It’s with great pleasure and excitement that I’m rushing to share some news about the project with you.
Yay, I’m writing to you again about our game! Where should I start? Oh, here’s a nice picture :)
Now, seriously. We’ve already written up to the middle of the game’s fifth episode. And that’s just shy of 25% of the entire game. Yes, we originally planned for 20 episodes, but unfortunately, life has a way of throwing a wrench in the works, and in order to finish the game in time for its Steam release, we’ll have to cut back on the number of episodes a bit.
!But this won’t really affect the story itself, because we’ll pack everything that was supposed to be in 20 episodes into these 18.
Even now, as we finish work on the game’s fourth episode, the total playtime for leisurely, thoughtful gameplay already amounts to about four hours. And if you try to unlock all the achievements and find the hidden photos, it’ll take even longer. Yes, Season 3 is going to be huge.
And, damn it, by episode 4, we're already starting to roll out the long-awaited content featuring those characters whose stories have been unfolding slowly.
Yep, yep. You'll be able to watch 18+ scenes featuring almost all of the female characters in the game.
I'm happy to tell you that Janna's sister (Beth) will also get her share of screen time and story development.
Is free roam planned? Yes. It’s already implemented in the first episode. Oddly enough, we won’t be emphasizing free roam in the game, because it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. But we’d like everyone who’s interested in the straightforward storyline to play through the game.
And here’s the main selling point that should make things more interesting: you can’t unlock all the content with just one character build. That’s right—some girls love jerks and roughnecks, while others prefer well-mannered, decent guys.
I'd really love to reach at least 10,000 wishlists as soon as possible—it really motivates me to create more content.
What’s next? I’d like to start a series of posts about the characters and their personalities. I just need to get myself going.
So, let’s aim to get 1,000 wishlists from now on, and I’ll tell you about… Well, let’s say Maria. Yes, she’s one of your favorite bitches :)
