There are only 3 DAYS LEFT until the Kickstarter for our latest yuri visual novel project, GOOD LUCK BABY!, draws to a close!

GOOD LUCK BABY!'s story revolves around our two leading girls – Hifumi Tanaka and Kasumi Itou – unravelling the mysteries behind the sudden appearance of a baby with wings, a halo, and strange powers on their doorstep. The mystery runs deeper than they could ever imagine, with the fate of the world itself resting in this tiny baby's hands. What is their role in this path fate has sent them down, and just who is the ruthless villain trying to snatch the baby away at any cost? GOOD LUCK BABY! is currently set to release on Steam and itch.io for PC in Winter 2022! Our campaign has been overwhelmingly successful thus far. If this level of funding makes it past the finish line, GOOD LUCK BABY! will release with four full story routes to enjoy: the main story, the Hoshino/Usagi romance route, a route in which the villainous Empress Metis beats the heroes, and a murder mystery vacation route that will be similar in tone to LOVE BAKUDAN's extra route. The game will also launch with a higher price point upon release (likely $25 CAD / ~$20 US), so all Kickstarter backers will receive their copy at over 50% discount ($12 CAD / ~$9 US) in addition to receiving any cool reward tier prizes you pledged towards on GOOD LUCK BABY!'s launch day! We are now closing in on our 14th and final stretch goal: partial voice acting, at $20,000 CAD. If this goal is reached, all of the in-game CGs will be voice acted! This will be a first for a Noodletub project, so we hope we can reach this high and implement such an exciting feature into the game. It would truly be a dream come true for us. As of this posting we're only $1,300 CAD (~$1,000 US) away from achieving this goal, so we've got our fingers crossed! 😊 This past month has been an absolutely wild ride, and we truly can't thank you all enough for your support; whether that's come in the form of a generous pledge, some kind words, or just showing your excitement, it's meant the world to our tiny two-person team.

Is a yuri visual novel that includes mystery, drama, and girls falling in love amidst an unbelievable situation. If funding proves to be extra successful, it will launch with three fully realized routes – each of which features a focus on different characters, an original story, and tons of yuri! This is a story we here at Noodletub have been working on for a long time now, and we're so happy to finally unveil it to the world. But it needs your help! Without the generous pledges of Kickstarter backers, we won't be able to fund the project. All Kickstarter backers who pledge to get a copy of GOOD LUCK BABY! Version 2.0 of LOVE BAKUDAN is finally LIVE! With this update comes a big batch of new content, some QoL tweaks, and - as far as we know - all bug/typo fixes to boot. Read on below to see the particulars... - NEW EXTRA SCENES - A whopping 28 new Extra scenes have been added to the game, 100% free of charge! Chinami, Hazuki Mishima, and Ayame Tokugawa now have their own dedicated extras to enjoy. Each main love interest also has two new extras each; come and see what your favourite characters have been getting up to as of late! These new scenes are unlocked by the following methods: Chinami - finish Angel's route. Ayame - finish Yuki's route. Hazuki - finish Teru's route. Main Cast - by completing their respective routes. As this was an overhaul of the game, there may be some compatibility issues between saved data from older versions of LOVE BAKUDAN; as of right now, it sounds like some players have experienced this, while some have not. If you had previously completed these routes​ in the 1.0 release of the game and the new extra scenes are not present, you can unlock them quickly by doing the quiz to get on the character's route and holding down Control to skip all dialogue. You can find a guide to all quiz answers here.​ We're very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. - DARK MODE - Reading your dirty book collection just got a little comfier. We appreciated all the feedback we got regarding them, and we listened to the main request - which was a dark mode! The erotic novels now include a black background option, which you can now change to as you see fit. With this handy addition, now is the perfect time to re-read some of your favourite erotic novels, or crack open the books you haven't gotten around to looking at yet! - JUKEBOX - A jukebox function that allows you to listen to the soundtrack of LOVE BAKUDAN at any time. Though it's not just a straightforward music player; Akiyama's very own Sei Itou listens along with you! She has a little comment relating to every single one of the game's 80+ songs, so dip in and see what she has to say sometime. The jukebox is unlockable once you complete your first route. If you completed a route prior to this update, the jukebox should be immediately available to check out. - GENERAL FIXES - - Two game interrupting bugs have been fixed in Sei and Akane's routes. Thank you to everyone who reported these! - General typing errors and formatting have been fixed. - Transitions of sprites have been made smoother. - Various sound effects and songs have been changed. - The Extra Scenes page has been overhauled with a sleek new look! - Ah, and there's a single new line of dialogue in Teru's route...
