effect now matches its actual DMG area.
2. Optimized the firing frequency of the Rosetta Heavy and The New Hire's Chaosium Ray, appropriately increasing the interval between two consecutive firings.
Modified the display logic for some Interactions during controller operation. When other interactable items are nearby, the action of collecting water will be unavailable.
Fixed an issue in Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve where the Zapamander's ultimate ability could kill Riftwalker Relics.
Fixed an issue where The New Hire's Chaosium Ray caused abnormal DMG.
Fixed an issue in the new player experience where Worldstones displayed abnormally.

Dear Metas,
This Dev Blog focuses on optimizing the experience of the Collection system and Shiny Mods, which embody the Metas' pursuit of numerical growth, long-term evolution, collection, display, and personalization objectives. We hope that through this adjustment, the objectives of the related systems will become clearer, feedback will be more stable, and everyone's existing investments will be better accommodated.
Specifically, the current Collection system mainly suffers from issues such as a long span for obtaining core rewards, slow feedback during the pursuit process, and unclear stage objectives.
Regarding Shiny Mods, the current acquisition path is relatively singular, with high overall randomness, lacking clearer collection progress feedback and a more predictable update rhythm.
Below, this Dev Blog will introduce the Collection system optimization, player compensation rules, and the Shiny Mod acquisition and collection feedback optimization plan, respectively.
Collection System Optimization
I. Introduction to the Collection System Optimization Plan

Preview:
*Preview images; the specific display is subject to the actual updated game Interface.
3. Total Collection Level Expansion
The total Collection level has been expanded from Lv 780 to Lv 900.
II. Player Compatible and Compensation Plan
Compatible Rules
1) All unlocked Weapon Accessories are retained, and their unlock status remains unchanged.
2) Collection levels are fully retained, not reset or rolled back. This adjustment primarily changes the reward order and adds the accessory unlock item "Precision Components". Differences in total reward quantity will be converted via compensation, as detailed in the table below:

Compensation Rules
Due to adjustments in the reward acquisition order within the Collection system and the addition of the accessory unlock item "Precision Component," some Metas who have already reached higher Collection levels may experience temporary reward discrepancies due to the changed sequence. To preserve the value of your existing progress as much as possible, we will issue the following compensation based on your pre-update Collection level:
1. For Metas with a Collection level ≥ Lv. 30: 1 Phantom Cube, 5,000 Starchrom and 1,000 Mitsuko's Mark in total.
2. Collection Loot Crate Compensation:
For Collection levels between 30 and 59 (30 ≤ Level < 60): 2 Collection Loot Crates.
For Collection Levels between 60 and 79 (60 ≤ Level < 80): 3 Collection Loot Crates.
For Collection Levels ≥ 80: 4 Collection Loot Crates.
3. Regarding the mechanism change where accessories are now unlocked via Precision Components, players who have already upgraded to certain levels will receive a corresponding number of Precision Components calculated based on their Collection level. This ensures the equivalent value of existing progress is maintained, allowing continued use to unlock accessories not yet owned.
1) Explanation of Converted Precision Components for Current Collection Level Achieved

*Illustrative Examples of Actual Situations:
Case 1: Meta A had unlocked 10 Blue rarity accessories, 20 Purple rarity accessories, and 20 Gold rarity accessories before the June 24th(PT) version update, and their Blueprint Collection Level reached Lv 200. After the update, the system will execute compensation rules based on two types of conversions:
i. Convert unlocked accessories by rarity: (Blue 10) 10*1 + (Purple 20) 20*2 + (Gold 20) 20*4 = 130.
ii. The Collection Level has reached Lv 200, so the quantity of Precision Components that should be obtained is: 192 + 0.6 * (Lv 200 Collection level - 120) = 240.
iii. The compensation rules are as follows: the Collection level should grant 240 - 130 (from unlocked accessories converted to Precision Components) = 110. Therefore, Meta A will receive 110 Precision Components as compensation.
