Rabid mutant exploding bunnies have been added to every field. This is not a bug. This is a lifestyle.
The field has been improved for clarity:
The 50-yard line is now located in the end zone, and the end zone is now at midfield. First downs are a state of mind.
New DLC: “OK, Somewhat Popular Demon Hunters” is now available for free. You have already agreed to provide your eternal soul in the EULA.

Added Playoff game mode;
Added Training Camp game mode;
Added 2 NEW and 9 improved and returning Dirty Tricks:
NEW Superstrike - This is a pass play. After the ball is snapped, the quarterback launches a deep pass... to himself. That's right - he'll teleport downfield and reappear under the ball like he's starring in his own highlight reel. If he makes the catch, you take control and try to score before the defense piles on. It's high risk, high reward, and highly likely to score.
NEW Quantum Gambit - This defensive dirty trick rips open a quantum rift at the line of scrimmage. The moment the ball carrier crosses it, they get teleported back toward their own endzone. It's the only play in football where you can sack a guy using theoretical physics. Part teleportation, part humiliation - and 100% legal... for now.
Ginormous - defensive Dirty Trick turns your defender into a towering, havoc-wreaking monster. At the snap, he balloons to colossal size - crushing blockers and causing instant fumbles with bone-shattering hits. Press <X/cross> button for a Smash Wave or <B/circle> button for a Foot Stomp. He deals huge damage but can still be hurt. Take too many hits, and he shrinks back to normal.
Berserk - Before the snap, one defensive player gets jacked full of berserk rage steroids, mutating him into a living weapon. Spikes erupt from his body, all skill ratings max out, he goes into full kill mode, and anyone in his path takes maximum damage. It only lasts a few seconds - but that's more than enough for a body count.
Beast Boost;
Fart;
Roid Rage;
Time Warp;
Warp Speed;
Strawberry Fields;
Warp Speed;
Added 3 new unlockable fantasy teams with stadiums, playbooks, customizations:

Balancing for the Onside Kick coverages;

Improved Help descriptions in the Main Menu and Pause Menu;
Improved Dirty Tricks descriptions;
Improved Custom Team’s name visibility in multiple UI sections;
Fixed the issue causing AI to do not resurrect its players in Dynasty Supreme and Season game modes;
Fixed bug causing Dirty Trick Tesla Coil leaving behind invisible beam after its duration;
Fixed the issue that happened when one of the teams blocked Extra Point and returned for 2 points, after that the game incorrectly allowed to kick Extra Point to the team that just returned one. Now it’s correctly goes into Kickoff after the team returns blocked Extra Point;
Fixed a bug that caused new Rookies to be created without personalization in the second and subsequent seasons of Dynasty Supreme.
Various additional bug fixes.

