Highlights New Character: Impostor from Among Us! · Impostor features powerful specials and strongs based on the dastardly deeds you can commit in Among Us, including powerful kill moves, enemy attack sabotage, venting and more! But beware: it's important for the Impostor to avoid suspicion. Your suspicion meter goes down when you land a Crewmate-themed attack, and increases when you use an Impostor-themed move. Using an Impostor move while at max suspicion triggers an ejection, hitting you upward and sending you helplessly falling until you land. On the other hand, Impostor specials are more powerful when your suspicion meter is empty. Alpharad Announcer Pack · Alpharad’s announcer pack is available now! We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, so go give it a try (and send him some love). Since it was a stretch goal you helped us reach during our Kickstarter campaign, all backers will get it for free! For those of you who previously received an email with a backer code DLC (which would have depended on your reward tier) that same code will have already granted you access to the announcer pack. For everyone else, we’ll be sending out emails with your tier’s DLC code today. Once you enter that DLC code into Steam, it will also give you access to all future in-game Kickstarter rewards associated with your tier. · To those who hadn’t backed the Kickstarter, you don’t have to miss out! You can pick up the announcer pack on Steam for $1.99 USD. Supporter Palette Pack · We’ve gotten lots of comments expressing an interest in supporting Fraymakers further, which we very much appreciate! For those who are interested, we’ve put together a DLC pack that adds a new retro styled palette to every single character and assist in the game. You can pick up the Supporter Palette Pack on Steam for $4.99 USD. To help make sure the pack is worth it, we took extra care to expand on the palette map on the back end for tons of the characters and assists to allow for more of their materials (projectiles, objects, etc) to take on the retro feel. FrayTools v0.4.0 This update is to the Fraymakers' sister program “FrayTools”, which us devs and custom content creators use to bring their Fraymakers projects to life! You can find more information on the tool here: https://fraytools.com/about/ New Tool · Auto-Hurtboxer (K-Means) - This new tool allows you to choose how many hurtboxes you’d like your character to be covered by and fits them to your sprites. Pick from as low as 1 box to as many as 5 boxes, and the K-Means algorithm will do its best to cover the sprite as cleanly as possible. - Auto-Hurtboxer (Simple) is still available as an option despite functioning the same as the K-Means version with 1 box selected for now. We’re leaving the feature for now in the case of potential unforeseen bugs or performance issues with the K-Means version.
Quality of Life Adjustments · Stage - You can now unselect symbols by clicking off of them on the stage, or by pressing the escape key. · Timeline - Tween color changed to improve readability of highlighted tween frames.

It’s about time: Hat Kid from A Hat in Time will be joining Fraymakers as a brand new fighter on September 18th!! 🎉 Check out her reveal trailer:
That’s right - she’s not joining the fray alone! Here’s a rundown of everything we’ll be releasing on the 18th:
New Playable Character
Hat Kid (including 15 alternate palettes!)
New Assists
Mustache Girl
Hat Kid
New Stage
Subcon Forest (complete with a hazard version featuring The Snatcher!)
New Music
A Hat in Time Medley (from the Super Soul Bros)
Your Contract Has Expired (from FamilyJules)
Peace and Tranquility will also be included with the song list in its original form, courtesy of Gears for Breakfast. You can’t improve upon perfection, people!
We’re also putting up our very first pair of DLC costumes, which we’re calling “Special Palettes”. Welcome to the Fray, Shadow Puppet and Queen Vanessa!
We surveyed our community to gauge interest in these types of paid palettes in the past - the result was overwhelmingly clear that this was something you all were interested in, so here they are! Special Palettes are costumes that take a ton of extra work and handling to get together. Take these two for example: they utilize hand pixelled rim lighting on every frame, and alternate color separation to allow for things like Shadow Puppet’s toothy grin and Queen Vanessa’s menacing eyes among other things. Sales of these palettes go directly toward funding improvements and additional content for Fraymakers! You can pick these up when they become available on September 18th for $2.99 USD each, or $3.99 USD for both as a bundle. Finally, thank you so much for your patience and support!! We know the wait has been long, especially to those of you who have been around since the Kickstarter days - we simply cannot thank you enough for your support leading up to this point. Hope you’ll join us for release day on September 18th! - Team Fray