Case 2: Meta B had unlocked 13 Blue rarity accessories, 40 Purple rarity accessories, and 33 Gold rarity accessories before the June 24th(PT) version update. The Blueprint Collection level reached Lv 100. After the update, the system will perform two types of conversions to execute the compensation rules.
i. Unlocked accessories are converted by rarity: (13 Blue) 13*1 + (40 Purple) 40*2 + (33 Glod) 33*4 = 225.
ii. The Collection level has reached Lv 100, so the number of Precision Components that should be obtained is: 1.6 * 100 (Collection level) = 160.
iii. The compensation rules are as follows: The Collection level should grant 160 - 225 (from unlocked accessories converted to Precision Components) = -65. Therefore, Meta B does not require any compensation distribution.
Compensation Distribution Method
Distribution Time: After the June 24th(PT) version update;
Distribution Method: Compensation will be automatically sent to your character's backpack upon signing in to the game; no manual claim is required.
* If you have any questions regarding the compensation you receive, please contact Customer Service for consultation.
New Armor Shiny Mod & New Way to Obtain
In the July 9th(PT) Update, we will launch Armor Shiny Mods. After the July 9th(PT) Update, Metas will be able to obtain corresponding Mod and Shiny Mod rewards through clear challenge objectives and collection progress.
I. New Method to Obtain Mods via Scenario Honor Rating
After the July 9th(PT) version Update, Metas can obtain Mod rewards in "Scenario Honor - Scenario Rating". Upon reaching the corresponding Rating requirements for each Scenario, the corresponding rewards become Claimable:
Tier / ScenarioRewardsManibusEndless DreamThe Way of WinterDeviation: Survive, Capture, PreservePrismverse's ClashEvolution's CallRating Tier 1Random Lv 17 Armor Mod Crate ×1350350160333240240Rating Tier 2Random Armor Shiny Mod Crate ×1500500300999300300*For most Metas, completing a scenario's final challenge is already a high-difficulty challenge. This new obtain method is intended to provide Metas with rewards that combine "challenge significance" and "honor collection," which also aligns better with the positioning of Shiny Mods.
Rules
1. Shiny Mod rewards are account-level, shared by all characters;
2. As long as the current Rating meets the corresponding requirements, rewards can be claimed immediately; there is no need to wait until the Scenario Honor Rank Settlement.
How to Get Scenario Rating Mod Rewards on Permanent Servers
In future versions, we will design a new system similar to Challenge Tasks based on the Permanent Server environment for Metas on Permanent Servers to challenge and obtain Scenario Rating Mod rewards. This reward mechanism will reset at certain cycles to facilitate Metas on Permanent Servers in obtaining Shiny Mods.
II. New "Collection Progress" Mod Rewards
To make the stage progress clearer during the Mod evolving process, we will add new "Collection Progress" Mod rewards. After the July 9th(PT) version Update, Metas can claim corresponding one-time rewards based on the Mod collection progress for different weapon builds and armor parts:
1. The collection progress in the Mod Interface will be optimized into a clickable button. Clicking it will display the complete collection progress requirements and reward overview;
2. The collection progress will be split into multiple tabs based on "Weapon build" and "Armor part", each displaying the corresponding progress requirements.
3. For each tier of Collection progress reached, you can claim a one-time reward, which will not reset.
Taking the "Burn" build as an example, the collection progress rewards are set as follows (other weapon builds and armor parts have the same progress requirements):
Collection Progress (Total Mod Level of this build)RewardsReach Lv. 180Random Mod Crate (Lv. 9-14) ×1Reach Lv. 220Random Mod Crate (Lv. 13-15) ×1Reach Lv. 260Random Mod Crate (Lv. 14-17) ×1Reach Lv. 300Random Mod Crate (Lv. 17) ×1Reach Lv. 330Weapon Shiny Mod Random Selection Crate ×1The rewards in the above table are for illustrative purposes only. Final rewards are subject to what is displayed in-game after the actual update.
Note:
1. Collection progress rewards are account-level share rewards, and can only be claimed once per account.
2. After the version update on July 9th(PT), Metas who meet the collection level requirements can claim them immediately.

III. Can the Shiny Mod Selection Crate compensated on January 22, 2026 yield Armor Shiny Mods?
When the Mod 2.0 system was launched, we compensated Metas with high mod collection levels with Shiny Mod Selection Crates. To ensure fairness, the Shiny Mod Selection Crate cannot select the newly introduced Armor Shiny Mods; the product obtained upon opening is completely consistent with before. Thank you for your understanding.
