It’s been a little while, but we’re excited to finally roll out a fresh update for Meme Mayhem!

Aliensrock has officially landed in the game

This new character comes with unique mechanics designed to open up new combo paths and playstyles, and we can’t wait for you to try them out.

We have also added Japanese Localization support!

• All character-specific artifacts now display their character restrictions in the discovery page — great news for achievement hunters!
• When obtaining an artifact that can be used to craft multiple combo artifacts, the game will now prompt you to choose which one to combine.
• Added a cool visual effect for Time Traveler on the character selection screen.
• Added a "Random Character" button to the right side of the character selection screen.
• Expanded support for Workshop updates:
• Summon support added! You can now easily create summonable entities for combat (like barrels, pistols, cakes, robots, etc.). Tutorials and examples have been added to our Workshop GitHub repo!

• Starting this week, the ascension level at which the difficulty of the initial wave stops increasing will depend on the strength of the starting relics. (This week, difficulty scaling for the initial wave will stop at ascension 30.)
• Custom Mode is now available immediately after completing the tutorial.
• The entry point for the Multiplayer Mode has been moved to main menu.
• The ranking rules for the Multiplayer have been optimized. Rankings are now determined solely by wave count and time, regardless of whether the time limit is exceeded. (Exceeding the time limit will still result in a game over.)

• Time Traveler now starts with 10 Energy Regeneration
• Introducing “Quick Join” for multiplayer—jump into action instantly and play with Meme Lords from around the world!

• Introduced a new API function for modders to change the avatar dynamically during combat, enabling real-time transformations and enhanced customization.
• Resolved an issue where "No Time For Swing" occasionally work with the "Wrath" status.

• Custom Seeds: Players will use the same character and identical game settings, based on a shared seed, for a truly even playing field.
• Leaderboards: Rankings are determined by the highest wave reached and the time taken to get there.
