Long time no see. This time we bring the much requested language update, news about the digital artbook and update on the game’s OST release. But first, let’s watch the latest teaser trailer.
Well, it’s official – No, I’m not a Human cleared the bar of 1 million copies sold! Which is, honestly, just mind-boggling to think about. If we could, we’d write 1 million thanks in return, but it would’ve taken up the entire post – and we have much more interesting things to share with you.
Like, for example, long awaited additional localizations. Now you can experience No, I’m not a Human in five additional languages:
Polish
Ukrainian
Italian
Turkish
Arabic
The next thing on our list was a long time coming as well, but it’s finally here – the original soundtrack for the game is releasing on all major platforms! Now if you’re stuck inside your house, you can at least make it NInaH-coded with the 33 tracks to ruminate and dread to.
Pre-save Soundtrack (International
And to wrap it up – No, I’m not a Human Digital Artbook is now available on Steam… FOR FREE! Gaze into the process behind some of the sprites, frame-by-frame dissection of animations, early concepts and more. And, no, it doesn’t tell you who the Visitors really are, sorry.
What’s that? You want more? Well, I guess we can tease you a bit. We’re currently in early stages of developing another content update for No, I’m not a Human. And that one looks to be pretty juicy. And on that note we’re going back to our dwellings to keep working on new updates and even entire new projects. Stay tuned for more news to come, and never lose your humanity.

While you wait for new updates for No, I’m not a Human, we have another game to suggest about doing checks on terrified civilians — Quarantine Zone!
It had just came out and we’ve got in on a sweet deal to setup a bundle for No, I’m not a Human and Quarantine Zone.
Soooo… if you don’t own these games yet, this is an opportune moment to get both “I don’t trust the neighbour” games together.
See you in another post!

No knocking, THEY are already here. But first, we’d like to once again commemorate the incredible support you’ve shown to No, I’m not a Human. Gaze upon the accolades trailer!
More visitors, more events, more stories, more achievements AND Steam Trading Cards? What is this, Christmas? Oh, wait, it almost is… huh.
Well, we truly think that the best way to experience any content update is to play it yourself. As such, we won’t be sharing any more details and leave everything for you to find!
We will share the patch notes, though.
Introduced 12 brand new characters to the game
Added 6 new events for the existing cast of guests
Added one more ending
Added one more dream sequence
Included 11 new achievements. Sorry perfectionists.
Returned the ability to smash that pesky cockroach inside the fridge
Fixed a bug where you could softlock the game by quickly opening the Settings and changing the language during the brief fade-in after starting a new game
When launching the game on Steam Deck it will be automatically set to exclusive fullscreen setting. This should resolve boot up crashes on LCD Steam Decks.
Numerous localization fixes in multiple different languages
Fixed the game failing to load after interacting with the Courier
Happy Holidays, everyone! See you next year. Trioskaz & Critical Reflex

It feels surreal to have this many people play your game, draw tons of amazing fan art and discuss it online. Stunning contrast of human connection and a game about isolation. Thank you, truly! We will forever cherish this moment, and every other milestone shared with you.
Of course, we’re not settling down or instantly moving to another project. Our utmost priority right now is to fix all the annoying bugs and make some QoL adjustments. However, be it as important as it is, this might not sound especially interesting. Well, we agree – and plan to add new content as well! For exa~ \... hold up, someone’s at the door.
Right on cue!
Yup, we’ll be adding new guests! 12 new guests to be precise. All of them being based off of our dear Patreons who have supported No, I’m not a Human all the way back. That’s not all we have planned for the update, though – but we’ll reveal more at a later date.
We’re also working on adding Steam Trading Cards. You might’ve seen the movie cover homages we’ve posted on our socials prior to the game’s release. The plan is to make couple more of those and use them for the trading cards. And yes, we are considering to also make some items for the Point Shop in the future as well.

By the way, if you’re into narrative-heavy horror games, check out Drowned Lake.
Thick, grungy narrative and palpable atmosphere will tug you down to the bottom of a sinister mystery behind an infamous lake. Brazilian folklore is only sparsely covered in games, so this alone warrants keeping an eye on the game
And also, definitely check out our next game – Lost in Roots!
It's a 2D adventure with a tangled story about guilt, in which a girl is kidnapped and held captive in some unknown attic located somewhere inside a giant living Forest in the countryside. Who and why has taken the girl to such godforsaken place? And what do you do when you have nowhere to run?
That’s all for today. Thank you once again for all the support, and see you in another post – sooner than you might expect. “A man would rise from the dead and speak. And people won’t believe him”