The above is the full content of this Dev Blog. We hope this adjustment will make the accessory objectives of the Collection system clearer, provide a more defined path to obtain Shiny Mods, and offer more stable feedback for your long-term investments in evolving, collection, and display. We also highly value the suggestions from Metas. If you have any suggestions or opinions regarding the above adjustments, please feel free to communicate with us via the Feedback Platform (Once Human Feedback Platform).

Once Human Development Team
Dear Metas,
We sincerely apologize for the extended Server Opening Time of this First Person Mode Pioneer Test compared to the original plan, which has caused a poor experience. Our team is currently working urgently to resolve the issue. The server opening is expected to be delayed by 4 hours, with the estimated opening time now June 11, 1:00 AM (PT).
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Today, we'll reveal the results of the third Meta Hotline! As of June 10, the Feedback Hot Charts standings are as follows:
Thank you to all Metas for taking part. Every piece of feedback, every like, and every dislike helps the dev team better understand which needs matter most from the player perspective. Below are the follow-up details for this cycle's top suggestions.
\ Automatically Skip Boss Cutscenes
\ The auto-skip feature is not being added at this time. In this round's hot feedback topics, we saw many Metas expressing a desire for an "Auto-skip Boss Cutscene" feature. We understand the core request is to reduce waiting time during repeated dungeon challenges and make the overall combat rhythm more smooth. Currently, cutscenes in dungeons already support manual skipping: Metas using PCcan press the spacebar to skip, and Metas using mobiles can click the "Skip Cutscene" button in the top-right corner of the interface.
We understand that some Metas wish for further "auto-skipping" to eliminate the need for key presses or button clicks. However, Boss cutscenes typically serve purposes such as transitioning between combat stages, providing mechanic cues, and enhancing the dungeon's atmosphere. Considering the convenience of skipping for players, the overall game's narrative expression, and the consistency of the operational experience across different scenes, we currently have no plan to add an additional auto-skip feature for Boss cutscenes. We will continue to monitor feedback regarding the experience of repeated dungeon challenges. If the existing skip operation still presents inconveniences, we will also continue to evaluate whether there is room for further optimization.
\ Fish of Same Type Cannot Be Stacked in the Backpack
\ Direct stacking of the same type of fish is not currently supported. Fish storage, backpack organization, and storage management received a high number of player likes in this round of voting. We understand the core request is to reduce the space occupied in backpacks and storage when players have a large number of fish. In response to this feedback, we have evaluated it based on the underlying rules of the current fish Items. Unlike basic materials, each fish obtained by Metas is an independent individual. Even if they belong to the same species, differences such as size and weight exist between individuals. These differences are an important part of the fish collection experience and the feeling of catching a "big fish."
If we were to directly change it so that the same type of fish fish are stored in stacks, we would need to treat all fish of the same species as completely identical Items. This would mean individual stats like size and weight could no longer be retained. While this would reduce grid space usage, it would also diminish the unique sense of collection and display value of each fish, which is not the direction we wish to take.
Another possible solution would involve significant underlying adjustments to the storage and backpack system: fish of the same type could first be merged and displayed as a single grid, with specific information like size and weight for each fish viewable upon expansion. However, this solution would involve modifications to multiple systems including storage, backpack, item display, and interaction logic, resulting in high development and verification costs. Considering the current optimization schedule and the scope of impact this feature would have on the overall experience, we will not prioritize it for now.
We will continue to monitor feedback regarding the experience of fish storage, backpack organization, and storage management. If the issue of fish occupying too much space remains a persistent and concentrated concern, we will continue to evaluate whether to improve the fish management experience through optimizations in fish storage, backpack management, or storage display.
\ Increase the variety of fish
\ Fish with different color patterns are currently in development and are expected to be released within 3 months; additional new fish species are planned for release within this year. Fishing has consistently been one of the more popular casual modes among Metas in Once Human. After the suggestion to "increase the variety of fish" received significant positive feedback, we re-evaluated the current richness of fishing content and the value that new fish species would bring to the gameplay experience. Our assessment concluded that adding new fish species can introduce more novelty to the fishing process and provide new goals for Metas who enjoy collecting, displaying, and pursuing rare challenges. Currently, fish with different color patterns are in development and are expected to be completed and released within 3 months. Additionally, we have plans to introduce more fish species, which are expected to be completed within this year.
