Goppy news & patch notes

After spending a considerable amount of time in development and a short early access phase, we're proud to present our brand new game to you. If you have a great time playing Goppy, we would really appreciate it if you could leave a review to help others discover the game. In the last few days, we've added some new achievements, a cute new sprite for the endgame-creepers, and an improved background texture. Hello everyone, here's the previously-announced update featuring Steam achievements, which complete the game. Along comes a general difficulty adjustment: taking advice from some testers, I have made everything a bit easier. After all, 'Goppy' is supposed to be relaxing and satisfying, not competitive and frustrating! Finally, some bugs got squashed in the process, like a malfunctioning menu shortcut which nobody noticed anyway. Still.

Hotfixing typo in the new highscore screen

This update brings you a brand new game mode where you can compete for the top spot on the global leaderboard. The challenge? Pick up as many goodies as possible without taking a hit! Difficulty increases over time, and goodies spawn faster the more you eat, so speed is key. 😎 With this update, 'Goppy' takes a significant leap towards completion. As such, we're pleased to announce that the game is scheduled for its full release on January 26th. Happy gaming, everyone!
