Hello everyone,
I wanted to give you all a quick update on the development of Season 2 of Law School. Work is progressing well, and everything remains on track.
Episode 4 was completed last December.
Episode 5 is shaping up to be a massive one, easily the biggest episode so far, and I expect it to be completed within the next 2 to 3 months. That means development is currently staying on schedule.
What makes this especially satisfying is that I have continued pushing the scope further. Season 2 includes more animations across the board, from LEWD scenes to smaller everyday moments, as well as the addition of full cutscenes.
Bringing more life to Law School has always been one of my main goals, but in the past I was limited by my skills as a developer. Thankfully, with some encouragement from fellow developers, I decided to take on cutscene work, and I am very happy with the results so far.
You can already see an example of that work right there on X (Twitter).
My goal is to keep improving in that area, both in quality and speed. Over time, these cutscenes will gradually replace many of the transition animations I have used between scenes up to now.
Creating them takes a great deal of care and attention to detail (I spent 6 days on this one, what I would usually spend on a LEWD scene). Every sequence has to be handled frame by frame, often across hundreds or even thousands of frames, to ensure proper lip sync with the voice acting. It is demanding work, but also very rewarding, and it has helped me grow a great deal as an animator.
As for the current numbers, Season 2 now stands at:
Static renders: 5,580 Animations: 170 Words: 75,199
I will spare you the full breakdown of things like soundtrack count and other metrics, but those have grown considerably as well. I am especially happy with how the Season 2 soundtrack is coming together.
Overall, I am very pleased with the progress being made and excited to share more with you soon. The next time I post an announcement here, it will hopefully be to confirm the completion of Episode 5 and the launch of the Law School - Season 2 Steam page.
Thank you for reading, and thank you for your patience. I am working as quickly as I can to deliver something worth the wait.
See you all later, MisterMaya
Hello everyone!
Five years ago I started my journey making AVNs, beginning with The Entrepreneur. About two and a half years ago, that journey continued with Law School. To celebrate, I’m running discounts for the next 7 days:
The Entrepreneur is 50% off
Law School is 25% off
Coincidentally enough, my friend Lemon, the dev behind Projekt Passion and After the Inferno also started as a dev 5 years ago, so we decided we'll group two of our characters and each do a special render for the occasion. Do check him out, as he's one of the greated devs out there!
Thanks again for being part of this journey, and I hope you enjoy!

Hello everyone. I hope you are all doing well, and that 2026 has been treating you nicely so far.
I wanted to share a quick progress update. As I mentioned in my previous devlog, Episode 4 was completed after about five months of work, and I am now fully focused on Episode 5. After changing my animation workflow, I spent some time tackling a very long, complex lewd scene. That one is finally behind me, and I am now moving on to the next.
Here are the current numbers for Season 2:
Static renders: 4,195
Animations: 99
Story content: 62,837 words
Progress has been solid, and I am hopeful I can wrap this episode up within the next four months.
Once it is finished, I will be able to set up the Steam page for Season 2 so I can show you more images and a trailer.
Other than that, nothing new. Work is staying on schedule, and I am happy with the output lately.
I will keep working hard. In the meantime, I hope you all have a great one!

Hello everyone,
Here is the first development update for Law School - Season 2.
It is still a bit early for me to create the Steam page for Season 2, so for now I will share updates here.
I am happy to say that the first episode of Law School - Season 2 is now complete. It includes close to 3,100 renders, 70 animations, and a completely new soundtrack that I am very pleased with.
As many of you already know, Law School - Season 1 was not released in Early Access, because I felt this would not do the game justice. Season 2 will follow the same approach.
I will keep updating you from time to time, but rest assured that I am working hard on Season 2.
That is all for this short update. I am very grateful for all the feedback Law School - Season 1 has received. I hope this last month of 2025 is full of happiness for you and that you get to spend it with your loved ones.
See you soon,
MisterMaya

Hello everyone, It's probably my 10th build today. Thanks to the help of a coder friend that plays the game, I may have been able to fix the broken saves. We ran this test on mutliple Steam accounts, with different saves, and it worked out every time. The patch is simple, open the broken saves, and you'll be met with a warning black screen and the message "Your save failed to load! Do you want to try and recover it?" Just follow instructions, click once or twice, and create a new save. This new save will work and you will keep your progression. Thanks for your patience, MisterMaya
I've fixed the achievements issue + it should be aligned with the latest patch. The issue was on my end because my windows files got corrupted a few weeks ago, and I couldn't have foreseen it. If your old saves are nuked with this patch, I'm very sorry but there's no fix against that. I'll do my best not to let it happen again. Apologies for the delay! MisterMaya

Hello everyone,
First of all, thank you so much to each and every one of you who has taken the time to play the game. I’m truly grateful for the kind reviews and the thoughtful feedback you’ve shared. I hope you’ve enjoyed the experience so far!
It has already been a month since the release of Law School: Season 1, and I wanted to celebrate by sharing a few updates with you.
A Chinese translation will be added in early September. The Spanish version is also in progress and, if it is not ready in time, it will follow a bit later.
Work on Law School: Season 2 began just over a month ago. It is a big project, and it will take some time to complete. Like Season 1, there will not be an early access version. I would rather deliver it to you as a complete experience once it is ready. I appreciate your patience and want you to know I am working hard to make it worth the wait.
Along the way, I will share updates whenever we hit major milestones so you will always know how things are progressing.
That is it for now! Once again, thank you all for your support and feedback. Reading positive reviews not only helps the game, it also puts a smile on my face and help me push forward. If I could, I would give each of you a fist bump, but for now this message will have to do. 👊
Take care, MisterMaya