\ Add an attribute filter function during Deviation Fusion
\ Development priority has been significantly increased, with an expected release in the second half of the year. Within Deviation Fusion-related gameplay, we have observed that as Metas secure and cultivate an increasing number of Deviations, the process of selecting specific-attribute Deviations for fusion requires repeatedly browsing and comparing through multiple pages of the Deviation list, leading to increased operational complexity.
We understand the community's desire for an attribute filter function and recognize that this feature would help Metas locate target Deviations more quickly, significantly improving operational convenience during Deviation Fusion. After this suggestion received substantial positive feedback, we have significantly increased the development priority and have begun advancing the related development work.
Currently, the development team is progressing multiple optimization and content items in parallel. Considering the overall development schedule and testing/validation pace, this feature is expected to be released in the second half of this year.
\ Add animal distribution location search on the map
\ Development priority has been significantly increased, with an expected launch in the second half of the year. Currently, animal distribution is not entirely fixed to specific locations, but will change with version updates and related rules adjustments to preserve the fun and unpredictability of wilderness exploration. However, we have also noted that in current game modes such as crafting and breeding, the demand for certain animals is relatively high, leading many Metas to feel that their objectives are not clear enough and the search cost is somewhat elevated when looking for specific animals. To address this, we previously included "adding animal distribution location search on the map" in our optimization plan.
After this suggestion received numerous likes, we have significantly increased its development priority and will continue to advance related development work. Upon launch, Metas will be able to more conveniently check the approximate distribution information of animals, reducing the time cost associated with aimless running around the map, and also plan capture and breeding routes more strategically. According to the current plan, this feature is expected to launch in the second half of this year.
\ Extend the Fridge's Storage time
\ No plan for overall extension of fridge storage time for now; ingredient freshness experience is scheduled for specialized optimization in the second half of the year. Ingredient stockpiling and dish management are relatively high-frequency operations in Metas' daily survival experience. We understand the desire for food to have a longer storage time, thereby reducing the pressure of frequent organizing, replenishing, and processing of ingredients.
After this suggestion received numerous likes, we re-evaluated the current fridge's freshness duration. Regarding finished dishes, even without any buffs applied, a dish can be saved in the fridge for approximately 20 days. After being enhanced by an Advanced Stove, the storage time can be further extended up to a maximum of 40 days, which can generally cover longer-term daily stockpiling and usage needs. Therefore, we currently do not plan to further extend the overall fridge storage time.
However, we have also noted that the more concentrated pain points in the current experience primarily stem from the shelf life of certain ingredients. For example, some ingredients only last about 3 days even after being deposited in the fridge, resulting in relatively higher pressure for organization and restocking. Regarding the freshness experience after ingredients are placed in the fridge, we plan to conduct a dedicated optimization in the second half of this year.
Moving forward, we will continue to pay attention to the specific feedback from Metas regarding ingredient reserves, dish crafting, and survival experiences, and will further evaluate related optimization opportunities based on actual usage.

Dear Metas,
Currently, the selection process for the first batch of test qualifications has been largely completed. We will gradually send out invitation notifications via in-game mail and other channels to eligible Metas. Once Human Development Team
Dear Metas,
Since Visional Wheel S4: Gravity Abyss went live, we've received a lot of feedback on Aerial Hunt, Riftwalker Relics, Gravity Crystal acquisition, and more. Some features did not meet our standards for stability or overall experience at launch, leading to lag, crashes, unclear gameplay flow, and underwhelming rewards. We sincerely apologize for the issues this caused.
Over the past few days, the development team has been focusing on fixes and adjustments. Below, we'll address the most frequently reported issues and explain our current plans.
To thank all Metas for your feedback, patience, and understanding, we will send the following compensation to all players on June 3: Gravity Crystal ×1,000, Abyssal Core (Epic) ×1, Gravity Abyss Deviation Selection II ×1, and Downstar/Aero Mod Crate: Nightmare I ×5 (These crates contain mods from Nightmare difficulty dungeons). Please check your in-game mail.
Q1: Why did Aerial Hunt have lag and crash issues?
A: \ At launch, Aerial Hunt saw a large number of players joining at the same time, and our server performance optimization was not yet sufficient. This led to lag and crashes. We have since made load optimizations to help ensure a smoother and more stable Aerial Hunt experience.
