Hollow's Land news & patch notes

It's been a long time since I last posted! Sorry about that. HL was suppose to be released this year but due to people deciding it's a good idea to just drop everything and leave, it's not possible. I tried to keep production going but at the moment it's completely stopped until I get a loyal production team behind me. I don't wanna throw a date out there randomly just to please everybody. I work on HL in my free time because I believe in my vision and I want to see it through. I want to say thank you to everyone who has been patient and loyal. I ran into this with out a plan B. Hey! First off sorry if all these announcements are getting annoying! Okay so I decied to change the look of the game dramticly because to be honest I didn't like. Things like this will happen because it's still in development! Here is a sneek peak at a model I done today. I don't want to tell you what it is suppose to be I want you to post in the comments what you thing it is so then I know I got it right! Hey! Sorry for all the announcements! So I was thinking of starting over with new classes because I feel like the classes: Warrior, Wizard and Warlock are over used. So I want to bring something new to the table ! I was thinking something like this: Banshee, Cultist and Elemental ? Just a thought! What do you guys suggest? Maybe you could give me some ideas? Or maybe you'd like to see a certain class? Thanks!

Hey Well it's been awhile since I last posted sorry about that! (Please rage at me in the comment section) As you know I'm doing this by myself and I'm not complaing at all I actually really enjoy doing this but anywho. The development is going really slow, slower than I expected. This is because of things happening in my life etc. I've also been accepted into the college I want to go to wohoo! Now things will start to pick up but starting from September they will go slow again becuase I will be starting college. I've also changed the engine from Unity 3D to UDK-4. UDK-4 is now free is anyone is interesed in trying it out. Factions are coming along great and I think Factions will be #1 feature in the game for players. I'm also trying to get more people on this project to speed things up. I will probably get a full team in September but who knows? If you're interesed drop me a message. Once again I am really sorry about suddenly disapearing! Bye for now! :D

Early Access

The reason early access isn't going to happen is because I don't want people to pay for an unfinished game and it opens the game up for a lot of bad reviews and of course that will have a negative impact on the game's reputation and players will think twice on playing the game.

Alpha / Beta

Yes! This is happening and I am looking forward to it as much as you all are. Alpha is going to be FREE! Everyone is welcome to try it out. Beta will also be free (just confiming this for people who don't understand how it works). Sadly not everyone is invited to Beta. You will be able to sign up soon on my forums for Alpha access. Dates will be confimed later in the month.
