The FreeMind Team
Hello everyone!
Our first post-launch content update is now live! Your toilets are about to get even more chaotic, absurd, and unpredictable. Here’s what we’ve prepared for you.
Events on the calendar now come with even more surprises. Eat some hot dogs, prove who truly rules the dance floor, and enjoy a short break from your everyday toilet-management duties.
You can now take part in random draws in front of your toilets. Spin the wheel to win a quick cash boost, or accidentally bring total disaster down on yourself. The risk is yours to take.
Homeless people may now visit your toilets while looking for a place to stay. Over time, an unpleasant smell may appear and scare away customers, but how you deal with the situation is entirely up to you.
The plunger is no longer just for unclogging toilets. You can now use it to deliver justice personally.
Added a status indicator above NPCs when they are vandals.
Changed the bouncer logic so he now catches guests.
Adjusted customization prices.
Updated the overall game balance.
Improved the graffiti artist’s position in the toilet.
Improved the Wheel of Fortune.
Reduced the size of the Wheel of Fortune so it fits better in the game.
Reduced the smell intensity of homeless characters.
Fixed an issue where robots sometimes did not clean properly.
Fixed a bug with the cleaning tutorial.
Fixed an issue with the cleaner NPC.
Fixed a bug where the Wheel of Fortune could not be used after loading a save.
Fixed a bug where box slots could become corrupted.
Fixed a bug where players could spray a clean wall.
As always, thank you for playing and reporting bugs. Your feedback helps us keep improving the game, one deeply questionable toilet-related decision at a time.
More updates are coming!

Some people see it as the future. Others see it as a threat. Most discussions focus on what AI can do.
We find ourselves asking a different question:
As game developers, we're fascinated by the relationship between technology and trust. Not because technology is inherently good or bad, but because people tend to accept systems they don't fully understand as long as those systems appear to work.
That idea eventually became the foundation of a project we're currently working on: Future Sauce Dispenser.
Future Sauce Dispenser is a dystopian satire set in the year 2145. In this world, humanity has become dependent on automated systems to the point where people can no longer function without AI-approved sauce. What begins as an absurd joke quickly turns into a commentary on dependency, automation, convenience, and the gradual erosion of critical thinking.
One question we've already received is why some visuals, text, and trailer elements intentionally use AI-generated content.
The answer is simple:
Because imperfection is part of the message.
The world of Future Sauce Dispenser is built around systems that are trusted despite being flawed. Systems that produce strange results, occasional inconsistencies, and outcomes nobody fully understands anymore.
Not as a celebration of AI, and not as a replacement for creativity, but we thought that the storytelling and the setting of choice is not enough to punch through. We chose to show it with form... a 100% AI trailer, with all the glitches and bugs and imperfections it made.
Future Sauce Dispenser isn't a game about sauce.
It's a game about what happens when convenience becomes more important than understanding.
It's about trusting systems because they work "well enough."
It's about a future that feels ridiculous right up until it starts feeling familiar.
Some people describe the game as "Idiocracy turned into gameplay."
We don't entirely disagree.
If you'd like to see what we've been working on, you can learn more about Future Sauce Dispenser on Steam.
And remember:
No sauce. No function.
In this patch, we focused mainly on bug fixes, economy balance, and overall gameplay improvements.
Fixed an issue where cleaning robots could get stuck in doorways.
Significantly reduced how often dirt appears.
Increased earnings from tips.
Increased the maximum price limit for toilet entry.
Fixed an issue with incorrect warehouse worker behavior.
Improved the position and visuals of the employee board.
Fixed an issue where the cursor could disappear after using Alt + Tab.
Fixed the amenities list in the rating panel.
Added validation for one tutorial quest case related to the vandal.
Thanks for all the reports and your patience. We’re continuing to fix, clean up, and improve the game, which is exactly what the cleaning robots apparently couldn’t do without a patch!