*To maintain server performance, map teleportation to Aerial Hunt may be temporarily disabled when too many players are participating. You can still travel to the corresponding Stronghold manually to join Aerial Hunt.
\ We also noticed rare cases where Riftwalkers became stuck or rewards disappeared and could not be claimed. These issues have now been fixed. Because the live server environment can be complex, occasional issues may still occur. We will continue monitoring the Riftwalker experience and make further adjustments as needed.
Q2: Aerial Hunt rewards feel underwhelming, and the mode feels too difficult.
A: \ We have increased Aerial Hunt rewards based on your feedback. This includes more Gravity Crystals, Deviations, and Mod Crates, as well as a higher drop rate for Abyssal Cores. We have also adjusted personal objectives. You now only need to meet the required damage threshold to receive the personal reward.
To address the overall combat difficulty, we have made the following balance adjustments to Riftwalkers on May 29:
1) Slightly reduced Riftwalkers' HP, making them easier to defeat.
2) Optimized enemy difficulty for this mode in the Endless Dream and Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve scenarios.
Q3: Aerial Hunt did not count toward the Legendary Mod Crate pity progress.
A: Currently, mods obtained from Pro difficulty or higher content count toward Legendary Mod Crate pity progress. This rule also applies to Visional content that meets the same difficulty requirement.
\ In Visional Wheel S4, completing Phase 5 of Aerial Hunt or Gravity Integrator gameplay will now count toward Legendary Mod Crate pity progress. The mods obtained from these modes will also include Visional keywords. Mod Crates obtained from stronghold exploration or Echoites will still not count, as these modes are lower in difficulty.
For players who triggered pity in Aerial Hunt before this fix but did not receive a Legendary Mod Crate with a Visional keyword, we will review the data and send one Legendary Mod Crate with a Visional keyword as compensation. This is expected to be completed within 5 business days.
To better support character progression, we will add a Downstar/Aero Shiny Mod Random Crate to the Visional Redeem Shop on June 2. It can be redeemed up to 2 times per month and costs 15 Abyssal Essence each. The existing Downstar/Aero Shiny Mod Random Crate, which can be redeemed twice as a one-time purchase, will remain available and will not be removed.
Q4: Riftwalker Relics (advanced Echoites) are confusing. The enemies feel unkillable, and the crate seems to disappear once it rises.
A: Riftwalker Relics were designed around observation and exploration. The idea was for Metas to locate Echoite locations on the map, find the crate, complete a combat challenge, then use different Tech tools (such as Energy Raisers, Floating Aerogel, or flight vehicles) to reach the final reward. After launch, your feedback made it clear that the objectives, pacing, and reward path were not clear enough. We are making the following changes:
1) \ Reduced the Echoite Crate's ascent speed and increased the time it stays at its highest point.
2) \ We are working on an issue where Echoites may get stuck in terrain or buildings. Once the fix is complete, we will notify all Metas through an announcement.
3) \ We will improve the Echoite Crate's visual effects to make it easier to spot.
As for enemies having too much HP, their HP is currently based on the level of the area where the Echoite lands. We recommend choosing areas that match your current level when exploring and claiming these rewards.
Q5: The Gravity Crystal weekly cap is too low and too easy to reach.
A: \ We have seen the discussion around the Gravity Crystal cap. Gravity Crystals are the core item for this Vision and can be obtained from multiple sources, including Aerial Hunt, Echoite Crates, Starfall enemies, and Star Advent Loot Crates. Based on player needs, we have raised the weekly cap to 10,000. After reaching the cap, acquisition efficiency will be reduced to 50% (following the current decay rule).
We have also increased the number of Gravity Crystals obtainable from Star Advent Loot Crates and Unstable Aggregates, and raised the chance of obtaining Legendary Mod Crates from Unstable Aggregates. This should give players with different playstyles more suitable ways to gather resources. Star Advent Loot Crates will also have a higher chance to drop Energy Raisers and Floating Aerogel.
Q6: Why can I see Unstable Aggregates in a weightless area, but not after leaving it?
A: \ After investigation, we found that in rare cases, Unstable Aggregate spawn points in certain settlements may behave abnormally. This can cause Unstable Aggregates to be visible inside a weightless area but not appear correctly after leaving it. We are working on a fix and will share updates through an announcement once it is complete.
