We are thrilled to announce that Graphite is now available on Steam!
Graphite is a tactical roguelike RPG about planning under pressure, building a party from the tools each run gives you, and surviving a fantasy world born from a child's drawings.
Plan your actions on a living timeline, watch enemy intent unfold before it lands, and decide whether to interrupt, defend, delay, or gamble on one more action.
Some runs will become flawless tactical victories.
Others will become unforgettable lessons with dramatic consequences.
Both are part of the experience.
Enemies don't simply wait politely for their turn.
Their actions are placed on a timeline, giving you valuable information before danger strikes.
Every encounter becomes a series of meaningful decisions:
🛡️ Do you stop the incoming attack?
❤️ Protect a vulnerable party member?
⚡ Push for more damage?
⏳ Delay the enemy long enough to recover?
Victory isn't just about having bigger numbers.
It's about using time better.
No two runs are the same.
Each adventure gives you new opportunities to shape your strategy.
Recruit party members, upgrade skills, collect powerful artifacts, explore mysterious events, and discover synergies that can transform your team into something completely unexpected.
The goal isn't finding one perfect build.
It's discovering what this run allows you to become.
Graphite moves between the real and the imagined.
The battles unfold through a hand-sketched visual style, but the characters within the story have their own relationships, fears, journeys, and endings.
To the player, it may look like pencil and paper.
To them, it is everything.
🔥 20% OFF for the first 14 days!
Now is the perfect time to begin your adventure.
As a small indie team, launch day means everything to us.

Watch the Release Date Trailer here:
Graphite is a tactical roguelike RPG where pencil-drawn heroes fight for the fate of an imaginary world on top of a child’s school desk.
Every run gives you a limited number of days to prepare before facing a powerful boss. Fight, gather artifacts, level up skills, recruit party members, take risky events, and build a strategy from whatever the run gives you.
Or, more accurately:
Make a plan. Watch the enemies scale. Adjust the plan. Break the timeline. Pretend the chaos was intentional.
What makes Graphite different?
Actions happen over time. Enemies queue their attacks, and you must decide when to strike, block, delay or break them.
If a unit takes enough damage while preparing an action, it becomes broken, reducing its damage and delaying its turn. That means timing matters just as much as raw power.
Graphite is built around party building, artifacts, skill levels and scaling.
Skills, items and health can grow without a hard limit, letting players create strange, powerful and sometimes completely unreasonable builds.
Damage carry? Defensive wall? Summon chaos? Timeline control?
If you can survive long enough, the run might let you become a tactical problem.
Graphite takes place between two worlds: the real world of a child’s classroom and the imagined fantasy world inside their drawings.
In combat, characters appear as stickmen on paper. In the story, they are heroes with fears, relationships, arcs and endings of their own.
The world may be imaginary.
But for them, it is real.
If Graphite looks like your kind of tactical roguelike disaster, please wishlist and follow the game on Steam.

https://store.steampowered.com/app/3080560/Today we're thrilled to announce something very special: Graphite has formed a partnership with indie.io 🖤
Since we started working on Graphite a little over a year ago, we wanted to create something original, but inspired by the RPGs and Roguelikes that we love, a game that we could be proud of. We wanted to explore an odd approach, making a really weird but appealing concept for the game, art style and gameplay. That is why we decided to make the game, because of the enjoyment it gives to us while making it, and we truly believe what we are making will give the people who play the game a lot of fun.
Thanks to this new alliance with indie.io, we'll be able to bring Graphite to more people, more corners of the world, and do it the way we dreamed: without losing our indie essence.
We were looking for a partner who could help us bring our game to more people without compromising our vision. After researching our options, indie.io stood out because they have a great track record with helping new indie developers reach more players. Other developers they've worked with have said great things about them, and they truly understand what it means to be indie - supporting creators while letting them maintain their unique voice.
For those who may not know: Working with a game publishing platform like indie.io greatly helps indie developers focus on game development while they handle all the behind-the-scenes magic. From helping manage store pages to crafting marketing campaigns and even helping the game shine at both digital and live events, indie.io helps in all the aspects that indie developers often struggle with alone.
Don't forget to follow and wishlist Graphite as well as join our Discord community to be notified of future announcements! Your support means everything to us as we continue this incredible journey.