Heed the preach and spread the word: No, I’m not a Human is coming out on September 15th. Anticipation, anxiety, pride, and so many more emotions fill us as we approach the date. But it’s inevitable, like Death itself. Don’t go telling your friends just yet, though. First, watch the announcement trailer.
Here’s who, and what to expect on September 15th:
Several dozens of guests – with unique and troubled personalities, and equally hagridden looks;
Multiple endings – waiting for the Apocalypse doesn’t mean you know when and how your own story ends;
Many more things to help you survive the scheming Visitors – we hope you like smoking and drinking kombucha;
Secrets, secrets, secrets – unexpected resolutions to your guests’ stories, hidden rooms, mysterious achievements, and wild things happening outside the window.
At this point we’ve spoiled pretty much all we’d like to spoil before release. The game has so many more new guests, events and features – and all of them will carry a much bigger impact if we keep them a secret.
And if you were wondering, how the early experience compares to the demo – just know that energy management plays a much bigger role now.
The wait is almost over.
Looking for more delightfully dreadful games? Take a look at Eclipsium — a mind-and-heart-bending horror exploration game, where the environment bends and flows like a faulty memory. But, desperate to recover even a sliver of what’s dear, you delve into this mad world ever deeper.
And Carimara: Beneath the forlorn limbs is creepy whimsy about asking the right questions to the weird inhabitants of its grove. Are you willing to lay your head in order to realise someone else’s wish?
This time we’re signing off with a question. Do vultures consume only the deceased? And when the end is all but assured for everyone – does it turn the entire World into a macabre banquet?

Heya! Thank you for playing the demo! And for finding and reporting a bunch of bugs — which we have now fixed. Some of those were… pretty unorthodox, like pulling a guest from their room just to shoot them in another one. But anyway, here are the patch notes, so you can enjoy the demo (and eventually the full game) without these annoyances!
Changed the Super Visitor’s smile in one of his sprites;
Changed the photo of a desktop near the phone to instead feature the photo of the Owner’s wife.
On first launch, the demo turns on the Vsync by default, and sets display resolution as close to 1080p as possible, after accounting for your display’s dimensions (1920x1080 for 16:9, 1728x1090 for 16:10 and etc.). On any subsequent launches, the demo will still save any custom settings you might set.
Fixed the issues with “Who You Gonna Call?”, “Family Dinner” and “Harsh Compromise” achievements;
You can no longer drink all the beer during item-use animation. Sorry, but turns out excessive drinking really is not good for you;
The game no longer softlocks if you get a visit from the FEMA agent, while you have nobody else at your house. He’s just a human after all…
You can no longer “pull out” a guest from their room by quitting it while initiating the dialogue. As such, it’s also not possible to execute them in another room and get softlocked when returning to the guest’s original room;
The fridge and other similar interactables no longer become non-interactable if you spam Exit while opening the fridge;
The game no longer reads the first click on the window as a proper input, when bringing it back from being out-of-focus;
Initial fix for the cursor appearing in 3D parts of the game and blocking you from interactions. We’ve found one potential scenario of this happening, but couldn’t get it show up otherwise. So if you encounter it still — let us know.
Enjoy the demo and Steam Next Fest! And don’t forget to share your feedback with us. Cheers!
New features, new guests, and new experience for multiple runs — The Steam Next Fest Demo is available NOW!
But first, how about a new trailer as well?
Now, let’s get into what you can expect from the updated demo. The guests are waiting.
We’d like to highlight one specific feature in this version first. Because, in our opinion, it adds quite a bit more uncertainty and anxiety to your playthroughs. And that feature is randomization.
Now some of the guests will have their true identity and the day of their appearance randomized on each run. Of course, the most important characters like the Neighbour, the Prophet, the Super Impostor and FEMA soldier still have set parameters and will show up exactly as before. But everyone else? Well, you’d better be careful around them every time.
That’s not everything, though! Here’s the list of other notable features:
Interactive radio — each day you’ll have the opportunity to hear a new broadcast. You’ll have to catch the right frequency to hear it clearly though;
More stuff on the TV — after you’ve watched the morning broadcast, you can tune in for more shows during the day. Maybe something important might pop up there as well, who knows;
New characters — will you risk your safety and let them in, or let them burn in the raging Sun?
Extended backstories for each character — more personality for the guests and more weight to your decisions. Be sure talk to them… or don’t, if you want your conscience to stay clean;
Consumables — true “bachelor fridge” experience, complete with beer and energy drinks. More of them will be featured in the full game;
Achievements — a small selection of feats for you to conquer and some spice for your experience with the demo;
And more — updated dialogues and text, upgraded UI, new sounds, bunch of small fixes and improvements!
One last thing, but arguably even more important than the new features. After you’ve played the updated demo — be sure to fill out the feedback form presented to you after you close the game. We would really value your opinion on the new features, as well as your overall impressions of the demo!
And in case you miss the feedback form, here’s a direct link:

Speaking of: we have a silly little activity going on over at Twitter\\X, where each week the community suggests what we should put into a glass jar to later preserve. Who knows, maybe if all goes well with the jar, it might even appear in-game?

That’s everything… for now at least. Enjoy the updated demo, and don’t forget to let us know your thoughts on it!