We have also received reports that Unstable Aggregates sometimes do not refresh for long periods of time. Unstable Aggregates in weightless strongholds are intended to refresh once per hour. We are investigating and fixing abnormal refresh intervals as well, and will notify everyone as soon as the fix is complete.
Q7: Since Visional and Normal Worlds are now separated, why isn't weightlessness applied to the whole map?
A: We have received a lot of feedback on whether weightlessness should apply to the entire map or only certain areas. We chose the current regional design because gravity changes have a major impact on basic controls. If weightlessness covered the entire map, it could create too much adjustment pressure for some players, especially those trying the mode for the first time. For now, weightlessness is focused in specific strongholds, where it is tied to exploration and combat. Players who want to experience weightless movement outside settlements can also do so through formulas such as the Energy Raiser.
We will continue to review feedback about item usage feeling cumbersome, too few reward points, and weightless areas feeling too small. We are also exploring improvements such as increasing the Energy Raiser's duration. Once we have confirmed adjustment plans, we will let all Metas know in advance.
Q8: Mutagens were not dropping properly from Visional gameplay in the Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve scenario.
A: \ We have fixed the issue where Mutagens were not dropping properly in the Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve scenario. We have also added Aberrant Progeny Mutagen Selection to the Redeem Shop - Gravity Crystal Shop. Metas can redeem it for 1,500 Gravity Crystals, making it easier for those who need it to obtain one.
*Only Morphed Deviation Mutagens from the Visional Wheel will be added to the shop. Other Mutagens must still be obtained by playing Deviation: Survive, Capture, Preserve.
We are continuing to fix bugs and improve the experience based on your feedback. Please keep sharing your thoughts through the Feedback Platform (Once Human Feedback Platform) and in-game Customer Service so we can keep improving. We sincerely apologize again for the poor experience caused by some issues at the start of this Vision, and we thank every Meta for your patience and understanding.

Dear Metas,
From May 15 to May 21, Once Human banned a total of 78 players. Among them, 36 players were publicly penalized for using cheats, and 7 players were punished for maliciously affecting other players.
Because the AI model is still being updated, backend monitoring data shows there is still a slight chance of false bans being triggered. If you have any questions or concerns about a penalty, please submit an appeal through the in-game appeal screen. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We have been continuously receiving reports from Metas regarding cheaters. The most frequently reported cheating behaviors this cycle include wall-hacking, core-hacking, wall-vision, and auto-aiming. We have promptly verified and addressed these issues.
Additionally, we have recently received reports about malicious bug exploits, exploiting game vulnerabilities, and intentionally disrupting others' gameplay. Here, we want to reiterate our commitment to creating a fair and healthy competitive environment for every Meta. If the aforementioned behaviors are verified, we will impose penalties based on the severity of the situation. For repeated violations, the penalties will escalate. We call on all Metas to join us in maintaining a fair and healthy gaming environment. Thank you for your understanding and support!
If you encounter any violations or believe your account has been wrongly banned, please reach out through our official customer service channels to submit an appeal or provide feedback.
Reporting Violations: Please submit relevant evidence of violations through the in-game reporting system, official customer service, or the feedback platform.
Wrongful Bans: Please submit a review request through the official appeal channel. We commit to responding within 24 hours and upgrading our wrongful ban compensation plan.
Finally, during this period, a total of 196 compensation grants have been issued to 87 players under the cheat damage compensation mechanism. The current scope of compensation cannot yet cover all situations. If you have encountered cheating but did not receive compensation, we sincerely apologize. This does not mean your experience has been overlooked — it reflects current limitations in our detection and coverage mechanisms. If you have any compensation-related concerns, please submit feedback via official customer service, including details such as match information, specific time, and the impact you experienced. Every piece of feedback you provide is crucial for us to improve our compensation algorithms and expand protection coverage.
Below is a list of players recently penalized for severe violations. The accounts listed have been reviewed and confirmed to be in violation. If you have any questions, please contact in-game customer service.

We'll continue refining this system to make communication smoother.
This world is brought to life by your interactions—whether you're sharing highlights or fighting alongside friends, every sincere exchange brings warmth to the game. We hope everyone uses kind words to build meaningful memories and protect the beauty of the world of Nalcott together.
