In this season’s balance patch, we are making adjustments to several gameplay mechanics with the goal of increasing counterplay opportunities in both offense and defense while reducing the overall performance gap between players. Going forward, we also plan to move away from item designs that rely excessively on stat increases. Instead, we aim to create an environment where more players can consistently demonstrate their decision-making and positional roles during matches. Along with these gameplay adjustments, New Characteristic Skills will be added for the SF and SW positions to provide new gameplay options. Please see the details below: We will continue to monitor player feedback and gameplay data after the balance patch and make further improvements where necessary. 1. Gameplay Logic Adjustments → This season's balance patch is intended to reduce the gameplay gap caused by differences in character builds and increase the number of situations where players can effectively respond during matches. > Overall Shot Resistance increased by 8% > Drive Speed reduced by 5% > Movement Speed reduced by 5% > Block effectiveness reduced by 5% 2. Double Clutch Activation Improvements → Previously, the blockable timing and position for Double Clutch varied depending on the layup animation. As a result, defenders had to memorize the block timing for each animation individually, creating an unnecessary learning barrier, especially for new and beginner players. With this update, the block timing for Double Clutch has been standardized to provide more consistent defensive interactions while still allowing offensive players to use Double Clutch to alter defenders' block timing. - The Double Clutch activation point is now standardized across all character animations. 3.