Happy New Football Season to everyone,
It’s September! Which means a new football season has kicked off — that makes it the perfect time to huddle up for another Mutant Football League 2 update! Just like your favorite undead linebacker, this newsletter is back from the grave to get you up to speed on the latest news, feature updates, and tackle some of the biggest questions you’ve been throwing our way.We’ve been saying Mutant Football League 2 is launching in Fall 2025, and the #1 question we keep getting is: “What’s the exact date?”
The official launch date is… — REDACTED —Yeah, we know—that’s brutal. But here’s the deal: we can’t spill it here without undercutting our official announcement, which we want the gaming press to cover (and more coverage = more eyeballs = more games sold and more mayhem). What we can tell you is that the game is absolutely dropping late Fall—so stay tuned, because the big reveal is coming very soon.The most talked-about feature in Mutant Football League 2 has been Dynasty Supreme, our franchise mode. The big questions from the community have been: When is it coming out? Will we get to play it in Early Access or Game Preview before full release?
We hope so — but we can’t promise anything just yet. Dynasty Supreme is the game’s biggest feature, with hundreds of sub-systems packed inside. There’s nothing we want more than to put this in the hands of our Beta testers, but it’s just not ready. The good news: we’re close. If all goes well, we’re targeting a release for Beta testing within the next few weeks.Here’s what we can confirm: Dynasty Supreme introduces a new league structure featuring 32 parody teams, split into two conferences — Blood and Guts — with four divisions (East, West, North, South) in each, just like the NFL.
BLOOD CONFERENCE
EAST
Nuked London Hatriots
Snuffalo Thrills
Diami Krakens
New Yuck Threats
NORTH
Blitzburgh Steelheads
Leaveland Burns
Brawltimore Razors
Sinsonasty Manglers
WEST
Lost Wages Invaders
Mile High Chronic
Karcass City Creeps
Los Scandalous Volts
SOUTH
Insane Cults
Hexxon Oilers
Gnashville Lycans
Cracksumskull Jugulars
GUTS CONFERENCE
EAST
Malice Hellboys
Killadelphia Evils
Brainwashington Cadavers
New Yuck Tyrants
NORTH
Midway Mutants
Motor City Maniacs
Grim Bay Attackers
Purple Mutant Eaters
WEST
Microhard Mutilators
Cardinal Sins
Sin Fransicko Forty Nightmares
Los Scandalous Damned
SOUTH
Scarolina Panzers
Deadlanta Vultures
New Goreleans Zombies
Terror Bay Mutanteers
All of these teams will be available at launch!
Each new season in Dynasty Supreme begins with a player draft. You’ll draft 7 rookies who are more cost-efficient than veterans, helping balance your roster over time. Drafting is a cornerstone of the mode — and yes, it’s been the “bugaboo” slowing down our Beta release. Our engineers are grinding hard to iron this out, and we expect it to be solved soon.
Dynasty Supreme’s economy is split into two systems:
Salary Cap: The maximum you can spend on player contracts. Trades and Free Agent signings count toward the cap. If you hit the limit, you’ll need to cut pricey veterans to free space. Unused cap rolls over each season.
Team Funds: Money earned and spent while playing. Win games to earn funds, spend them to resurrect dead players. Funds also roll over each season, separate from the cap.
Now it’s your turn—who’s your Mayhem Bowl pick? Drop your predictions in the Discord or Facebook, and let’s see who’s still alive by playoff time.
Q: What is the full game release date for all platforms? A: The official announcement is coming soon. Xbox Series X, PS5, and PC (Steam) will all launch simultaneously.
Q: Will there be a roster update for MFL1? A: No — all focus is now on MFL2. Q: When will Dynasty Supreme be released for Early Access? A: That’s the plan — fingers crossed! Q: Are fantasy teams returning to MFL2? A: Yes! Both fan favorites and brand-new fantasy teams are coming. We’ll announce them soon. Q: Will MFL2 have online crossplay at launch? A: Not at launch, but we’re planning to add it shortly after release. Q: Where are the Werewolves, Aliens, and Demons? A: In MFL1 we had a variety of species, but they all looked nearly identical. With MFL2, we wanted every player to look unique — different hairstyles, facial hair, mutations, tattoos, gear, etc. Since we’re a small, self-funded team, we had to reduce the total number of species at launch. That doesn’t mean aliens or other creatures will never show up. Q: What’s the plan for post-release content? A: Right now, our focus is on shipping the game in late Fall. Post-launch, you can expect more fantasy teams and online crossplay first.A huge thank you to everyone who joined our Steam Early Access and Xbox Games Preview programs. So many of you reported bugs, sent feedback, and suggested features — your support is helping shape Mutant Football League 2. Without you, this game simply wouldn’t be possible.
To our Elite Test Team: your dedication and ideas from day one have been incredible. Your unique player characters will be in the game before launch. You guys rock!Thanks to the People Pounding Away in KyivFinally, we want to recognize our incredible teammates in Kyiv, who continue working through bombings, air raid sirens, and power outages. Your resilience and dedication inspire us every day. Our hearts are with you, and we all pray this war ends soon.About
