Greetings, Lords:
Back to the Ming Dynastylaunches soon. Before you buy, a candid word.
This game isn’t perfect—far from it.
We know its flaws:
Limited art—no elaborate portraits or cutscenes.
~30 hours of content; depth and variety need work.
Balance is still being tuned; some builds may frustrate.
It’s the “best a small team could deliver.”
We won’t oversell it. Constraints stifled our ambitions, but we persist.
The road was rough.
Three devs, laid off, crammed in a rental. No backing, no publisher—just watching the bank balance.
We nearly quit. But we pushed through—not for glory, just to finish.
This isn’t the end; it’s our new beginning. Having navigated self-publishing alone, we’ll do better next time. With your support.
So we invite you along.
Truth is, our next game is undecided. Half-built prototypes, scattered ideas—we won’t guess blindly.
We dare ask you to be “Cloud Shareholders”:
Launch buyers get exclusive camp access.
Discuss raw concepts for our next game. Vote on core mechanics, themes, art style.
We’ll share every struggle and reset, unfiltered.
Cloud Shareholders automatically become pioneers in our next title.
One last thing:
If this game isn’t for you—we understand.
If you’ll give us a chance—thank you. Every update will honor your trust.
Let’s begin again.
The Back to the Ming DynastyTeam
Chongqing, a night we refuse to quit.
