Greetings Passengers! We're verrrry excited to release our first major update!
New game mode:
Endless Fall! See the Hypnotist for a brand new mode where you can land in a big wormhole near the ground to keep your run going on the same level. The difficulty starts at the easiest, but ramps up and up through an infinite number of stages and increasing score multiplier; Purest Hell +++++ awaits!
Major functionality updates:
Upgraded Altimeter! You can now see the positions of yourself, special items, story items, landing locations, and Endless Mode wormholes
Faster kicking and parkouring! All action object interactions now happen in a snappy, consistent 0.2 sec
Sober up! Supercharge priming now absorbs alcohol and snake venom, over a couple of seconds. Doing a supercharged trick instantly evaporates all alcohol and venom
Minor tweaks / fixes:
Higher tolerance for damage from slamming into debris. (Don't get hurt so easily.)
Volcano plane maze now explodes when you catch the story item
Fix: Clear Skies Collectibles: The item names to fetch were mixed up
Fix: Volcano: entry fuselage to plane maze no longer rotates
Change side quest order: chip chip fetch quest comes first. Collectibles quests come later, to make quest spam less severe in level 1
Long-range indicators for faraway items (with Hi Tek Sunnies) now point more naturally towards the direction you need to travel for the object, as opposed to only showing the true bearing. This stops them appearing to "slide right past you" at the last minute
We can't wait to see what you think! See you in the skies,

The Freefall '95 Soundtrack is AVAILABLE NOW! This soundtrack was created by yours truly and features 12 BANGING 90s inspired tracks that have been specifically re-arranged for this release. Perfect for loading into your discman or some weird future device for listening to on take-off and landing. There are two options for purchase, first is just the soundtrack alone:
Or you can buy it in a bundle with the base game!
Let me know what you think in the comments! Do you want to see it on streaming services? O.R.C <3
Added new falling object: overhead locker
Quality-of-life tweaks, making the game slightly less brutal:
Larger action zones for peter parkour/cowboy/etc. (The yellow outline around debris will appear when you're about 50% further away than before.)
Lowered max spin speed of debris
Higher impact speed threshold on damage from colliding with debris.
More grabbables and less debris near starting area level 1
Update jet engine to not shoot you out until you press A again
Add 2 more special tricks to the tutorial
Replace level 1 snakes goal with chips
Differentiated "Main Quest:" and "Side Quest:" in the quest interface
Purple rings no longer appear in normal levels until you've unlocked level 2
Prevent player sticking to the wall to slow down in challenge levels
Minor formatting/text tweaks
Freefall '95 is fully Steam Deck compatible, it runs at 90fps solid and has full gamepad support. We built the game around the deck, and it is the perfect game to play on the dunny (Australian for toilet).

We are so incredibly proud of what we have made, and we really appreciate everyone who has wishlisted and followed us on our journey. It has been a long haul flight, full of half sleep, turbulence and crying babies, but to say it hasn't been worth it would be a lie.
If you're not already come and join our discord! We would love to hear from you :) https://discord.gg/2sTb8hAaTC
Can't wait to see you in the skies (and on the leaderboards).

G'day passengers, this is your captain speaking!
We are OVERWHELELELELEMED by the response to our demo being launched, and we are so grateful to everyone who has played, reviewed, looked at, pondered, or even just like, touched it with a feather. We have also received some amazing feedback and so we have just released a small update which will hopefully fix a few small bugs and improve the experience in a small way. Here are the changes:
v0.6:
You can now dismount from Brace Position and Ride Em Cowboy at any point by pressing A/space, just like Surf's Up. Your score also now ticks up for the duration that you're in these moves, instead of being applied all at the start. Surfing is now much harder to stay balanced, but you can get lots of points for staying on the board
You can now "Peter Parkour" from open suitcases and foodcarts
Tweaked tutorial and first level to have a smoother, more welcoming difficulty curve
"Challenge" levels now have their own menu, as do "Tutorials"
Less camera roam; the camera now moves sooner before you hit the edge of screen, so you can see more
Uncap poison and drunk effects (17 Snakes = 17 x badness)
Gameplay UI improvements; score particle effects, combo meter turns orange to warn of combo ending
Reshuffled starting quest order
Max Combo #1 Challenge now has a wider spread of goals: 10/20/30/50/70/100 combo
Basketballs are kickable now
Thread The Needle gives much more points
You can get it here:
So please keep the feedback coming, and if you feel like giving it another go that would be amazing.
Oh also come join us on our discord, it's a great way to keep on the pulse of all the weird things we're doing.
Stay groovy!
