After a lot of late nights, questionable quantities of caffeine, and more "I'll just fix one more thing" moments than I'd like to admit, Idle Regenerator officially launches on Steam at 12:00 AM this Friday.
First of all, thank you.
Whether you've wishlisted the game, followed development, or you're just stumbling across it today, I genuinely appreciate you taking an interest in something I've poured a lot of time and energy into. As a solo developer, every player matters, and every bit of support helps more than you probably realize.
So what is Idle Regenerator?
It's an incremental game built around steady progression, meaningful upgrades, and the satisfaction of watching your Hero grow from humble beginnings into something wonderfully ridiculous. If you enjoy optimization, unlocking new systems, discovering better strategies, and chasing that "just one more upgrade" feeling, I think you'll have a good time.
Of course, no game launches perfectly.
Despite countless hours of testing, there is a very real possibility that someone will somehow click the one button combination that summons a bug I have never seen before. Players are incredibly talented at finding those. If that happens, please let me know.
The Steam Discussion Boards will be the best place to report bugs, ask questions, suggest features, or just share your thoughts. I'll be checking them regularly, and they're where I'll post information about known issues, upcoming patches, and development updates.
Player feedback is something I take seriously. I can't promise every suggestion will make it into the game, but I can promise I'll read them, think about them, and use them to help guide future development.
My plan is to continue supporting Idle Regenerator well after launch. That means regular bug-fix updates when issues come up, along with content updates that expand the game over time. I already have plenty of ideas I'd like to add, and I'm looking forward to seeing what the community wants most.
Most importantly, I hope you have fun.
Thank you again for giving me a chance. I sincerely hope Idle Regenerator earns a spot in your game library, and I can't wait to see how all of you manage to break my questionably balanced game in ways I never expected.
See you at launch!
