The music of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is returning to the stage throughout the rest of the year, with various dates across the Czech Republic.
It'll make for an unforgettable evening with Jan Valta's music but don't worry if you can't attend one of the concerts. We'll be filming the performance in Kutna Hora and once edited, we'll share the concert online for you to watch at home.

We bear amazing news.
Thanks to the outstanding support of our community, we were able to donate $65,324 to the preservation of Pirkštejn Castle in Rataje nad Sázavou, the very castle many of you know from Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
During the recent Steam Medieval Fest, we pledged to donate $1 for every copy of Kingdom Come: Deliverance sold. And once again, you proved that this community is something truly special.
What began as a simple initiative to support a real historical landmark turned into a beautiful reminder of how deeply the world of Kingdom Come is connected to the real places that inspired it.
For Warhorse Studios, the KCD regions have never been just reference points on a map. Since the earliest days of development, we have worked closely with local partners across the regions, from Rataje and its castles to the Sázava Monastery in KCD1 and many other places for KCD2 that helped us bring medieval Bohemia to life. Their knowledge, generosity, and trust played a huge role in shaping the authenticity of Kingdom Come: Deliverance.

One of the people at the very heart of that relationship is Father Radim Cigánek. For more than ten years, he has been a close partner and friend of Warhorse Studios. Back when Kingdom Come: Deliverance was still in development, he opened doors for our team across the region, quite literally. He helped us access places that are normally closed to the public, guided us through local history, and allowed us to document castles, monasteries, interiors, landscapes, and details that would later find their way into the game.
Today, Father Radim is one of the driving forces behind the reconstruction of Pirkštejn Castle. He initiated the preservation effort, takes care of the castle, and remains deeply involved in the cultural and historical life of the wider Sázava region, including the Sázava Monastery.
That is why this donation means so much to us.
It feels incredibly special to give something back to a region that has given so much to our game, our studio, and our players. And even more special that we were able to do it together with you.

Over the years, the connection between Kingdom Come and the real Sázava region has only grown stronger. Thanks to passionate local organizers, fans, and partners, events like the annual Rattay Tournament and the Kingdom Come fan museum have helped turn this connection into something living and tangible.
It is amazing to see how the game continues to break through the fourth wall. What started as a digital journey through medieval Bohemia has brought players from all over the world to real Czech villages, castles, monasteries, forests, and roads. Places that once inspired the game are now being rediscovered by the very people who first encountered them through Henry’s story.
And now, together, we have helped preserve one of those places.
To everyone who bought the game, shared the campaign, visited the region, or simply helped spread the word:

Perched above the Sázava River, Pirkštejn Castle has stood as a silent witness to centuries of Czech history. Built around 1350 by Jan of Lipá, the castle once guarded vital trade and pilgrimage routes. Over time, it lost its strategic role, passing through noble families and gradually falling into disrepair.

For fans of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, Pirkštejn is more than a historical landmark, it’s a living part of the game’s world. Players experience the castle firsthand during key story moments, defending it and uncovering its secrets alongside characters like Henry of Skalitz and Hans Capon. Over time, Pirkštejn also becomes Henry’s home, a place of refuge that anchors his journey within the broader conflict.
Now, the real-world castle needs help. Reconstruction work, starting with the belfry roof, is already underway, led by the local parish in Rataje nad Sázavou. To support this effort, we are launching a fundraising initiative tied to the Steam Medieval Fest, running from April 20 to April 26, 2026.
This initiative is more than a fundraiser, it’s a continuation of a long-standing relationship. During the development of the first game, local partners, including the Sázava Monastery, provided invaluable access and historical insight. Since then, the area has become a destination for fans from around the world.
By contributing to the restoration of Pirkštejn, we want to reinforces our commitment to historical authenticity, strengthens ties with the local community, and invite players to reconnect with the origins of the Kingdom Come experience.
With over 11 milions of copies of Kingdom Come: Deliverance sold, the potential impact is significant. Now is the moment to turn that momentum into something lasting, preserving a real piece of history for generations to come.
Small patch with a couple of fixes, the most noticable being the issues which affected the HD sounds, improving how KCD sounds.
Here are the full list of changes for this update.
Fixed issue where the title would lock up when pressing the ‘delete’ key in any menu except the keybinds menu.
Fixed issue when creating a new game from the pause menu where items or their state could carry over to the new game.
Fixed issue where the HD Sounds DLC files would not be used.
Fixed issue where the HD Voiceover DLC patch paks would not load.
Updated HD Sounds DLC banks with the latest sound data.
