Thank you all for your feedback and continued investment in this project! Today we have a few bug fixes and QOL additions to hold you over until the next content update coming out later this upcoming week.

QOL Additions / Balance Changes

• Added additional visual guides in Book 3 to help players understand the ticket system

• Added limit to how many of the same directional orders can occur in Book 3 as to not unfairly overwhelm the player with the same order types

• Added global placement percentile calculator to the scoreboard

• Improved level select visuals a bit

Fixes

• Fixed stuttering in Book 4

• Fixed inconsistencies / misbehaviors with the leaderboard in main menu level select

• Fixed square outline of the cellmate in Book 5

• Fixed egg trails not appearing as the same color as the egg with the custom egg color select

Thank you all for your support today! We've been paying close attention to your feedback and have got the message that the base game's difficulty makes the game inaccessible for some players. To remedy this we have added "Hatchling" difficulty for players new to Eggstein-type games.

EASY MODE

"Hatchling" difficulty significantly reduces Jeffrey Eggstein's difficulty. It can be selected upon the start of a new game, or enabled for a Chapter after failing a Chapter twice. Players playing on Hatchling difficulty will have a reduced multiplier when their score is calculated. We will refine this mode as player feedback is received. The base difficulty is now referred to as "Eggspert" and is the recommended experience for players seeking a challenge. More difficult challenges will be added soon! BUG FIXES / MINOR CHANGES

• Increased cursor visibility - the cursor will no longer disappear when highlighting objects in the environment.

• The chapter's email can now be reviewed from the death screen.

• Book 3 (The Plane) now properly displays custom egg colors in the basket UI

• DDOL game handler objects no longer stack infinitely

• A few other secret things