Hello Janitors!
🛠️ Bugfix Update is now live!
A new patch has arrived, because apparently even toilets need a plumber with a wrench and trauma in his eyes.
In this update, we fixed:
✅ stability and functionality of the save system ✅ an issue where Beauty Meter data wasn’t loading correctly ✅ displaying the status of occupied stalls ✅ a bug that allowed the toilet to be opened too early during the tutorial ✅ reduced how often dirt appears ✅ significantly lowered employee maintenance costs ✅ the description of the achievement about throwing a bag into the trash, because to unlock it, you need to throw in an NPC. Yes, exactly. An NPC. 🙂

Seeing people finally play Mr Toilet means a lot to us.
Now it’s time to clean some toilets.
See you in the restroom.
Tomorrow is the big day.
Mr Toilet launches into Early Access tomorrow at 3 PM CEST!
Over the past months, we’ve been working on turning the chaos of managing a public restroom into a full management sandbox filled with unpredictable NPCs, upgrades, disasters, and surprisingly satisfying cleaning gameplay.
Today, we want to give you a quick look at what you can expect on day one of Early Access.
Mr Toilet is a first-person management simulator where you run and expand your own public toilet business. Your job is simple:
Keep the toilets clean. Keep customers happy. Prevent a complete disaster.
Of course, things rarely go according to plan.
You’ll deal with vandals, overflowing trash, clogged toilets, terrible smells, impatient visitors, and nonstop maintenance — all while trying to grow your restroom empire.
Take direct control of your business from a fully first-person perspective. Walk around your facility, react to problems in real time, and personally handle the daily chaos.
Scrub toilets, clean floors, remove dirt, and keep everything under control before customers start leaving bad reviews.
Interact directly with visitors:
Collect entrance fees
Throw troublemakers out
Kick out disruptive NPCs
Handle difficult customers
Set and balance the toilet entrance fee to maximize profits without ruining your reputation.
Your restroom quality matters. Cleanliness, service quality, smell, and overall management affect customer ratings and reputation.
Order supplies, monitor stock levels, and refill essential items before they run out.
Handle overflowing trash bins, replace garbage bags, and unlock automation systems to reduce manual work.
Expand your facility with:
Additional space
More sinks
Extra stalls
Urinals
Improve efficiency with upgrades such as:
Cleaning robots
Payment gates
Better ventilation
Advanced utility systems
Additional management tools
Hire workers and unlock upgrades that automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
Decorate your toilet and place special items that increase attractiveness and customer satisfaction.
The toilet constantly becomes dirty over time, depending on traffic, customer behavior, and special events.
Toilets can clog and create emergencies that require immediate action.
Not every visitor respects the rules. Expect:
Graffiti artists
Smokers
Mess makers
Aggressive customers
Large events can massively increase traffic. Concerts, matches, and other city events may flood your restroom with customers.
Bad smells affect customer satisfaction. Maintain proper air quality and ventilation to keep your restroom usable.
Manage your own staff, including:
Cleaners
Security guards
Stock workers
Expand beyond your main facility with an additional outdoor management area featuring portable toilets in a park.
Unlock achievements as you grow your business, survive disasters, and master the art of public toilet management.
This is only the start.
Early Access allows us to keep improving Mr Toilet together with the community. We already have many ideas planned for future updates, improvements, balancing, additional systems, and more chaotic situations.
Your feedback will help shape the future of the game.

Follow and add Mr Toilet to your wishlist to stay up to date!
Mr Toilet TeamHey folks!
It’s been just a month since we started working on Mr Toilet, and things are finally starting to flush properly. The bathroom is getting busier, messier, and somehow… alive.
Here’s what we’ve added and fixed lately:
– Smarter NPCs: they now buy drinks, admire themselves in the mirror, and even try sneaking in without paying. – Dirt & cleaning system: floors, toilets, sinks, mirrors - everything gets dirty and needs your attention (yes, even unclogging). – Stock system: toilet paper, soap, trash bags - all consumable, all restockable. – Expanded interactions: pick up NPCs, throw them out, or discipline them with your mop. – Radial tool menu: faster switching between your cleaning weapons. – Trash collection & disposal: full bags now go straight to the dumpster. – Massive visual overhaul: We've redesigned the whole toilet and its surroundings!
There’s still a ton to do, but the core systems are finally in and working surprisingly well (most of the time). Thanks for sticking around and watching us turn this mess into a game.
Follow us and wishlist now to stay up to date!
