In Iron Offensive, you won't find battle passes, cosmetic tiers, or microtransactions designed to fill gaps. I have eliminated any system that infantilizes the experience. My model is based exclusively on Operations: blocks of technical development that constantly expand the base game.
How does my Operations model work?
Each Operation is a chapter that integrates new content directly into your Base Game. It is not an isolated DLC; it is a piece that adds to everything that came before it.
Expansion of the Theater of Operations: I don't work with closed maps. Each Operation adds new terrain to existing maps and introduces new ones, transforming the front line into a progressively massive environment.
Combat Logistics: Each new Operation introduces significant tactical assets: from third-generation tanks, technical upgrades for armored vehicles from past operations, optimization of existing weapons and new weaponry, improvements for FPV drones and new models, new ground drones, as well as new game modes and operational missions, all with realistic physics and behaviors.
Universal Front Access: My system allows any player to access the map regardless of whether they own the license for the current operation or not. However, if you do not have the license, you will not receive the base map expansion or the expanded zones corresponding to that Operation, and you will not be able to use its exclusive content. You will be able to play on the new map and earn currency, but you will not be able to perform extractions of equipment or tactical assets exclusive to that Operation.
Exclusive Content: Each Operation license unlocks the tactical tools developed in that block: exclusive weapons, vehicles, drones, and access to the expanded map zones.
Operational Pricing Linked to Development Volume
The cost of each Operation ranges between 12,99€ and 22,99€. The price difference is not arbitrary; it is a direct reflection of the technical work involved:
The Base Game (16,99€): Your entry to the front. The Base Game is the foundational Operation of Iron Offensive. It is not a stripped-down version; it is the full simulator. Upon purchase, you gain total access to the core mechanics: extraction system, armory, in-game economy, and an initial 5 km² map designed with operational missions, drone deployment, and tactical vehicles. It is the most comprehensive technical expansion to establish the front line.
Base Operations (12,99€): Expansions focused on new mechanics, specific weaponry, maps, and tactical deployment upgrades.
Major Operations (up to 22,99€): Modules that include massive terrain expansion, complex new armored units, high-level tactical AI system integration, and much more.
FOUNDER PACK: TOTAL ACCESS
For a one-time payment of 46,99€, you lock in the game. You will have total access to all present and future Operations, with no additional payments or individual license management. Attention: This pack is a limited-time opportunity; it will only be available at 46,99€ during the first two months after the launch, starting from July 29th. After that, it will increase to 86,99€.
Profitability calculation: If I launch 12 Operations each year at a minimum cost of 12,99€ each, the annual expense amounts to 155,88€. With the FOUNDER PACK of 46,99€, the guaranteed minimum saving is 108,89€ per year. It is the purchase of total sovereignty over the game's content, eliminating the operational cost of each expansion.
REAL EXPANSION VS. PLAYER SEGMENTATION
Unlike other extractions on the market that use bundles and editions to sell artificial competitive advantages, VIP access, or expanded starting inventory to create financial hierarchies among users (pay-to-win), in Iron Offensive the value is strictly technical and content-based.
No Artificial Account Advantages: You will never pay for structural improvements like carrying more material natively or having starting advantages in your inventory. The initial deployment rules and the basic logistical capacity of the soldiers are identical for everyone on the front; your success depends on tactical execution, not your wallet.
Technical Differentiation, No "Pay-to-Win": If you enter combat in an Operation without owning its license, you will be limited to the tools of the Base Game or your acquired Operations. You will not be able to deploy or extract equipment exclusive to that new block (new drone models, armored variants, or specific weaponry). However, this does not mean the armory of the new Operation is numerically superior or "breaks" the game's balance; it is simply a different, specialized arsenal adapted to that terrain. The base game is a complete and lethal simulator on its own.
But isn't it Pay-to-Win if I can't use the weaponry of an Operation I don't own?
No, not at all. Each Operation is an expansion that works in two directions: on one hand, it injects terrain and technical upgrades that permanently expand the global ecosystem of your Base Game; on the other, it opens up a new experience, an independent scenario with its own deployment and logistics.
The model is completely shielded against Pay-to-Win by pure technical architecture:
Each Operation is a sealed environment: To avoid tactical imbalances, exclusive content from Operations is never mixed. If you are playing in Operation 2, no one can deploy weaponry or drones from Operation 1 or future expansions. The only common and universal arsenal is that of the Base Game. This ensures that there are no unbalanced equipment combinations or cross-advantages.
The Base Game is the common oasis: In the map and missions of the Base Game, content from all Operations is completely banned. No one can introduce paid technology into the foundational simulator. Here, everyone fights under the exact same conditions.
Universal access as a guest: If your friend acquires the license for Operation 2 and you don't, you can join them in combat on that new map for free. You enter as a guest using the Base Game arsenal. There is no Pay-to-Win because your friend can only use the specific technology developed for that scenario, while you operate with the standard lethality of the simulator.
You do not pay for power or competitive advantages; you pay for the right to operate with the exclusive technology of that new battlefront. If you do not own the license, the base game remains a complete and lethal simulation tool to accomplish the mission. In Iron Offensive, Pay-to-Win does not exist because advantages do not cross paths. Those who pay for an Operation do not buy power to crush Base Game players; they buy the right to expand their simulator and operate with that specific technology within the new battlefronts.
Sovereignty of your investment
When you acquire an operational license, you are not paying for a subscription that expires. You are funding the development of that front, and in exchange, you obtain permanent ownership of the equipment, vehicles, and access to the operational zones of that expansion. With each new Operation I launch, the content you already own becomes larger and deeper, expanding the previous map and consolidating the global ecosystem.
This is a tactical simulator in constant expansion. I don't sell costumes, I build the front line.
The next Operation is already in development. Deployment is immediate.
